This channel has 10 minute cardio work outs . If you hate cardio like I do they're a god send D:. I usually repeat them once or twice to get the full 20-30 minutes. >.< The best part about it is..is that you can mix and match the routines. :[ It's not that same ol- hate yourself on a tread mill sort of thing. And the woman who instructs the cardio videos is pretty nice (I know i'm being a bit creeper) . She talks you through the workout letting you know it's okay to slow down a bit if you're tired as long as you keep moving.. /ramble biggrin Long story short ; I like these videos and wanted to share.
