There's a Time to Laugh "Ephesians 2: 8-9"
Well last Wednesday evening I was giving my toddler a bath and as I wash finishing up my phone fell out of my pocket and into the water below. I tried to get it out but it took a few seconds because it was hiding under the bubble, ha ha.
I wasn't sure what was going to happen but I took the phone apart and tried to dry it all up and it seemed to be okay. After about 10minutes the screen started messing up and then everything went white and the key pad was lit up but would not go off. I wasn't sure if the phone would be okay or if I could receive any calls on it.
My husband proceeded to call the phone and it turns out I could receive calls so I tried to see if I could make a call. I dialed his number and he even saw me do it and when the phone rang it was his phone I called at all. I could figure out who it was and it turned out to be my friend Patrick. But see, Patrick has a completely different area code and almost none of his numbers to his cell match my husbands. I was freaking out and I had to explain why I was confused to him.
As soon as I said it was my phone that was messed up he says "Oh I have a spare cell that's from your provider, I'll come out and give it to you" All I could do was think that God was totally awesome to give me that instant help. Patrick drove the 30minutes to come bring me the phone at midnight. I took my phone apart though and put all the pieces in a bag of dry rice to sit over night.
In the morning my phone worked completely like normal so in the end I didn't need the phone he brought me, but it was COMPLETELY God who did that for me to have a back up plan.
