In normal schools, this would be the nurses's office. However, this is Shibusen, so kids here have the tendency to get more than paper cuts and stress headaches from their tests.
This part of the school is actually a full-functioning, albeit small, hospital. Normally, there's only the nurse working around here, but doctors can come in and perform surgery if necessary. There are also enough beds for the sick and injured to stay overnight.

 Makoto NamiMakoto walked in. "hmm...doen't look like anyone is here...good" he went to a bed and layed down. "time for a nice nap." he smiled. "This will be nice without a crazy teacher shooting out the lights"

Jeanne Toppan The doctor is: IN~!
"Ahhhhh..." moaned a sultry voice as something soft and warm covered him like a blanket in a full embrace, "A paaaatient... I've been meaning to have thhhhhheeeese in a while... Welcome to the Nuuuursessss officeeee... Make yourseeelff comfortable, honey..."
It was a woman, all wrapped up in a large lab coat and wore a long scarf to hide her face. She was a tall woman, fairly pale too, but her features were bland and plain compared to the many colorful, lively beauties of Shibusen.
"Now... Telllll mehhhhh..." slurred the Nurse as she sat down in her seat and leaned back, drinking SOMETHING from a green bottle she got from underneath her bottom drawer, "What can I do yoooooooou for~?"
Nearby, a strange, eerie song started to play on the old-fashioned radio she had on her desk... It's voice getting higher and lower at each unpredictable pitch of the song's tune...
Perfect for disrupting wavelengths...

Makoto NamiMakoto opened one eye. "well this is unexpected...I was just laying down and preparing for a nap to avoid crazy teachers Although they are kinda cute..." he sighed and listened to the music. "strange tune havn't heard that one before"

Uriah made his way into the infirmary and looked around and saw the Doctor Jeanne Toppan. Seeing the lab coat had made him scared and he stood cautiously as he was scared of doctors and most of all needles and turned to try not be seen before it was to late walking very slowly to the door.

"Come innnnn, I see you love. No need to be frightennnnned. Jusssst sit a spell. I'll be right witchaaa... Noww... Oh yes, your nap... Annoyin' a'teacherssss... Here... I have JUST the medicine~!" she declared, getting a bottle from her cabinet as she read the label carefully and turned the cap to take out one, purple-colored pill and a small red one.
"Taaake these, sonny-jim. It'll knock you right out and make you dream like a baby in it's cribe... I promise..."
She then turned to see Uriah and smiled, "What's wrong, hon? Need a check up? I have just the medicinnnnee~!"

Makoto NamiMakoto looked at the pills and stuff. "something tells me she is planning something..." he shrugged and took the stuff. "I don't want to cross a nurses bad side"

Uriah would freeze in place as sweat ran down the side of his face he looked back through the corner of his eye and said nothing quietly fainting on the ground and being knocked out cold for the moment.

Everything... went all fluffy for Makoto. All warm and soft...
The furniture was soft, the covers were soft, even the FLOOR was soft.
It was like being in one, big, fluffy room made out of clouds. Even time itself seemed to stop and float as the colors went from dull to light pastel.
Like being in a nursery... One big, heavenly nursery... Where everything was a cloud in the sky...
"Now then," said Toppan as she picked up Uriah and set him on the bed, "You're feeling a little... Oh what's the word... Nervous? Not to worry. The doctor has juuuuuuuust the medicine~!" smiled Toppan as she searched through her desk drawer this time, "You'll just HAAAAVE to try out this new one I made up. It does wonders for the amygdala..."

Uriah would lay on the bed out cold from his fear of Doctors and needles and be in a faint state with his eyes closed.

A dark smile swept across Toppan's face as she heard Makoto cry out in his sleep and sighed,
"He... sure seems to be having pleasant dreams... Well, where was I...? Oh yes, that shot... Were is it... Ah! By the sink..."
After much preperation and time, she had carefully added the green syrup-looking liquid inside the syringe and let it spray out water as she smiled and took Uriah's arm, adding just a pinch to his right shoulder...
"There now... Just sleep... The doctor's going to take care of everything for you. And I mean, EVERYTHING," laughed Toppan as she watched her latest creation unfold...

Uriah would wake up feeling the pain of the needle and look at the doctor seeing her come closer and stab him with the syringe as his eyes would stretch though not scream and Jump tussling with the doctor trying to get away.

"Good..." purred Toppan as she put back her tray and threw away her syringe, "Now just go to sleeeeeeeeeeepppp..." she purred, caressing Uriah's face as she kissed his forehead, licking his cheek a bit as she grabbed and embraced his body the way a lover would.
She then got out another syringe and added it to his neck this time, smiling as she carefully inserted it in and threw it away with the other one,
"A little morphine sulfate never hurt anyone... Long as it's diluted a bit... Now... Let's record what becomes of this new treatment I've made juuuuuuust for you..." smiled Toppan as Uriah's skin began to change color and grow scales, fur, feathers, and all sorts of patterns and distortion that shocked and contorted his wavelength like crazy...
