They already did. It's called Majora's Mask.

Unless you're referring to the rumor the next console Zelda will be an MM sequel, in which case I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.

Thats what people say, Last year I remember Nintendo itself rumoring its a sequel to TP, which i wouldn't be surprised because basically every zelda game, at least major installment, had a sequel.

That's kind of hard to say but seeing as though there are so many sequels that are being made, it won't surprise me.

The reason Link is in Termina is because he left on a quest to find Navi, who parted ways with him at the end of OoT. Since he doesn't achieve this at the end of the game, i wouldn't be surprised if the next game really is a sequel to MM.
