Anansi: -walks down an alley, headed nowhere fast, bushy tail flagging behind her like a banner and her blue eyes gleaming with an almost indifference as she daydreamed about a certain glowstick-endowed cat-

Jude: -stretched out in a patch of sun against the fence in the alley, green eyes focused on nothing in particular, ears swivling; thin tail curled about him like a security blanket- Mmmn.... Cold day, but the sun is nice~ -laughed to himself, putting his head on his paws- ..... I smell somoene. -smirked, waiting for them to show up-

Anansi: -pulled from her reverie as she nearly trod on the slinky gray male, his scent filling her nose as she paused, tail flicking- Oops. -giggles- Hiya there, pal! Whatcha doin' in the middle of the aisle?

Jude: -blinked a little and arched a brow at her, laughing- I'm by the fence, lovely. Not the middle. -chuckled and got up, stretching out his slender body- Aren't you just the cutest feline ever? Look at that collar. It's so cute! -pawed at it a few times before flicking his ears-

Anansi: Well you're -practically- in the middle! -grins and sticks a tongue out at him- But thanks. You're the second guy who's told me that... -winks at him and wiggles her butt, prancing closer- I'm Anansi, pal. Nice to meetcha!

Jude: I'm Jude Halt. -winked smiled happily at her, fluffing himself up a bit- Call me Jude. I live around here, you know? Well, used to before I was chunked outside. Had a fling for the other guy cat I lived with. They didn't like that I was gay. -giggled- My old owners bred Korats for a living.

Anansi: -finds it odd he has a last name... She didn't have a last name, did she? Pondering it, she decided with a nod that she didn't- You're gay? -head tilt- Guess ya didn't fit in with the other cats? They just chucked you out on your butt?

Jude: Yeah, that's about it. -nodded a little bit and sighed- Ah, well. -suddenly got shy and tipped his head to the side, thinking for a moment- Sorry. I get... excited about meeting new people... -offered a small smile- Do.. you know.... of any like me?

Anansi: -folds her arms over her chest for a moment, then picks at a nail- That's gay... Uhwait. -giggles- Not like that, of course. It's okay. -settles down into a sitting position, tail wrapping around her waist- I know...one. I mean, I met him once. He's nice ^__^

Jude: Is he? -a hopeful note in his voice- I'm.. looking for a new guyfriend. -won't say boyfriend because he didn't really know if he was ready for a boyfriend- And... I don't... mind if you say.... that's gay. I know what you mean. -giggled a little bit- What was his name?

Anansi: -grins- Yeah. He did my hair, see? -pulls at her brightly-dyed bangs and wiggles- I know where he hangs out. His name's Impulse. Maybe I could take you there sometime?

Jude: -nodded a little bit and moved to play with her bangs, smiling brightly- They are very pretty! I couldn't see my hair anything but this; straight and black. -had, literally, knee black hair, tied up in a high ponytail, the sides framing his face, bangs cut right below his eyebrows- I couldn't... pull off anything like that.

Anansi: -nods, tipping her head to let him play with her hair, liking the tugging motions- Thanks! I thought so too. I think I'm gonna keep it up. I think you'd be cute with pink in your hair -nods and grins- Why couldn't ya, pal?
