My life doesn't shine when I'm alone,
I remain hidden and relatively unknown,
My future like a black highway at night,
I'm already half way to losing the fight.
Can't live with these uncertainties anymore,
Riddled with thoughts I just can't ignore,
My life fading fast and I have no control,
As I let self hatred tear apart my soul.
This world is spinning without me,
I just need the world to set me free,
Forced to stick it out and live a lie,
I pretend I'm happy, but don't know why.
I'm a star that has lost it's way,
Completely alone and totally astray..
