The heaviness of the atmosphere and shadows of night could only be matched by that of the weight of the great giant horse slowly making his way through the tall undergrowth of the forest. He looked up wearily, eyes shrouded by darkness and his own thick, knotted forelock. He snorted and continued to trudge through the wood on the edge of the Wild lands. As he walked, his great, strong legs tightened, showing off his carved muscles and coloring. His thick, long feathering brushed against the earth as it picked up loose dirt and small sticks. He walked slowly and mindlessly. Almost as if without any goal or will. As the muscles in his back and sides rippled from his stride, the moonlight caught sight of a horrendous scar across his entire back. It was an old wound, but a great one. Whitened at the edges but still pink red in the center. And it still stung the giant whenever it was touched. However it was not the only wound. Small scratches and burns covered his body, a thick rope was tied around his neck and there was a broken arrow embedded in his shoulder. It moved with him as if part of his flesh, but old caked blood surrounded it and he could still feel it every time he moved.
Finally after his slow, long trudge through grass and bush he has entered the lands of Wild. He lazily shook his forelock out of his eyes to see clearer. Yes, he thought. This land would serve his purpose well. With that, Iszen took his first step into the lands.

Thanos wandered through the night as his mind was filled with many things and he needed a break away from his herd and the foals that now occupied a good deal of his energy. Those three fillies were certainly showing good potential to be a part of the herd and he could only hope that someday soon they would be old enough and strong enough to go into the battlefield with him. With a sigh he slowly walked along the edge of the forest."What is bothering you?" Peace asked."He wants to kill and is tied down by those foals of his!" "That's part of it." He told the rats. "They will serve me well when they are older, but right now they are a burden." The foals weren't the only burden he was currently dealing with. Those other lazy bastards in his herd were so annoying. Even with Rowans help he couldn't seem to get them motivated to move. Fine, he thought as he continued along, we will just leave them behind. Find better horses to join the cause and then bring destruction to this blasted world. Letting out a snort he stopped and scanned the area.

Iszen's dulled senses could feel the presence of others, but he could hardly care any less. As he walked along, all he wanted was for them to mind themselves and stay completely out of his way. He stepped out of the deep, dark forest that bordered these lands from the rest and walked out into the plains. The fragile, glass-like healed tissue glossy from the moonlight. The knot hanging around his neck gently swaying back and forth. And the arrow wedged in his shoulder moving along with him as his strode across the moon-light grasses.

Red eyes caught movement up ahead. Thanos came to a stop and looked closely as the horse who emerged from the trees. Wasn't that Rowan, he thought for a moment. The large horse did have a rope around it like Rowan did but he was pretty sure Rowan wasn't grey. Giving his head a shake to clear that thought. No, that certainly wasn't Rowan. But the other stallion certainly looked like he could be a member of his herd. Perhaps he was. "Is he one of ours?" He asked the rats as he resumed walking, headed towards the other horses.
"Nope, I've never seen that one before." "We should kill him. One less to deal with later!"
Well Thanos couldn't agree with War for once. This one looked in such bad shape that he almost wanted to recruit him...that was if he had a hate filled heart. If not, well then he would deal with him, as War so perfectly put it. As he got closer to the other stallion he noticed something sticking out of his shoulder. Well what was that? "Hey you!" Thanos called out, trying to get the grey stallions attention.

Iszen's ears reacted to the call from afar. He stopped and stood still for a moment, debating whether to acknowledge the other or not. He decided he would see what the other wanted from him and slowly turned his head. His thick forelock still over his eyes, but he peered between small cracks and locks. He watched the other approach him, seeing something quite peculiar with the other horse. He took a closer look, his tired eyes squinting. The horse seemed...dead! A risen corpse? A demon entranced body? Iszen smirked while watching him approach. "What do you want?" he grunted. Shifting over, his body pieced with the pain form the lodged arrow
