Aki: -curled up in a tree, back against the base, reading a thriller novel-

Dakota: - watches the other cat read and slowly walks up to him, Hat pulled down as far as it would go, her braided pigtails sticking out of her hood- Hiya....

Aki: -lets his eyes flicker up, regarding the female almost lazily...his eyes lingered on her stub of a tail- You're tailless too, baby? -speaks softly, in a husky tone-

Dakota: -nods softly at the male blushing lightly- Yes sir - wiggles her tail a little bit- My names Dakota. What's yours?

Cobalt: *watches the other cats with interest* You guys have no tails?

Aki: -blinks and shrugs, closing his book and putting in his lap. He moved slowly and deliberately, placing his hands together on top of the book- Mm... Aki. -turns to the gray cat whose sidled up- What's it to you? -his voice has the slightest bit of ice to it, looking at Cobalt's long tail-

Yami:*Sits on a stump playing with her new eye piece, looking at leaves and dead bugs she had found. She had her eye closed so she could look through her hand made eye piece better* This thing is amazing! Oh this is the best thing i've made yet! *She said with a smile*

Dakota: -blushes slightly as Aki speaks slightly harshly to Cobalt- I kind of have one. - the female wiggles the stump of a tail, She tilted her head and watched Yami-

Cobalt: *cocks an eyebrow towards the other male* Didn't mean it like that. Just relax. I used to be a housecat. Just never seen cats without tails before is all. *looks over at Yami, his scientist curiousity peaking* What's that there? *smiles*

Aki: -folds his big ears back for the shortest of moments before pricking them forwards again, his chest puffing out slightly- Housecat. -he'd been owned, once, too...Along with the two others, he also turns to Yami, who's holding an odd contraption, peering through it, though he says nothing-

Yami:*Looks up to see how far she could see with it on and sees a little bobtail looking at her* Oh hello little one! I look silly in this don't i? *She asked with a laugh. she looked to the male who spoke to her and smiled* Oh this is an eyeglass that makes things magnafied. I made it myself and i'm testing it out on other things besides my paints. *she said with a smile.*

Cobalt: *rolls his eyes at the rudeness of the other cat but says nothing, desiding not to use his acidic tounge. Looks over at the cat with the eyeglass, his interest peaked.* I don't mean to be rude miss but what have you got there? Does it magnify?

Aki: -crosses his arms over his chest and watches the others in silence, not saying anything, although the grey male made him want to hiss. Part of him wanted to crawl back up the tree and read, his book tucked under an arm, but he didn't move-

Yami:*Smiled and nodded as she pulled it off from around her head* Yes it does. Do you want to look at it? As long as your very careful you can. It just goes around you right eye. *She said holding it out with both hands.*

Dakota: -nibbles her lip and watches Aki for a few seconds- I'm sorry I disturbed you - shrugs and turns to walk away feeling pretty bad about the while thing-

Cobalt: *jumps up, excited before picking up the eye piece carefully, putting it on* Oh wow this is so cool! How did you make it?

Aki: -rolls his shoulders, turning away from the eyeglass-girl and the snippy-grey-boy and turns back to the other bobtail- You're fine... -smiles a little, though it looks more like a smirk- Shall we...walk somewhere, get away from everyone? -shoots Cobalt a look as he struts past, passing Dakota with the smallest of waves- Come, babygirl.

Dakota: -smiles softly and follows Aki- A walk sounds like a nice thing - She tucked her hands in her pockets and followed the other-

Aki: -tosses his head, blowing ruby hair out of his face as he walks, his own hands slipping into his pockets- So... Do you read? -pulls out his book and offers it to her-

Dakota: - takes the book- I have read a few books but I haven't found a book that I like... - she blushed lightly and shrugged-

Aki: -looks to her through half-lidded green eyes, offering his thriller book- Try this... Better than any girly romance novel you might come across, anyways... -flashes her a grin- Assuming you like the little romances.

Yami:*Smiled as she watched the other cats leave then looked at the smokey male infront of her* From pieces of eyeglass's, leather, and various wire and parts that help it all move. My boyfriend makes alot of stuff and he taught me very well! *She said with a smile as she thought about Deu*

Cobalt: *grins, looking through the eyeglass with interest* It's very well made. Your boyfriend must be very talented to be able to teach you so well in this craft. I used to do a lot of experimenting, some time ago. My ex owner was a scientist you see.

Yami:*Laughs* Yes hes very good. Hes the best ever! *She said being very biased* My name is Yami by the way. What is yours? *She asked with a smile as she curled her fluffy tail into her lap and smiled at the male* What did you make? Ore try to make?

Cobalt: *laughs* I'm Cobalt, named after the element of course. My owner wasn't very creative when it came to naming me I'm afraid. I'm grey...so is the element...elementory one could even say. *thinks* Well once I made soap, that was pretty cool. I've made water and the like before as well.

Yami:*Smiles at him and laughs a little* It is a neat name though. *Listens to what he said about water.* You made water? How do you make water? *She asked as she scooted closer and watched him wondering what you do to make water.*

Cobalt: *laughs* Well you need to have bottles of the original elements that make up water, hydrogen and oxegen. From there it's really quite easy. You pour the two gases into a flask in the right quantity, two parts hydrogen and one part oxegen and then you'll have pure water in the flask. It's pretty too because the two gases fuse and turn into a liquid.

Yami:*Smiles at him, fascinated by what he had said* That sounds amazing to watch! I'll have to tell Deu about that cause it sounds fun! *She said as she pushed her big hair out our her face*

Dakota:- smiles thumbing threw the book- I think I'm gunna really like this... - she smiled- I like little romances but the whole gushy gushy romance thing is just to.... Blah for me. - she sighed finding a bit of confidence as she talked to the male more-

Aki: -shrugs a little- Romances are...sappy. -says a little huffily as his bob tail flicks back and forth- I don't usually enjoy reading, although I'm partial to Thrillers and Horror... Something with an edge to it. -smirks a little- Something that keeps my heart racing...

Dakota: - nods and tucks the book under her arm- If you like things that make your heart race, you should try skateboarding... Its a rush.

Aki: -lifts a brow, but that's the only emotion change he showed- You skateboard? I've never tried it before... -ponders the idea- Maybe down a really tall hill or something. -smirk-

Dakota: -shaked her head at him- I do... But... I have a Ramp... You can jump off and its the coolest. - she was starting to get more comfortable around the male- You can come by my house and try sometime, I think you'll like it.

Aki: -considers the idea...spending time with another bobtail? What was the harm in it...? it wasn't like he was attracted to the whisp of a girl, anyway... He offers a small smile, nodding- I'd like that -says calmly- I'm not doing anything now...? -green eyes glitter-

Dakota: -smiles- Okay... well This way. - she leads the other threw the park and digs her skateboard out from behind a bush and hands it to him before she begins to strain to pull a Ramp out- I have a helmet and knee pads back here so if you fall you won't break anything, And you will fall... - she giggled softly Even she fell but she remembered back when she started she fell all the time- You have good balance yes? - her tail was wagging back and fourth like a dog's would as she spoke, The girl lived skateborading-

Aki: -follows along behind her, his stride long and almost lazy in the way he moved. Watches with a raised brow as she struggles with the ramp, never offering to help her- Fall? -snorts softly- Hardly. I don't need pads... -flicks his stub of a tail again, but takes the helmet from her without touching her skin-to-skin, placing it gently upon his ruby red hair- I dunno. Probably... -shoots her a grin- Let's try this...

Dakota: -she smiled at the male and nodded once the ramp was in place- You know how to do this? - It had taken her a while to get down how exactily how to get up the ramp- I think your gunna fall. - She smiled crossing her arms over her chest as she watched him- Just so ya know... If you break something I'm gunna laugh. - She turned her back and shuffled around the bush to find her second helmet strapping it on as well as her pads as she waited for Aki to try and jump the ramp-

Aki: Nope. Never 'boarded before in my life. Doesn't mean I won't be great at it, babygirl. -rests the skateboard on the ground and places a foot on it, curious and careful, sizing up the ramp. To be honest, he wasn't even sure what he was doing. He would make a fool of himself... Pulling his ears back, he rolled the board back and forth, arms crossed over his chest- You first. I'll learn by example.

Dakota: -smiles widely and walks over to the male with the bobbed tail- You got it bud. - She stomped her foot on the end of the board to bring it up and she caught it, walking around Aki she took a handfull of running steps and let the board hit the ground rolling before she jumped on it, She kicked it a few times before she hit the ramp, her face painted with a smile as she jumped off the end grabbing the nose of the board before she landed on the ground leaning so that she could ride the board around in a circle stopping in front of Aki she kicked the board up again- Alright.... You go. Keep your center of balance or your gunna fall on your butt.

Aki: -watches with a bored look on his face, arms still crossed, though with her deft skills, she impressed him rather greatly. Still, all he allows is a brow-raise and a smirk, kinda an 'I can do that too' grin- Got it. -tilts his chin up defiantly and attempts to do what she did -- and failed. He nearly makes it to the ramp when the board flies out from under him and he lands with an 'oof' on the ground. He quickly leaps to his feet once again, straightening and looking her in the eye as he fetches the board and attempts it again-

Dakota: -smiled widely as he fell - she knew it would happen- Center of gravity. - It was all she said to him just to remind him, She didn't want to sound like she was better than him but she was, She loved skateboarding and she practiced often-

Aki: -huffs softly, tossing his hair from his face with the toss of his head, big ears flicking back. He straightened himself, bending his knees a little bit, feeling like that might help him. He pushed off with his other foot, gaining speed, and wavering a little bit. Biting his lip, he hits the ramp and flies off, landing with a tumble on the other side. Feels a little bit of pain as he reaches for his helmet, seeing the scrape on his hand without reacting- Hn... -softly murmurs-

Dakota: -Runs around teh ramp and looks at the red head laying on the floor- Did you beak anything? - slightly worried but has a rather large smile painted on her face-

Aki: -huffs at her, suddenly moody- No. You'd be happy if I had, though, by the look on your face, babygirl... -eyes glitter with an untold anger as he gets up and dusts his pants off- I won't quit. -brushes hair from his face and gets back 'on the horse' so to say, trying it again-

Dakota: - sets her hands on her hips and glares at the male- Yeah yeah - watches him slightly irratated at his snap, She wasn't happy that he fell and she didn't want him to break anything, She only found it funny that he said he wouldn't fall and he had twice so far- You leaned over your heel side and towards your back foot, that's why the board came out from underneith you, Try keeping yourself centered, In anything lean towards the front. - She sighed as she watched the male-

Aki: -wasn't sure what was worse -- that she, a girl, was besting him? Or that she was telling him what to do. Rolls his eyes up to the sky as he tries again, looking at the clouds for a moment, though he was hardly praying to god- Got it. -says softly, pulling his ears back as he follows her directions. This time, the board stays underneath of him. He kicks out, speeding towards the ramp, leaning forwards just a little. His heart's pounding and the anger he'd felt dissipated as he gave a whoop, flying up off the ramp. The board soars out from under his feet at the air, but he lands on his feet, stumbling forwards a little before spinning back to face Dakota, a wide grin on his face- Knew I could do it! That was a blast... -chuckles-

Dakota: -smiles at him before running off to grab her skateboard- Isn't it? - she chuckled soflty- Now you just have to learn how to keep the board under you - She told him her yellow eyes sparkling lighlty- Once you get that down you can learn tricks, Then people think your really cool. - She put the board under her and kicked it so that she was away from him and did a careful kickflip- You wanna try?

Aki: -crosses his arms over his chest as he gets his breathing back into control- I'm good... Maybe next time. -flashes her a lazy grin- I've gotta head back. When you finish with the book, you can bring it to the Plaza. You'll find me there... -gives her a little half wave as he begins to stride away, hands in his pockets-

Dakota: - Smiles after the little male- Will doo! - She waved slightly unsnapping her helmet, She'd start reading it tonight so that she could take it back to him soon-
