I was browsing the Due Fiumi Suikoden VI forums, when I clicked on this topic. Turns out, Mr. Yoshitaka Murayama, creator of Suikoden, is considering an offer from "A Certain Company." For those who don't want to click the link, here is what he said:

Although I'm extremely thankful, the idea left me very troubled, personally. Should I accept it or not?
Even now, it still concerns me.

What's to be done about this...?

So, yeah. What could this mean? A return to Konami, which he left mid-development of Suikoden III? Or something else entirely? Personally, I know which one I hope it is.

i coudlnt stand 4 and 5 and ive beaten them all. and tactics was ok but woulda been better without the suikoden name to it

I'm kind of with Lyle on this one... Although I liked S3, and I found S5 to be tolerable. I think that Murayama's return could only herald great things.

Either way, I'm getting very impatient for S6 gonk Need more Suikoden to surviveeee! D;

I recently replayed all the games except for Tactics and well... i liked them all! Of course there were things i hated about on each one but after replaying them all from Suikoden to Suikoden V and Tierkris i have a renewed love for the series as a whole.
