This is a Private RP between Syaoran-Puu and _-Cheeky_Chobit-_ Was done through AIM and PMs and recorded here. Zeeke - black Chandra - blue Syaoran-Puu Teepee || _-Cheeky_Chobit-_ Teepee It was just typical. Half way through a 'stunt' and that's when paranoia would set in. Zeeke stretched his wings high towards the sky, looking down off of a cliff edge. He had been trying to learn how to fly, having watched his father and his siblings do it plenty. If he could just DO IT his stunts would get much more interesting. He stepped back a few and dashed straight towards the cliff edge, pushing with much force with his two back shiny golden hooves. It went ok at the beginning, until 'it moved'. He tried to ignore it at first then the darkness grew larger, with a presence that sent lethal shudders running down the colts spine. Whispers flooded into his head and images flashed by his eyes and by the time hed realized his wings had frozen mid air he met the lake below with a huge 'splash'. "ARGHHHHHHHHHHHH! WTH WAS THAT!?" He screamed, fumbling through the water and tripping constantly even when he met the land, he kept stumbling seeing the shadowy being flicker past and behind tree's. Sweat beaded his forehead and his heart raced like a rocket inside his chest.'What is that thing?? where did it come from?' He panicked. Yet again, and idiot move to make. There was a filly inthe way! Whilst he reached his eyes back to the direction he was stumbling towards two bodies clashed and went spiraling down the hill ahead. A flurry of hooves and wings spun out of control till they both came to a shocking halt, seperated and still with silence.

Chandra was happily dancing around the field beside her herds lake, the sun was mellow and was starting to melt into the distances once more. One day she would follow it.... it must go somewhere wonderful! She had always wondered what the Sun did at night when the world she lived in seemed to sleep, but she had never voiced her question in fear of being laughed at. She had done that once after meeting a strange colt who found what she now knew to be eggs but at the time they believed to be stones, for ages she had believed that all stones where really the children of birds -like they somehow stored them in them life she was once stored in a basket. What a silly mistake that had turned out to be.
Lowering her head softly she started to nibble on a nice dandilion, the long thin petals tickled her palett and a soft musical laugh left her lips. She was so distracted that she didn't notice the sudden rush of sound, a splash followed by stumbling, so much so by the time she did the sound was upon her. Her eyes darted to a figure that was obviously on a collision course.... panic spread over her and as she found herself frozen to the spot she was soon plowed over by a strong little colt.
Legs bending beneithe her weight, wings wiggling and crumpling under the pressure, and heart racing. Where they ever going to stop? She had not even had time to take in exactly what had hit her but she would certainly give them a piece of her mind when she was on her own four hooves once more. Anger bubbling a little from being knocked over she just hoped they had a good reason to explain everything.
After what felt like an eternity to Chandra they came to a stop, she had landed in a pile slightly away from the colt but her anger was still brewing within her. Pushing herself upwards in an attempt to right herself, feathers and hair a mess with bits of dirt and leaves littering them she stepped towards the stranger and spoke with all the anger she could muster to her sweet voice, "Why did you do that?" She huffed and puffed at him while she waited for a reply.

GOD DAMN FILLY's! They were always in the way. He knew there was a reason why he was so dead set against them! Hmpth. He shook his head violently watching the stray bits of twigs and leaves float to the ground and then managed to brush his fringe to the sde by rubbing it past his front knee. His eyes scoped out the one he had hurled on into and recognized a rather irritated voice being targeted at him. Zeeke just wasn't in the mood for this not after what had just been seen racing past the tree's in the shadows. He knew villians were about, they must of heard about his greatness; As much as he wished that was the case. Standing, he gained balance and made himself look like he wasn't phased by the incident, keeping a 'cool' expression. "Why did I do what? You were the one who was in my way. Geez." He huffed, flicking his tail.

Chandra shook her head at his reply, she had met arrogent soquili in her time -even her brother had a touch of arrogance about him. Maybe it was just a boy thing? "Boys," she tutted and rolled her eyes before looking at him once more, "the fact is" -she spoke all 'matter of factly'- "if you had been looking where you where going you WOULDN'T have ran into me in the first place. What are you blind or something." She grunted a little, utterly annoyed at being left in such a mess of twigs, leaves and dirt -she needed a bath. At least she lived near a lake and would be able to have one as soon as she returned home. Trying to force herself to cool off and remember what her father had taught her about the expectations of the Angeni race she looked over the stranger, he too seemed to be an Angeni although there was something a little odd about his head wings -not that she had met many of her breed outside of her herd. Perhaps he had simply not be taught the same way as her? Pushing that aside she asked, "So what where you running from anyways? A ghost or something?" After all there had been nothing around that she had seen. Then she remembered her power of healing and eventhough she hated offering she couldn't just leave him injured, "Are you hurt? Do you need healing?"

Zeeke was not amused. So this girl had an attitude on with him? Then decides she wants to be the nice guy and offer her magical healing abilities, worried that he is hurt? "HA!" He spat, softening to a mocking chuckle. "I don't need your help. I'm fine, alright? I don't even have time for this." He sighed, looking back to where they had tumbled from. 'What if that thing is still there..?' he thought in silence, obviously distracted. Although, this filly had a different aura about her, there was no darkness like he'd witnessed around many other soquili, the demons hadn't elapsed over her and as she had just stated, has healing powers. That would make a good addition to his gang. His facial expression changed of one of judgement to a more relaxed one holding a cocky smirk. "Tell you what." He winced, reminded of what he had been chased by. "I'll stick around with you for a bit and grace you with my presence. Just, no cramping my style 'kay?"

She shook her head and decided it was best to ignore his attitude, it was obvious he was trying to play the 'tough guy' perhaps he would have been better suited the body of a Kalona rather than that of the graceful Angeni -if you could call the boy that crashed into her forcing her to become covered in dirt gracefull. Sighing a little she shook her head and decided it would be best to play along -her brother Mal had moments like this too, and that always seemed to be the best approach. "Well your highness" she added and enthasis and mocking tone to her voice with the 'your highness' part, "I guess I will allow you keep me company for a while." After all she didn't follow. Not really. She fluttered her little head wings, gave herself a quick shake off to displace some of the dirt, leaves and twigs though she knew some of them where stuck deep into her curly hair. She would have to beg Elijah (her fathers fox familar) to aid her like she aided her father. Looking around again in an effort to see if anything was watching them from the shadows, "You never did answer me -what where you running from?" Chandra was known for being stubborn, probably the most stubborn out of all her siblings, it was a trait she got from her mother and something she was proud of, of course unlike her mother who didn't talk until her early adult life she had never found the need for silence. "Anywho..." she chirped, her voice singing in its normal tone, "My name is Chandra -what is yours?" She cocked her head a little as she waited to see what information he would reveal.

Oh yes, he liked that title. "Your... Highness?" He repeated with a smug grin. "I like it. Has a catchy ring to it, don'tcha think?" He strutted a bit thining about being a glorious king, or a famous knight even more appealing and honoured as his brother Alex, who he looked up to and adored for his techniques and skills. As Chandra brought up the taunting shadow once again, he paused, glanced dangerously towards her. Why were they so nosey all the time? "It was... Nothing." He looked away from her and at the ground whilst he spoke, remembering the fear that swirled through his mind. Then turned to walk away, wondering which way leaded towards a river or lake, which wasn't the way he came from. "Names Zeeke." He answered, looking back over his shoulder actually deciding to wait for her. "Are you coming or what?"

She rolled her eyes again at him but allowed it to flow over her like water on a ducks feathers, she was above it, and it wasn't like giving him the nickname 'your highness' wouldn't have its advantages, to her she would be mocking him and to him he would think she worshiped the ground he walked on. Either way it made little difference, "Yeah yeah" she mumbled before looking to the path that lead home. Nothing? How strange, it seemed that despite the colts need to show off and be strong on the outside he also had a vunrable side. Something scared him -but it seemed he would not share that information with her, not yet at least. Shrugging her shoulders she showed him that she couldn't care less really, although she was still annoyed at being knocked off her feet. "Zeeke?" She smiled, it was a strange name, for some reason she had expected something like Michael or Sebastion rather than Zeeke, though it suited him. An imature name for an imature stallion. As he walked away and then stopped to wait for her she was suprised. "Sure." She smiled and skipped towards him, "Do you know where you are headed though? This way leads to the forest." She nodded her head to the left to indicate that direction, "that way is the long way back to my herds lake, and..." she indicated behind them, "is the short cut and the way we came."

Zeeke didn't want to seem desperate not to go the shortcut way back and if she was thinking of taking him to her herdlands, which in his case might not of been safe he'd rather bide his time and take them the long way. How he looked at it was, that the shadow creature wouldn't get her either so, in his own mind she was being saved from something horrible! A fate no one wanted. 'She better appreciate this. I so can't be bothered walking the long way and she better not suggest flying! Argh. Suppose' it will have to do' He wondered if there would some form of alternate short cut through the forest somewhere. "Eh, lets just go the long way perky." He grumbled assigning her a new nickname as she approached with a smile and a skip in her step. Reminded him too much of his hyperactive sister Rosabis. Which got annoying most of the time plus she was girl too. Were they all just the same? Useless.

She shrugged her shoulders, "Fine, if thats what you want." It made no difference to her she enjoyed walking, her wings where a little thicker than most Angeni foals since her fathers wings where larger than most, and because of that she prefered only using them when she felt safe -that and she still didn't know how to fly properly, her dad was teaching her though. It was hard. "Don't call me that!" She protested, she had no idea why he would think of the name Perky? To her it really was an insult. "Call me Chan or something else." She pouted a little as she caught up to him and was nice squarly beside him -as if they where both leading rather than one following the other. "Anywho..." she started in an effort to distract him from calling her Perky again, "...do you live around here too?"

"Fine, whatever Perky" He smirked, looking slyly out the corner of his eyes at her. She was quite amusing the way she treated him how she caught up to his side, rather than lagged slightly behind like others usually did. He knew he was leader material, he just had a knack with confidence. She brought up a question that hadn't been asked before. "Ah. I live in the mountains, way high up there. Right at the top in a crater. A land called Eden." He shrugged. Knowing it was a long way back and would take hours but he wasn't up to heading home just yet besides he wanted to know what another herdland looked like. If it was anything like his family had. "What about you? Some fancy place out where loads of others roam? Lemme guess, your daddy's little princess?" He laughed. Just the thought of it made him want to hurl. Too much soppy family love for his taste.

Chandra did her best to ignore him as he called her Perky again, she would beat that out of him if she needed to, at the same time she didn't want to let him know just how much it really bigged her. Eden. She was sure she had heard of it from her Father -maybe he had visited, what was the name of the mare he had once tutored? Taria, Tabariel, Taharial? Something like that. "My dad used to live in the mountains." She looked towards him a little, slightly curious about his eyes now thats he could see them properly, they where dark and almost hollow. Could he see? Nothing wanting to be rude or to stare for too long she looked back at the path ahead, "...me? Daddy's princess, nah thats my sister Io. I am more...." She paused just before saying 'the reject', or at least was how she felt sometimes but that was not something she wanted to discuss with the arrogent colt beside him, "...the middle child." She finished and offered him a soft smile. It didn't bother her or anything but she was just always slightly overlooked. At night she blended too well to the night sky, she wasn't as loud as Io and wasn't as moody as Mal, she was just Chandra. Moving topic she thought of her home, "My father -Maion-" she added his name as if it would make her a little more impressive, "moved here to be with my mother -Sengdroma- because she is a grounded and can't reach the top of the mountains like the Angeni can. They formed the herd, we have about twenty members now, mostly those that need protection from my father. He is very strong." She had always seen her father as force not to be messed with and admired him so much. "We live near a beautiful lake with the shining moon flower all around it." Her father had brought the first seeds of the flower from the top of his old mountain home as a gift to her mother and to show her that he would stand by her forever.

"Stop feeling sorry for yourself. The middle child? That's why you have to get yourself noticed, don't let them drop you into the background just because you deal with all the crud and let your siblings get all the fuss. Hey, even my parents have favorites and they can't say otherwise. Neria, my sister. Geez she is DADDY's LITTLE PRINCESS. You should hear them when they get together!" He rambled, memories of how they squealed and nuzzled and pranced about like a couple of little foals. It was wierd how his father had so much energy being an old man and all. He wondered if there was a screw loose or if he was going senile. "Too bad." He muttered looking down over her about her father moving from the mountains. He was tall for a colt, just like his Dad and his brother Alex and looked down over most females in general because of that factor. "He moved to be with a girl. Kinda silly if you ask me. Love, ugh. The mountains are great. Although suppose' you came outta the result..."
Coming from Zeeke that was a compliment, a rare occassion indeed even though it was probably offending from where she stood. He cast a small smile at her, then ran ahead flicking his tail against her nose when he shot off. "Bet you can't catch me and my awesome superspeed!" He laughed, peering back slightly bucking and kicking in his happy go lucky leaps.

"I don't feel sorry for myself." She huffed and pouted at him, it was true, she knew her parents loved her dearly but she was just a little weird in comparion to the rest of her family. But then again her Grandfather Scythe always told her to strive to be different, to be herself. "Anyways..." she commented listening to him and the resentment that seemed to lace his voice, "seems you have a bigger problems that me anyways, I can see you want to be Daddy's little princess also!" She giggled a little as she waited for his reply, no doubt it would be in his usual 'go screw the world' attitude. She had to admit it was starting to grow on her, he certainly made the day more..... interesting..... for a lack of better word.
"Plus..." she continued, "I actually love the lake that we live in." She hadn't been to the mountains yet, probably because she still wasn't good at flying but one day she would. Maybe she would even go to visit him and his home? She shrugged her shoulders to herself and then was stunned for a moment as a storm of hair hit her face followed by his taunting words. She growled a little with determination and spoke, "You're ONLY a boy!" And with that she leaped forward using her wings to flutter just above the ground in an effort to catch him up before her hooves struck the ground and she ran at full speed towards him. Her tail was wiggling as were her ear wings, she would catch him up.... she had to.
