The Blissful Melody is considered by many to be Otogakure's best restaurant. A small and quaint little place just outside the Commerce District, it's appearance hides what some would call the best food in the village for a great price. It's earned a cult status with the lower income families and is a personal favorite of the Otokage's. He can often be found eating here during the day.
