hello, my adoring fans. Yes, Arty is back after 5 months of gaia-less torture! Horaaaay!
Anywho, I just though that this thread could be for.... phan philks.
What is a philk, should you ask?
Why it is a song sang by somebody else, that YOU make your own words to, and post them here!
EXAMPLE:
"Past the point of no return,
The light is fading,
The darkness rules in this twisted world,
beyond the point of no return."
and so on. It can be one verse, or the ENTIRE song if you want!

I once used the tune to PONR to make a song of the directions to my house.
"Past the point of no return
Then take the first right
Go straight until you pass the Circle K..."
There's a great philk of the entire POTO musical here: http://home.att.net/~coriolan/musical/diary.htm
It's basically the entire show, line for line, nicely rewritten to tell the story of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. Especially good versions of Think of Me (Notice Me), Music of the Night (Fragment of a Soul), Masquerade (Dueling Class!), and Past the Point of No Return (I'm the Heir of Slytherin). Tres cool effort.

Thats awesome. eek I could imagine me saying that to a poor soul who was asking for directions. I would start singing directions to them and they would leave uttering 'freeeeak.. haha! i had to make up a chemistry song, so i put it to all i ask of you!
sodium and chlorine
while dangerous alone
can form, right before our eyes
salt to put on our french fries
when they join together
its called an ionic bond
and if you listen closely
you'll hear them as they sing:
