So I am running the sound board for my community theater group. Never done it before...kind of overwhelmed. Only had 2 practices with it and the play opens Friday. Eep!
Anyway, this is why I'm not on much right now...but I'll be back a lot more after the play's run.
I need to figure out what my next guild contest will be...

Sounds boards are fun! I ran the one at my church for youth for a year.

I ran my HS's sound board for 3 years. We had this really cool speech synthesizer that had a "god mode" option. It made your voice super deep and repeat a few times. We used it to scare people creeping on the stage. The director didnt like that...

awww shux! You are missing out.
Another fun thing to do is make an announcement and purposely do the "nobody can understand me cuz i am eating the mic" sound. I always wanna fall asleep when i hear that...
