Not sure how I did, still trying to figure out how to get everyone back without casualties. And yea, you loose Kelly if you take too long to rescue the crew!
Though I'm curious, how does one get Shepard to die at the end??

Not sure how I did, still trying to figure out how to get everyone back without casualties. And yea, you loose Kelly if you take too long to rescue the crew!
Though I'm curious, how does one get Shepard to die at the end?? Buy no upgrades (or next to none), have no one loyal and don't do any sidequests. (pretty sure that's how it works.)

Success! I got the "No One Left Behind" cheevo!
Took two tries though, I decided to see if Thane was a legitimate biotic so I allowed him to put up the field. Well, he fails! He collapsed so Shepard goes back to save him and Garrus sacrifices himself to save her. I was so devastated that I restarted the mission. Its crazy how dire the consequences of your actions are. You kinda have to know your team and who's good at what so that no one dies. This time I sent Mordin to escort the crew instead of Grunt. It worked!
Anyway, I'm almost curious to see how loosing everyone would work out. I think by the end everyone, or mostly everyone, would be dead so Shepard has no choice but to stay behind. Pity.

I lost Thane the first time because I thought he was perfect for the stealth option, I know I know... it says technician expert, but I thought.. "vents? stealth guy? perfect!" I restarted immediately and put Legion in there xd I didn't wanna lose anyone.

i got the achevement for everyone living and completing the game twice ...my infiltrator kicks a** with the widow sniper rifle i love my gun heart

Tali got shot in the head crying
I don't even know how I managed that cause I picked her to do tech... though I suspect picking Samara to lead the strike team didn't help with the defenses. I was so devastated.

Lost no one.
If you want everyone to survive, here's what you do:
Get all the upgrades for the Normandy (no, the scar remover isn't necessary) and get all the other weapon/armor/ect. upgrades as well.
When you go to the collector base, set up the teams/jobs/whatever you wish to call them as such:
Squad Leader 1:Garrus
Tech:Tali or Legion (I went w/ Tali)
Squad Leader 2:Garrus
Biotic Shield: Jack/Subject Zero
Survivors Back: Jacob.
Now, for me I had my squad consist of Miranda Lawson and Grunt both times, but I think who is picked doesn't matter so much toward your/their survival.

I lost Jack....I forgot to update the armor of the Normandy gonk . If I had just did that everyone upgrade would have survived.

apparently shepard can die but still finish the mission, than joker basically seems to take over
