[Strictly for the family, please.]
Tempo had nursed the man back to what seemed like...decent health. His wounds were healing nicely, and though he still seemed weak, the forest cat finally figured it'd be okay for the kids and Leila to see him again...for a longer period of time this time, it'd be better that way with all the stress of teaching and s**t now. He could rely on their children to watch him rather than putting off meetings, territory issues and other such things to obsess over his lover...
Which wasn't a bad thing, mind you, just troublesome when one had Alice and Remi breathing down his neck to get s**t done.
He'd set a time for them to come see him...their kids already knew he was back, thankfully, so a few had been harassing him about visiting. Tempo had always been protective, hence their childrens' somewhat sheltered lifestyle...He just hoped that SunBae wouldn't tell JiYong right this minute about moving to the University soon.
[I'll post for my two kittens later.]

Jiyong...felt pretty useless anymore. The fact he could barely walk without intense pain was one thing, but the fact he could barely feed himself or bathe himself was just pathetic. Poor Tempo. And he missed his kids. It was kind of insane to think that they didn't live in the room with them anymore, they were off doing their own thing...they had their own lives anymore. He had missed his babies growing up.
But now he was finally getting to see them, was up to moving and talking and possibly some cuddling/crying.
Sitting on one of the oversized pillows, waiting nervously. Would they even come? Fidgeting with his tail and obsessively grooming it, he sighed and shifted. "Tempo?" he called, biting his lip. "Are they here yet?"

The news of Ji-Yong’s disappearance came as a shock to Leila. When would all the bad news and tragedies come to an end? First it was the kidnapping of her children and then the mysterious disappearance of the biological father of the litter she had surrogated. Such a folly was too soon. Would the ocicat ever return home in time to watch his beloved kittens grow up? Months passed and the answer soon became clear to Leila: No, he would not return in time. With a heavy heart she watched each of her children mature. They had all grown into lovely, growing felines.
However, the return of Ji-Yong had sent her into giddy fits. He was back! He was back! Finally!
She eagerly made her way towards the room the couple was in, surprised to find YunHee just about to open the door when she arrived.
“O-Oh!” Yun timidly spoke and bowed her head.
Leila laughed as she gave the kitten a brief hug. “Let’s go in, shall we?”
Yun gave a small nod and opened the door a crack, Leila and her peeking their heads in. “H-Hello?”

Daekyun was nervous. Lately he had been spending so much time at the University trying to become more social, to work on his disorder and painting with Alice to try to keep the issues at hand out of his mind. His daddy... gone, gone to the same place he had been, to be tormented, tortured just like they were. It was hard to say the least... but now, he was back, what felt like years later to the young kit. Since his papa's disappearance Dae had basically let his life slide by, going about his painting best he could without getting distracted in his head, quietly slipping through the cracks and blending into the walls.
People talked freely around him now, it was interesting... the things you could learn when people thought you were blind deaf mute and stupid.
... but now, despite his hoarded knowledge, nothing could prepare DaeKyun for what was to come, what he would feel just beyond the door he stood before. Dae bypassed the door for the fourth time, and finally leaned against the wall, sliding down to the ground and bringing his knees to his chest. how ... how could he deal with this?

SunBae had heard the news that he could finally see his biological father again and rushed down to see him. He wasn't all that attached to Tempo, so seeing JiYong again was a big deal for him. When he got to the door he smelled his mother and sister, looking to them with a smile of greeting. Pushing past YunHee to get inside, he automatically moved down to where his father was, being mindful not to step on or nudge him too roughly. Thank god for being used to being blind at this point.
"Daddy," even if he was older, even if he was more 'mature' he could still call him daddy, right? He should have brought Ione for them to meet, but that might have been too much for JiYong..he waited for Ji to touch him rather than nuzzle down into him, not knowing where his wounds were at this point.
SeungMoon was making his way to his fathers' room when he passed DaeKyun, looking down to him curiously as he curled up. Frowning, SeungMoon reached down to touch his shoulder, lightly tugging him up to stand against his side.
"Come on, Dae, we need to go see Daddy before he gets too tired," Tempo was horribly protective of him, and if he got too stressed out then he'd make them leave so he didn't get worse.
Tempo looked up to his daughter and Leila, smiling at them--just as SunBae made his way into the room. Stepping aside so the boy could get to his father, Tempo bit his lower lip and approached the two women at the door, wrapping his arms around his daughter, kissing her tempe. "Hi baby.."
Looking up to Leila, he smiled once more and stepped back to let them in, wondering where his other children were...

JiYong could hear people talking outside, which only made him more nervous. Were they going to come in or did they not want to see him? What if they didn't even remember him? What if he didn't recognize them? Tempo said they had gotten so big, that they were dating and everything, and that thought made his heart clench. His babies...
Looking up when the door finally opened, he couldn't help the huge smile as SunBae immediately rushed in. Well at least he hadn't changed much, other than he was more coordinated. "Bae," he murmured, tears welling in his eyes as he reached up to pull the kitten - not really a kitten anymore but dammit he was his kitten - down to hug him tightly, mindful of his chest. His burns and stab wounds still hurt. "Baby..." Ah god he was already going to cry, especially looking up and seeing Leila and Yunhee. Holy crap she had grown up...
MiSun hurried along the corridor anxiously, pushing her hair behind her ears and trying to make herself look presentable. SunBae had told her Jiyong was back, they could go see him, finally, and she was late. Sigh. Rushing along, she stopped and blinked as she saw Daekyun and Seungmoon outside her fathers' door. Waving at them to come inside, she smiled softly and slipped in, immediately finding Tempo and hugging him tightly.
Nuzzling at the forest cat for a moment, she pulled away to hug Leila and kiss her cheek...before turning to face Jiyong and Sunbae. God he looked awful...
HyunSoon paced awkwardly outside The Ruins, frowning and pulling at his lip. He should go in, he should see his dads and his family and be happy, but he shouldn't. What if something happened? What if he did something?
Taking in a breath, he looked into the dorm and swallowed, chewing on his lower lip hard enough to break skin and make it bleed. He wanted to go see them so bad...Taking a step in, he shifted and shoved his hands in his pockets, fidgeting with the liner. Just go say hi, then leave. A quick thing, nothing could happen right? Right.
Shuffling a few more hesitant steps inside, he swallowed and looked down, focusing on a spot on the floor. He could do this. He had to see his daddy.

Before walking in Leila noticed DaeKyun nervously walking by. She stretched out a hand in an attempt to worriedly grab him, but was too late. “DaeKyun . . .” she softly called out before Yun darted into the room, later followed by other members of the litter. She could hear the commotion begin. Leila glanced at the door and back at DaeKyun. “Hurry before you miss out,” she called out, hoping he would hear before she too stepped inside.
Yun stiffened when she felt a pair of arms wrap around her, closing her eyes and shyly looking up into the smiling face of one of her fathers. She relaxed at the sight of Tempo’s grin and she found the courage to softly smile back. “Hi Dad,” she murmured. She moved her head to look over Tempo’s shoulder, noticing JiYong and SunBae. Ears perked and eyes lit up. She hastily pecked Tempo on the cheek before scurrying over to the pair.
“Daddy~ Welcome . . . home!” chirped Yunie as she screeched to a halt and threw her father a sideways ‘V’, her tongue playfully sticking out and a hand on her hips.
Leila was pulled into a hug and was delighted to find it to be MiSun. “Oh honey, I'm glad to see you!” she cooed in a motherly voice, overwhelmed and ready to tear up at any moment. She spotted HyunSoon by the door and waved him over. “HyunSoon, darling. Get over here and give Mama a hug!”

SunBae reverted right back to kittenhood as soon as his father hugged him. The oldest of the siblings hugged him back softly, reaching up to pet his father's hair in a comforting manner. He didn't want his dad to cry--he didn't want him to hurt, not now. Especially not now.
"I'm glad you're home.." He whispered, sitting up slowly as he took hold of his father's hand, giving a small smile to him, a rare occurrence of course. When he heard his other siblings, he moved to scoot off to the side so they could see their father as well, instead keeping a light hold of the fabric of his father's shirt while he sat there on his calves.
He might not seem like it, but he was a daddy's boy if nothing else. When he heard Leila however he smiled, "Mama," SunBae didn't want to get up and trip over anyone, so hopefully she'd come over to see him.
After leading DaeKyun inside, he looked back to see HyunSoon making his way over towards them as well. Good, everyone was here...sliding inside, he wrapped his arms around his mother instantly, nuzzling into her jaw with a soft purr before taking his place in 'line' to see their father.
He could tell Tempo was nervous, so of course he gave him a hug as well, but SeungMoon was set on seeing his blood father...after what had happened...
When it came to be his turn to see his father, he sniffled and slid down to his knees to wrap his arms around JiYong's shoulders, nuzzling into his neck, "I'm sorry," he whispered, mindful of his wounds of course, "I shouldn't have gone into the forest..I'm sorry."

Daekyun felt awkward, he could neither see nor speak, so he held back, unsure of how to continue. The room felt cramped to him, closed off compared to the university border where he had been spending most of his daylight hours. Sketching away in a pad of paper, not knowing what it was he was drawing... rather doing it instinctively. Dae tended to blend into the shadows, much like he did today.
From the corner of the room Dae heard the exclamations, the crying, the general rejoicing of the family, and though he was part of it, he felt a barrier go up. He didn't belong here... He shouldn't... Perhaps if he didn't move no one would notice. Unlike everyone else he didn't feel safe... didn't feel... comfortable.

Touching his hand to Sunbae's as his shirt was held, Jiyong smiled softly as he turned his attention to the rest of his litter. He could see Daeykun and Hyunsoon hanging around in the corners of the room, Misun with Leila...dear god they were all so big...glancing over to Tempo in shock, he swallowed and shifted. He didn't know how to handle all this...
When YunHee came bouncing over, the blonde ocicat smiled and held out his arms with a huff. "That's all I get, a welcome home?" he scoffed. "Come here and give me a hug."
Hovering near the door for a moment, HyunSoon kept his gaze on the floor, ears flattened and tail tucked against his leg nervously. Don't make eye contact, he could do this...Jumping slightly as he heard his mother's voice, Hyunsoon glanced up with a small smile, finding the himalayan quickly. Shuffling over to her, he quickly buried his face into her shoulder and hugged her tightly, taking in a shuddering breath.
Home, he was home. His family. They accepted him as he was, no matter what...no need to pretend with them. "Mama..."

The girl’s ears flattened and she pouted, jutting out her lips and demurely scuttling towards her father. Yun’s eyes nervously flickered between the floor and JiYong as she fidgeted and twiddled her thumbs. “I-I didn’t know i-if you w-wanted a hug.” Her voice was quiet and her tone unsure.
Then she grinned and YunHee cocked her head to the side. “I am not quite fond of hugs, but very well.” Her smile turned eager and Yunie flung herself forward, gleefully wrapping slender arms around the neck of the ocicat. “Daddy~ Daddy! I missed you so much,” she whined, clinging onto him for dear life.
Leila released herself from MiSun’s hug, but stubbornly hung an arm around her daughter’s neck, wanting to savor each moment with her children. Then she mentally shook her head. They weren’t kids anymore. They were adults now. She could feel her eyes turning watery, but Leila blinked back the oncoming tears.
HyunSoon modestly walked over and enveloped in another tight hug that she gladly returned. “Ohhh. My babies grew up so fast!” she remarked with a glowing face and tenderly kissed him on the forehead.
She took another look around the room, noticing DaeKyun all alone. She frowned. That wouldn’t do. “DaeKyunnn~” called out Leila. Did she have his attention? Yes? She grinned and motioned him to come over.
She was determined to hug and snuggle all her babies by the end of this reunion, gosh darn it.

Releasing a quiet breath when all their kids showed up, he relaxed and moved to sit down near his lover, waiting for their kids to finish with their mother and father before motioning for them to come over to him to give hugs. He didn't get to see them all that often now, he wanted to snuggle them as well.
But things were changing, and it was hard to keep up...what with SunBae going to the university now, a few of their kids actually attending classes there...it was all going so quickly. But now, with their father back, the kids could keep from worrying so much.
Feeling his father's hand, he took in a slow breath and swiveled his ears curiously, listening to everyone as they came in. He could sense all of their distress--especially Dae's, but he said nothing about it.
It was better to just let things be the way they were, he supposed. He himself found it irritating to worry so much over things...but now he had a lot less to worry about what with JiYong back.
Hearing his 'papa' sit behind them, he hummed and 'looked' down to his father, cocking his head.
SeungMoon sniffed and let his other siblings get hugs, standing to go back to his mom after she was done hugging DaeKyun to nuzzle back into her neck, hugging her loosely while giving a quiet hug.
A lot of stress was gone, now..it was nice.

Dae -litterarly- flinched when his name was called, ducking his head and closing his eyes. What.. what if... he sighed, the sound muted.. more of a habit he caught from a few of his other siblings. He walked -trudged- over to his mother, standing still while she wrapped her arms around him, giving a half hearted, one armed hug.
Even if he could talk, Dae wasn't sure what it was he would say. What COULD he say in a circumstance like this? Im sorry? I wish I were less defective? He pulled away, nearly running to tempo and burying his face in his chest. Dae always felt closest to Tempo, though he rarely showed it. Hell, he rarely showed anything to anyone.
