A small dot of blue looked rather odd as it went through the jungle. Honap was a cheetah and usually did not go deep into the jungle. Why was he here now? Cause he wanted to be. Of course.
He'd heard that jungles had some of the most beautiful flowers in the world and the cheetah aimed to pluck one for a certian female cheetah. Ah yes, Honap had fallen head over heels for a certain cheetah lady. He aimed to impress her at almost any cost.

Caius was in the jungle today, hed found a nice tree to nap in and was enjoying him self. Nothing like a good refreshing nap after all. Right?
He laid there in the branches feeling quite kingly as he did so. His brother was off looking for 'pride members'. Caius had all but given up hope. Honestly, pride members? Pftttt, they were going to find no such thing. It had almost been a year.

The cheetah slinked past tree after tree and through brush looking for this so called jungle flower. So far no luck but Honap wasn't about to call it quits. Not yet at least.
Something up high caught his attention. A tail? The cheetah looked up. Leopard? A real one. How fun.
"Hello!" He chirped up at the leopard.

Caius opened one eye and lazily flopped on his back looking upside down at who greeted him. "mphhhh?" He grunted. A cheetah? In the jungle? Strange.
Maybe he was a really skinny teen lion.
"What do you want stranger?" He yawned.

The cheetah took a seat and stared up at the leopard. He had really interesting markings after all. Was hard not to stare.
"Ohh uhh.." Honap stammered some. "Would you happen to know where I could find a jungle flower.."

The leopard cocked a brow. Back in his pride cheetah were concidered lower beings compared to the leopard and lion. Tickled Caius that this cheetah was asking him for something. A .. jungle flower? There was a time long ago where Caius would had just ignored such a lesser being but over his travels through the rogue land Caius had found cheetahs to be alright.
"Jungle flower friend?" He mused for a moment.

The cheetah nodded, "Yes please. I can't seem to find one any where on the jungle floor. Do they grow up high?" He tilted his head. Cheetahs could not climb in trees like the leopard and lions . It just wasn't in their genes to do so.
"Would be a helpful bit of information."

Caius yawned again. Was this cheetah serious about this whole jungle flower thing.
"Tell me friend.. is this for love?" The leopards tail twitched.

Honap nodded, "Yes, course. The flowers not for me.." He laughed, "Im no healer either."
He imagined that healers probably used random roots and flowers. The types that they used were not something Honap was well versed in.

Caius shrugged. He got up and disappeared with out another word. The leopard was higher up where it was harder to see from the ground. But he knew where the flower the cheetah wanted was.

Honap blinked. The leopard just suddenly gotten up and left. Had he offended the other cat? Honap got up and stretched, maybe he should go...

Caius returned back into sight before the cheetah had time to leave. His maw was full of the flowers the cheetah had been questing for.
Caius tossed them downward toward the cheetah.
"There you go friend." He yawned, not sure why he was inspired to help out a cheetah. Strange. Very strange.

The flowers softly fluttered down around the cheetah. Honap blinked up at the leopard. How kind. The cheetah titled his head.
"Thank you kindly sir. I ... couldn't have done it with out you."

He leopard waved a paw at the thanks.
"Don't thank me. Just go knock your miss cheetahs socks off or what ever. " He yawned again. Truthfully Caius just wanted to get back to his nap. He'd ditched his brother after all and just wanted some down time in a nice tree.
"Go on now.. shoo."

The cheetah gathered up the jungle flowers and did as the leopard commanded. He darted through the jungle carefully with his flowers. Gene would love these, at least he hoped that she would love them.
That leopard had been a tad strange... But at least he was of some help. And thats all that mattered.
