——REINVENTED——
Hello fellow Burn members!
I'm currently working on reinventing this contest, and because of that,
I'm doing a trial run of the NEW and hopefully IMPROVED art contest~!
The reinvented version of this contest, will be run in phases over a longer
period of time. Depending on how many entries we get and how well
received this idea is, I will be changing and tweaking the contest in order
to get better feedback.

This contest will be held in phases/waves. Like in American Idol,
a lot will enter, but few will be chosen. At each phase you will be required
to draw something different. Once the phases time runs out, your art will
be voted on and then depending on if you pass the judges inspection,
you will either go on to the next round, or you will have to wait for
the next contest to try again.
First wave will last at least one month,
and you will be drawing the judges avatars.
Second wave will last for about 3 weeks. You will be drawing
the either the judges avatars, or their original characters
in a specified outfit.
Third wave will last for about half a month.
You will need to use your imaginations for this round, as you will be
drawing an original outfit for the judges. There will be certain
guidelines from each judge that will help you with ideas.
The third wave is the final wave and it will decide the final winners.

All submitted art is to be drawn by yourself.
Do NOT commission someone else to do it for you,
or take someone else's idea.
All art, once submitted is available for the judges to use in
any way they want. (( Judges :: Provide credit to the artist,
no matter what you end up using the art for))
All art must be signed by the artists using their username.
You can submit a WIP ((Work in Progress))
if you need to adjust the art some more.
Only one WIP is allowed. After that, your submitted art
is not allowed to be changed and will be considered the
final version.
Do NOT bribe the judges. If you bribe the judges,
you will be disqualified from the contest and banned
from entering the next contest.
