Age: Appears no more than 6 months old but is believed to be rather old as in order to collect such powerful puppets it would naturally take time
Physical Description: Weighing approximately 12 pounds and standing at 2 feet 6 inches at full stature this speciment is not intimidating in the least bit. An almost complete lack of firm bone structure is present displaying a soft cuddly being upon touch, not hardened in the least bit by a the bone and muscular structure that occur with growth.The fragility of such a being is displayed in full view, but it also displays a natural beauty that attracts the eye. Unblemished skin, unaffected by the destruction of the environment, the nearly hairless infant portrays large ocean blue eyes that in their deception welcome all those who naturally will feel compassion for the little one. One must remember, looks can always be deceiving.

Name: Infectum
Appearance: None really appears, which is typically strange but it also may reflect upon fact he does not possess any of natural hollow abilities save one due to his ressurection.
Ressurection
Upon his awakening of new powers from Aizen it seems he is constantly in his ressurection state, therefore he never states it or needs to. It is likely due to the low reaitsu that he displays, making his Ressurection not quite a difficult state to maintain.
Appearance wise he does not change in the least bit and therefore it is assumed he will have the capability of obtaining a
Effingo (Duplication)
This is an ability he uses constantly due to the need to protect himself from the harm that can easily come to him from anyone. He has the ability to make an exact replication of himself that is indistinguishable from the real one. The reaitsu, appearance and abilities all appear the same as his own original being. It is one of the major reasons why he likely will never be truly trusted due to him typically living in the shadows using representations of himself to perform his deeds.
Animus Murus (Spiritual Barrier)
This is another ability that once again is not typically an offensive one in nature as he himself possesses little offensive abilities beyond his mind manipulation, which will be fully explained with his powers. The barrier in itself is capable of stopping all spiritual based attacks. That means anything that will typically use the energy of spirit particles. All Kidou's, Cero's or bala's for instance will never penetrate this barrier. Despite this he is attainable by other methods primarily, those of pure physical nature.
Redivivus (Reconstruction)
Shooni can quickly heal his own wounds and also put back together severed pieces of his body. He can control 100% of his body all the time (even when severed). However, there is a limit to how much he can regenerate. The more damage he takes, the more time he will need later on to recover. Too much damage can kill him.
Special Accessories: A charm bracelet with a locket. This locket is said to hold his puppets while they are not released in combat. It is not confirmed whether this is true or not, but the rumor does hold some merit.
Personality
Despite the image of being helpless on the surface is quite an intelligent being, as shown when he decides to speak. He is rather afraid of his feeble nature a reason for his puppets that serve as the tools to fill those missing pieces of himself. He is rather deceitful, based not only on his abilities but on his intents. He is fueled by the need to have his way and will corrupt all those he is capable of in order for them to be serve his goals. He holds no loyalties and it is a specific reason as to why Aizen asked for special attention to be paid upon this individual who's strength lies not within the physical realm but within the more dangerous world of the conscious.
Abilities
The true extent of his power lies within his natural abilities that made Aizen want this infant to join his ranks. Being the mask of the peaceful, innocent natural beauty of a relatively newborn child in appearance he is a corrupter. He does not dwell into the physical realm but more into the mental.
He is able to use the power of suggestion to control. He dwells into the mind of others and uses their own memory database to suggest thoughts/actions. In weaker beings such as humans or low level hollows he can simply do it by using telekenesis. With others who are basically all those who RP he must be touched or touch to begin to dwell into thoughts. He finds the darkness within mind and uses it to corrupt person till point he can eventually control them physically and mentally. To further explain he will find the dark thoughts within someone and use it against that person. Warping those thoughts to leave doubts and unbalance the mind, allowing him to suggest thoughts. The longer it goes on it will eventually lead him to suggest actions, and eventually obtain control. This had led him to acquired his tools of combat.
Instead of fighting himself and risking death, which may come so easily in combat versus strong opponents he has created a set of 5 puppets to be used at his will. He has been quietly collecting powerful arrancars and using them to acquire others through combat in order to represent his army. His technique is typically to use the arrancars in his possession to weaken the other arrancar even if strong to allow him the opportunity to penetrate the mind of that stronger arrancar, so he can be his. As of now he currently possesses 5 strong arrancars of distinct abilities and talents that will be explained further below.
Of not despite holding 5 he can never use all 5 at once in combat. To control the movement, thoughts and actions of even one of his puppets is strenuous. That is why he typically will only use one in combat, but will under certain circumstances use two. He cannot use two for long though as his attention becomes divided and eventually it will lead him to lose partial control of one of the arrancars
Biography/History
Not much is known about his past, although it is assumed his display of frailty has some historic meaning. It is possible he died as an infant, a reason for his arrancar portrayal as one.

The desolate land seemed to stretch on forever. The light from the neversetting moon glittered as it hit the tiny mineral fragments that made up the surface, nearly blinding those brave or foolish enough to try to traverse it. Day or night had no meaning here, and the traveller who wandered without his wits often found himself falling prey, either to the blazzing heat or worse, into a chasm. The vast emptiness had laid claim to a fierce encounter, two arrancars blood driven to destruction. In the wake of the destruction stood idly by an infant, small in stature and unimposing. Aizen, driven by a newfound curiosity, halted his travel and approached the small speciment.
It was quite a marvel that amidst the current state of the surrounding environment, blackened and smokened craters, painted red by the damage of the ferocious battle, the infant seemed unharmed. Aizen, within an instant was within close enough proximity of the child to now smell the stench of body fluids that excreted from the pore. With total disregard for the physical well-being of such a creature, with a swift movement of he grabbed the infant by the arm and raised it so that its face peered directly into his own. The sight astonished Aizen, the baby was rather beautiful, portraying large blue eyes that displayed purety, yet this was clearly a hollow. Unknown to Aizen himself, the creature was at work, searching within the fabric of his mind to discover the darkness. Having found access to the small portion of the mind that contained the weakness he spread his thoughts, or as the hollow suggested, allowed Aizen to believe these thoughts.
Weakness? It must be true, I could not attain the height I wished in the Sereitei alone. I required research to unleash new powers due to my failure to reach the peak solely on my natural ability. This makes me weak as I only seek selfish ambitions I could not attain without cheating.
Aizen was rather strong in mind and despite the corruption of his thoughts that occured briefly, he regained enough sense to fling the infant across the barren land, watching it thump upon contact with the earth.
"Well it would seem you are not so weak." He stated this as he gazed upon the two corpse of the arrancar, his own. It was rather clear to him that they fought not through their own will and intent but of this little child, who it seemed could corrupt the mind. A rather dangerous skillset if used properly.
The infant now displaying the scrapes from brushing the unforgiven surface turned towards Aizen.
"Why, thank you. If only you had embraced me to the extent of a father would his newborn son, you would be mine."
Aizen could not help but be surprised yet again. It seemed this infant was a rather devious one, displaying itself as a helpless infant, which was far from the truth. "I should easily destroy you know and save myself the trouble you may cause in the future, but considering my need to experiment with my arrancars I do find your ability rather fascinating. I wish for you to join my ranks. Decline or disobey to follow my lead and you will seize to exist."
Left without a choice the response was rather expected. "Well, it would seem I am under your command, Aizen-Sama, Arrancar creator." extending the last few words to display how far he had dwelt into his thoughts.
