Hmm, why in Wonderland didn't I post these in this guild sooner anyway? Perhaps I was too busy smoking my hookah and writing poetry? Yes... maybe thats it. Anyway, here is a couple sketches I did of the Jabberwock, they arn't shaded or coloured; I could always colour them on the computer later of course. I love how long and lithe you made him(or her as it may be) here, it makes him that bit more creepy (because humans have an instinctual fear of anything with limbs bigger than it's own body 3nodding (hence arachnophobia))
Also loving his little jacket, adds a bit of personality and sort of makes you wonder if he's really as bad as he seems at first glance (but then again, is there usualy such a thing as a badly dressed villan?)

I agree, he makes me wonder if he's really as bad as the poem makes him out.
he looks rather intelligent, maybe a bit insane, but who isn't in wonderland?

I'm unsure, do you think I should colour him? It could take a while, especially if I'm doing both pictures. XD

I like it. The Jabberwock seems very proper now. I think he'd be british.
The vest makes him seem like he'd be quite polite before he gets you. Like, the kindness would lure you in.
I could just imagine him sitting at a tabel alone with lil bits of human hanging out out his mouth. He'd burp and just be like. "Oh, pardon me." Then gently dab his chin with a napkin. =P

It's a shame really isn't it?
People do taste so nice :U
The smell as you walk past the beaches in hot countries -which England certainly is NOT. Especialy at the minute. Yuck xp - and smell the aroma of BACON xd

Hmmm, I'm thinking of trying to draw a lot of the Wonderland characters in my style. I have a few questions though.
Do you think it would be a good idea to post both the sketch and a CG coloured version of each picture?
And does anyone have any specific characters they'd like me to try and draw?
Should I post them all in one topic to be updated or individual topics as I complete each picture?
BTW I'm atm sketching the Cheshire Cat. ^_^

Okay so Alice, the Hatter and the Caterpillar are to be drawn.
I've started colouring one of the Jabberwock pics as well... its taking a while. >_>
