History: From a long line of harpers, Siipola was taught the worth of the spoken word at an early age and learned the importance of hard work [a Ghenza value] and intelligent diplomacy [a family and harper value] quickly. She, like every youth, touched dragon eggs at the age of twelve and went back to her duties. At the age of thirteen she was gifted a wher egg and took on the task with pleasure and excitement. Siipolask quickly became the most important thing in her life and the two took to each other like fish to water.
Due to their agreeable personalities and natural talent in speaking with various types of peoples and creatures, they were approached by the Union about being trained to Wing Wher. Both parties eagerly accepted and the pair hasn't looked back since.
Appearance: With hard muscles hidden beneath smooth-movements and easy grins, Siipola can be likened to some sort of temporarily relaxed jungle-cat. Slanted, heavily lashed grey eyes are accented by laugh lines and freckles the color of milk chocolate that cover her cheeks and match shoulder-length, loosely tied back hair. Petite, lightly tanned, and proportionaly curvy, Siipola has a delicate bone-structure and features, counter-acted only by her confident posture and slightly crooked, scarred nose (from an accident with Siipolask in their youth).
Siipola puts effort into her appearance, not out of vanity, but rather out of a desire to look professional and maintain the high standards of the union. She tends to wear flattering, rich colors well cut to her frame but still appropriate for some physical labor.
Personality: Friendly, easy-going at face-value, and a queen of word choice, Siipola is the type of woman that could tell you something in a way that's so reasonable and good-natured that you'll be agreeing with her and complying before you realize she's either correcting you or getting you to do something you never wanted to, if you weren't paying attention. Siipola lays her trap with honey and often has her contacts thinking she's their good friend, whether that's the case or not.
Privately, Siipola is a withdrawn person, one who provides a smile and quick answer rather than divulge her full self. Her closest companion is her bondmate and she shows no desire to wed and continue any sort of lineage. The young woman gives so much at her job and recieves such a social outlet that her free time is usually spent in isolation.
The main time others see a darker side of Siipola is when they are mistreating their wher, whether that be through design or neglect, she has absolutely not tolerance for it. Something unintentional and slight will be corrected with a friendly head-tilt and a verbal warning [followed up by documentation], but a larger or repeat offense will have her brows raised and the warmth decidedly missing from her voice as she details the consequences of wher-handling deficiencies to the offender. They CAN expect a follow-up shortly, along with further contact from the union. There is no question that whers are her priority and their human counter-parts a far second.
Due to her priorities and passive-aggressive tactics, Siipola has become quite the liar and has no qualms with this. Her lying, however, is purely professional and she thinks of it as a role that she plays, rather than a reflection of her baser personality. This lying is something she's quite good at and uses to establish false rapport with her 'caseload', as opposed to something she uses with family or fellow wing wher handlers and union members.
As for ambition, Siipola has no real urge to gain rank or priviledge as she has all that she needs at her current level of craftmanship and status. She is a staunch union supporter and subtly discourages negative statements about the group. In fact, the young woman is so passively aggressive, if anyone notices her slight pushiness it is usually attributed to excessively good will and an urge to help, help, help.
Unfortunately, Siipola is slow to forgive and even slower to forget. In fact, since she's begun wing wher handling, she has yet to forgive or acknowledge those that have mistreated their whers with more than disdain. As she doesn't care when one is simply neglectful, verses purposely abusive, she often levies the same punishment and grudge on those who accidentally cause their wher harm as those that have malicious intent. Due to this, those that have been on the bad side of her contacts know her to be one of the more vicious and unyeilding union members. Every reason is an excuse to her and she has no patience for it and even when a person deserves another chance, she is unlikely to grant it.
Other: -Excessively strong bond with her wher. It is unclear if she would bond again upon Siipolask's death
-Prefers whers above all other creatures, to the point of writing amusing songs about their daily successes and mishaps
- Attempts to develop friendly, companionable relationships with most of the Wherhandler/Wher pairs she checks up on.
- Has no tolerance for mistreatment of whers. Zero.
- Lack of empathy for wher-handlers that make genuine mistakes.

Appearance: Siipolask is considered very small for a Ghenza wher.
Personality: Siipolask is well suited to her role as a Wing Wher. Excessively small, she is also excessively clever and good-natured. The green wher is more than a little playful, despite her dedication to her role that rivals even her bond's, and can often engage in amiable trickery with some of the less intelligent members of her species. She clearly adores her handler and the two have never had a conflict that wasn't purely accidental.
Having received a good dose of herbal supplement, Siipolask has an excellent memory and cognitive ability, aided by her close blood bond to her handler and active encouragement. The wher is quite good at negotiating with others, but tends to be a bit nosy, sure that she can help anyone if they only listened to her.

I just need you to point out/expand upon/add one more flaw and you're good to go. <3 The only one I can see right now is the one to do with her social life (a dislike of creating close interpersonal bonds with humans, a preference of whers to humans).

I actually thought her positive and negative traits are quite entertwined, such as her passive-aggressive, pushy nature, however, I try and add more if you'd like. Part of it, I think, will become clear after some roleplay, as it does for most of my characters.
Also: Expanded on passive-aggressive nature, to the point of making her a frequent liar.

What I need really is another negative trait that is not beneficial to her. I know you're used to thinking in positives and negatives (which, so am I), but when we're doing strengths and flaws, the strengths can be negative traits if they benefit the person. So being a good liar is actually a strength, not a flaw. I could accept lying if she was a compulsive liar, or someone who lied without thinking when they got in a tight situation, but not someone who's a practiced liar.
Just sort of glancing over what you've got, I could see a potential flaw in the way she handles people who are mistreating their whers. You could easily put in something like jumping to conclusions (as in, if she saw someone shove their wher she'd be right up in their face about it without stopping to think they might just be playing), grudge-bearing (in the event of a repeat offender), maybe being extremely judgmental/haughty/talking down to people because she thinks she knows the rules better than the people she deals with/she knows how to care for whers better than the people she deals with.
Anything like that is what I would definitely consider a personality flaw or weakness.
