Kinch rock is, in fact a cave. It goes deep underground and then comes into a large half-shere room. This room has nothing but a giant glowing pillar within it. This pillar is magical and around it are carved circles with a special writing in them which only a few can still read.

*Anna pulls her hood tightly over her head and listens for anyone following her. She then ducks into the hidden opening.*

She continues down the dark cave until she reachs the pillar. She turns and looks up the tunnel, although she sees nothing. She turns back and approaches the great magic formation. She slips her hand into her bag and withdraws a small vile. She holds it in her palm and looks at it sorrowfully for a moment before uncorking it. A misty figure emerges and flies into the pillar. The pillar glows brighter than before and then a hooded man walks out of it. "I hope you completed your task this time," he says. "Here. Cloth from his tomb. Now please, show me my brother," Anna beggs. The man takes the cloth and smacks Anna across the cheek. "Do not ask to see him again! I decide when that happens! Unless you want another scratch across your other arm, go!" With that, the man turns and enters the pillar again, turning into mist and entering the vile again. Anna tucked away the vile and climbs out.

*Anna leaves the gate and quickly shecks to make sure no one was there before going down the hole. She tripped in her haste and tumbled down the hole, right into the man at the bottom. She quickly recovers and stands up.* "How did you..." she begins but he cut her short. "I thank you. It was the gifts that you brought the allowed me to obtain a body, and then claim the medalion from your spot of... safekeeping. Next time I would suggest a place less easy to enter." "You have what you wanted. Now tell me who and where my brother is! And after you're done with that, you can explain who, or what, you are and what you want." "What brother? You mean that non-existant kid that I've been telling you about? You have no brother, nor any family. I needed something from you so I used what you wanted. Wan't it nice thinking there was still someone?" "You... how could you...." *Anna pulled out her sword and lunged at the man. He easily dodged her attack and said and incantation, holding up the medalion. Anna grunted and then kneeled over and fell onto the cold stone floor. She was alive, but wasn't going to remember much when she woke up.*

*There was a girl laying on the cold stone floor. Her eyes flickered open and she sat up.* "Where am I?" she said aloud. *Her tounge felt heavy and the words seemed unfamiliar, as if she was just repeating something from another language rather than actually knowing what she was saying. She slouched against a wall and laid her head back. She felt dizzy and strange. After her head cleared she stood up again and looked around. She appeared to be inside some kind of cavern. There was only one tunnel that led out and she started to go down it. She continued down it until she came to a dead end. She ran her hand along the stone and was about to turn back when it moved to the side. She stepped through into a large room and the stone closed behind her. There was a piece of rock jutting out from the ceiling and one on the floor in the center that had a bluish glowing tint. Everywhere around the two rocks were shattered fragments of the same substance. It appeared that something had broken there. She also noticed a tunnel with sunlight coming through it and climbed out of it into the open air. She took in the grass at her feet and theforest and the city and the tall menacing rocks a little ways away. She started to stumble towards the tall gates of the city, hoping to find something there.*

*Anna climbs down the dark tunnel that lead to the cave in which she had first met Jushar. She reached the bottom and pulled a potion out of her bag. She was not yet ready to use her true powers. The best way for now would be what she was used to. She emptied the contents on the floor which caused the entire cave to light up.* "Jushar, I am here! It is time to finish this!" she called out, her voice echoing eerily. *Anna walked to the middle of the cave next to the stone pillar. After a little bit she felt the hair on her neck rise drom a sudden chill. She spun around and saw Jushar standing there.*

"Well, well, Anna. I've spent all this time looking for you, and now you are calling me?" He laughed. "Shut up," Anna said sharply. "Nothing is funny with you. I called you to finish this and put you back where you belong. I warn you, do not underestimate me!" "I am stronger than you, Anna. I have lived for hundreds of years and studied magic all of my life. You, a 21-year-old who grew up in a forest without any knowledge of magic expect to beat me?" "It's been done before," Anna said pointedly. Jushar's black eyes flashed with hatred. "I was not destroyed. Simply delayed. As you can see, I am here now." "Whatever," Anna said. "Stop jabbering on and let's just finish this."

*Anna quickly swung her sword at Jushar and the two immediatly locked in an flurry of blows and dodges. After awhile of neither getting a single scratch they broke apart panting.* "Nice dueling," Jushar said between breaths. "But how good are you at magic?" *With this, he quickly flung a beam at Anna. She muttered something and the beam shatered into pieces which dissapeared before hitting the ground about a foot in front of her. Then she muttered something else and an arrow of fire shot towards Jushar. It burned out before it reached him, just as him beam had shattered before reaching Anna.* "Let's get past the baby stuff already," Anna said. "Or is that all you can do?"

*Jushar leaped at her, swinging his sword at her, but this time it was charged with dark magic. Anna lept higher than good be expected and a shimmer of red showed someing out of her back. Then she spun around and sent a busrst of flame in Jushar's direction. It wound around his sheild and squeezed until the magic gave way. The flames died as soon as they broke the barrier and Jashar was thrown backwards. He quickly recovered and got up, sword in hand. He muttered something and suddenly Anna froze. He ran at her, his sword ready to kill. She concentrated as hard as she could and then leaped out of the way just before Jushar's sword hit where she had been standing. Firey wings appeared on her back and she hung, suspended in air.*

*Anna saw amzement flicker over Jushar's eyes, but it was gone in a second. He muttered something and black, demonic-looking wings appeared on his own back. He jumped up and hovered, eye-level with Anna.* "I told you not to underestimate me," Anna said. Her voice had lost all of the playful mockingness that it had had before. "Just because you can sprout wings doesn't mean you are stronger than me. Many know that spell. "Who said it was a spell?" Anna asked. Her tone was dead serious. "What are you saying?" Jushar asked, his voice rising just a little. "I'm saying I'm not what you think I am," Anna replied. *Anna raised her hands and a ball of fire appeared in them. She threw this at Jushar and it broke into lots of pieces of flame, all going straight for Jushar. He managed to block all but one which barely hit his side. It left the cloth sizzling and a small burn underneath.*

*Jushar's eyes narrowed. This was not what he had been expecting. Anna still remained where she was, tense and ready to block if an attack should come. Jushar held out his hand and dark energy swarmed to it. He muttered something and the energy dissapeared. Then a wolf made of the same substance appeared at his side. It paused a second , then lunged at Anna, bounding through the air as if there was an invisible floor. Its face was blank, but Anna could tell that this wolf wasn't coming to make friends. She put her hands out in front og her aas if she was pushing something away. Her eyes narrowed in concentration and suddenly the wolf was engulfed in flame. There was a tortured, inhuman screech and the wolf plummeted down, the dark matter breaking up as it hit the floor.*

*Jushar took a step away from Anna, still in midair.* "This... You are no mage," Jushar said, his eyes wide. "As I said before, this is no spell. You rely on magic, I rely on something else entirely," Anna said, her voice even. *Anna's wings flapped a couple of times and she rose, then dived at Jushar. Then she started to change. Flame surrounded her. Her feet became talons and a tail appeared. By the time she reached Jushar, she had become a flaming bird. She grabbed him with her talons and threw him against a wall. His wings dissapeared as he made contact and he fell towards the ground. He was barely able to break his fall in time before colliding with the solid stone.*

*Anna changed back to her human form, but still kept the wings. She waited as Jushar gathered himself and got his wings back. He rose into the air again.* "No spell," Anna repeated. "It matters not what form you take, I will not be defeated!" Jushar shouted. "No need to yell," Anna said just as calmly as before. *Jushar raised his sword and dark energy came to it. Anna then unsheathed her own sword and the blade lit on fire. They froze for a second, each with their sword charged with their own element. Then Jushar lunged and the fighting began again.

*Around the room they spun, rising and dipping, each mind completely on the fight. They were a blur of black and red. Then the almost impossible happened: Anna struck Jushar. Her sword ran right along his forearm.* "Now you have been scarred as you scarred me," Anna said. *Then she reached up and got a grip on the medalion that hung on Jushar's neck. The pulled away and the string broke, leaving the medalion in Anna's hand and sending Jushar backwards. Then the stone Anna's sword started to gleam and both Anna and Jushar were pushed back by an impossible force. Jushar was pushed into the wall, but Anna's hand was stuck on the sword. The room started to glow red. Anna looked at Jushar. He was dissapearing, but not in the way that he teleported like. It started at his arms and legs and then spread to the rest of his body, his head last. The last thing Anna saw was pure fear in his eyes. She liked it. Then there was a loud sound and Anna lost consciousness.*
