Detailed Biography:
Shimo's family on his mother's side are natives to the Land of Water and a large majority of them know Water Release jutsu. They've been know to manipulate water in ways others though unimaginable. As for his father his family history is unknown. The rare times when asked about his family he would try to avoid the question. Since Shimo grew up in a neighborhood with mostly elderly people he was very peaceful and calm. When he came of age to enter the academy he was occasionally teased for the way he acted until he came closer to graduating. Once he reached the age of nine his mother gave him a small gourd for him to use once he learned to use water jutsu and for speed and endurance training. By the time he graduated he received a large gourd (the size of Gaara's). Ever since he receive the gourd he never removed when running so his true speed is undetermined. Ever since he graduated he had been working on water release but has yet to master it so until then he can not reveal his skills with this jutsu.
