Uh Oh, it looks like Carina and Wynn's powers have switched! Carina can now create clones of herself, while Wynn can erase colours! Huh, looks like these Nutbars have really messed things up!
What Needs to be done:
The Kids need to find each other first: Either the Nutbar drags them together, or they manage to pick the other out in a crowd, if they know who their mix up is with!
Decision Time!: Do they want to keep their mixed up power, or do they want their original one back? Now's the time to decide! (You might want to get in contact with the other person for plotting purposes, just a hint!)
If they decide to leave it as is: Their Guardians come back, the Metaplot ends for them.
If they decide they want their original powers back: It's game time! The pair of you have to convince the nutbars to switch the powers back. Can you bribe them with words? Do the nutbars make them play games for their entertainment before they decide what they want to do? Does the kid try to beat the nutbar until it gives in? No matter how it is done (and remember, this must be roleplayed!) the success and failure of the endeavor depends on the roll of a dice. Like Mini Game #1, reserve a post with a 20 sided dice roll and fill in your post depending on what happened! Once BOTH Nutbars agree to switch out the powers they do so, the Guardians return, and the Metaplot ends.
Here's the general breakdown of success:
1-5: The Nutbar has no interest in helping.
6-15: The Nutbar is interested, but wants something first before it decides.
16-20: The Nutbar is not only interested, but agrees to do it!
Things to Remember
Rolling a 1-15: You need to make another post, complete with another roll, to try and convince the Nutbar to do what you want it to do.
The powers will NOT be switched until BOTH Nutbars agree to it. Meaning each Kid needs to convince their own!
Once this RP is over, the Metaplot is finished. You may go back to your daily lives!
The Metaplot in its entirety (New Skill Solo + Nutbar Kidnapping + Group RP + Mix up Fix) counts as one playdate towards the Growth requirements.

Carina really wanted to go home now, she was getting tired of really weird things happening and she wanted her afternoon tea and a sandwich with no crusts and maybe a nap. She couldn't however go home becuase now she was missing her power, what power she had no clue? The little redhead had come into her ability to erase colours not long after she'd started to exist and it was second nature to her, nothing new really.
Still Carina had been informed something about her was missing and clearly she had to get it back. Thus it was a reluctant grey skinned toddler that allowed herself to be pulled towards some floaty pink boy who sorta reminded her of Purple except for with two eyes and hair.

Wynn was a bit confused by this whole mess but held onto his Nutbar, watching as some strange girl got pulled over to him. Oh, well that was nice of it.
"Hi there!" Wynn greeted pleasantly, waving at the other kid. "So........you have my power? Do you know what it is?"

Carina shook her head, happy at least that the pink floaty boy was nice. "No" She looked at Purple "What is it?" maybe she should keep it.
Purple's single eye widened at being questioned. What was the mixed up power? It didn't know it just knew they were switched and he'd help do it and wasn't life full of surprises and grand. "Don'tknowisthereanyfood?" The nutbar was clearly unconcerned about the situation at hand.

"Daddy says I make many of myself and leave them places." Wynn commented with a nod. "What power have I got from you?" the boy asked, seeing as that was what he'd meant to begin with but had gotten mixed up.
He looked sadly at Purple before shaking his head, "Nope. I had some snacks but they got eated."

"Nooosnaaaacks" Purple wailed and began to roll about in the air perhaps having a tantrum if such a thing was possible with nutbars.
Carina looked thoughtful, she kinda liked the idea of making lots of herself, maybe she could lie and pretend she had a really cool power and then they wouldn't trade. Except what if she needed her special powers later and didn't have them? It seemed best to tell the truth right now " I can make colours disappear." In the case of her father's keyboard she'd also somehow melted bits of the keys away into nothingness by accident after erasing the white letters off the black keys.

Carina nodded " kay," she wanted to say she didn't hate colours or anything that it just happened but that wasn't really important right now. Instead she turned purplish pink eyes to her personal nutbar who seemed to be done throwing his fit. " We want our powers back" she paused " please"

Wynn turned to smile at his, "Can we have them back now? Please Flan?" because at some point, during his time flying around with Flan and it's other half, he'd learned its name. "Pretty please?"

Purple, understanding that there'd only be food when this was all over nodded "yesyeshaveembacknomoretwistypowers" There was a little disappointment in the nutbars voice before it ping ponged between the two curio somehow fixing the problem it had helped create earlier.
Carina grinned, that was easy!

Flan clapped, helping out Purple by flying through the kids with it and content to let the other do most of the work. It seemed to be a pretty lazy nutbar - for the most part - and was much more interested in looking around for its mate.

Just as she was starting feel proper again and about ready to ask the floaty boy, what was his name, to play her father returned an annoyed scowl on his face. The young curio was scooped unceremoniously into his arms before she could protest. " We're going home now before anything else happens," he informed her tone of voice brooking no argument.
"Bye floaty boy" She called out as she was carried towards the door, waving with one hand and holding onto the hypnodisk chain around purple's neck with the other.

"Bye!" Wynn called back, smiling. About that time, his Dad returned, kneeling down to scoop him up. "Come on, kiddo, let's go find Deimos and wait for your Mama." he commented, patting Flan's head too. Finally, they could go home.
