Most of Death City is residential area. This means that while it's a great place to raise a family, it's also incredibly easy to get lost when all the buildings look the same.

It doesn't help so many of them are crooked and adorned with cartoon skulls. That just makes it confusing and creepy.

Despite the decor, Death City has a very low crime rate. There are sporadic Kishin attacks, but they're almost always taken care of by the local students before anyone can get hurt.

Will stood outside, looking around for Cypress. She thought about retrieving her belongings first, but decided she'd do so after she'd gotten a good look at Cy's home. Besides, her bags were in a secure area. Will had made sure of that.
It wasn't that she had a lot of stuff, it was just..... bulky.

Cypress ran up to Will carrying a couple plastic grocery bags. She'd apparently gone shopping sometime between leaving school and reaching the neighborhood.

"Dinner," she stated blankly as she shrugged the bags. She looked around Will as though expecting bags of her own to appear, "Did you really not bring anything?"

Luna shuddered as she took her first few steps through death city. Her eyes continuously darted about, trying to spot any possible attackers before they could get to her. She may have been safe with her soul protect on, but she definitely didn't feel that way. She could just feel people around every corner and hiding in every shadow, just waiting to strike at her. She was trying not to look scared to be there since that could give her away. Unfortunately, she was doing a bad job of it.

Luna carried on her back a bright pink guitar; not only did playing it calm her a little, but it would also help with her cover story. It would definitely look strange if someone asked her what she was doing in Death City and she had no answer, so the guitar helped manufacture one for her. She was a travelling musician wandering in hopes of finding inspiration to enhance her craft. She was quite skilled, so it wouldn't be too hard to see her as an amatuer guitarist. Unfortunately, it did make her slightly more visible. People were sure to stare at the new blue-haired girl in town with her bright pink guitar.

Luna took a deep breath, gaining up her nerve and resolve. She had to go through with this...or else she'd have to go back to Anemone and tell her she had failed... something that only fighting Death himself made her more afraid.

Okay...I just need to look around...be inconspicuous... I'll just find her and get out of here...

At the word 'Dinner' Will's face lit up! She turned around to see Cypress carrying bags.
'Fooooooooood!'
Will hadn't eaten since she wasted spent the last of the little money she had on three pizzas back at the airport coming off the plane.
Realization hit her when Cypress raised her question. She had brought her few necessities and put them in a secure place........

but where was that place?

"Eh- naw! A bought me luggage but'A-... A'll get i' later!" she said with a bit of a nervous smile. "Soo, shall we get goin' t'en?" she added, trying to get off the topic while silently beating the crap out of herself for forgetting where she'd hid her stuff!
How was she supposed to find it now? It was hidden! And she was damn good at hiding things!

Cypress raised an eyebrow at Will's jumpy reaction regarding her personal belongings, but didn't bother pressing further. In reality she just didn't care.

Okay, so she had a terrible habit of trying to control every single aspect of her existance with the utmost precision, but she was trying very hard to get over it. Will could probably help out with that.

"Right, I live up the street here. This wa--UMPH!"

Cypress had been looking back at Will as she'd been walking and ended up bumping into a girl a little bit older than herself who was carrying a guitar. Cypress dropped her groceries which spilled out of the bags.

...Good thing she didn't buy eggs.

"Ah--! I'm so sorry! Are you okay?" Cypress gasped while bending down to gather up the food.

The Ice Witch - The White Wolf of the North

The city was so big. Luna felt like she could walk for hours and not get anywhere closer to this Bell Witch. She felt like it had already been forever too, and she was starting to lose track of herself. The buildings all seemed to start looking the same, and she had no idea where she was. What was more, the sun overhead seemed to be peering down at her, laughing at her plight.

She hated it here...

"*Sigh* This is great, now I think I'm lost. This is definitely one of those needle/haystack senarios...How am I supposed to find..."

While she was talking to herself, she happened to close her eyes for a second, and as her luck would have it, it was in that second that she found herself crashing into someone. Luna stumbled backwards, just avoiding falling backwards. The girl that had bumped into her apologized, and Luna saw another girl nearby, like the two were friends...or partners...

O-oh no! C-could these two be from S-Shibusen?

Luna was frozen in shock for a second, her eyes looking at the girl who she had bumped into, the one that was carrying the groceries. After a few seconds, she realized that she was just staring, that the girl had said something to her and she was just sitting there, not responding.

Damn it, Luna, say something! They're going to get suspicious if you just sit here like an idiot!

"O-Oh y-yes, I'm fine! I-I'm sorry for getting in your way...I-I wasn't looking where I was going!"

Luna bent down, helping the girl pick up what she had dropped. Maybe if she didn't just try to hurry off, they wouldn't see her as suspicious, they could probably think she was just weird. From what she heard, there was no shortage of weird people in Death City. She did, however, try to avoid eye contact with either of the two.

Will started follow Cypress, but had to stop when her partner bumped into someone. Before registering anything that had happened in her mind- Will saw this new chick's guitar.
"Oi! Naice guitar!" she exclaimed as she picked up a few things as well.

Cypress gathered up her groceries, now a little worse for wear and got a firm grip on the bags. She was still bowing and apologizing furiously.

"I'm so sorry I wasn't paying attention!" she shouted, "It was all my fault, I'm sorry!"

She eventually stopped bowing and looked back at Luna with a concerned expression. She really was a mother hen at heart; even with strangers. "Are you sure you're alright? Um, is there anything I can do for you..?"

"N-no, no, I-I'm fine really! I'm just...ehhh...a little lost in thought right now..."

Luna had to think of something that she could say. Maybe if she was clever enough, she could use these two to help her find the Bell Witch, but if she made a mistake and let who she was slip and they were indeed a weapon/meister pair, then she would be dead. But the alternative, wandering around and getting lost some more, wasn't looking to promising.

"I-I'm a musician, a guitarist. I wander from place to place trying to perfect my craft. I was really just thinking to myself, planning out songs and stuff in my head. Sorry if I'm acting...a little spacey. When I'm thinking about my music I find it hard to focus on anything else!"

Luna could feel her confidence building little by little as she continued to talk and become more calm. She started to believe that she could do this and that she would survive this possible brush with death. She noticed that the other woman, the less feminine one with the funny accent, seemed to be admiring her guitar. That did fill her with a bit of pride. Her guitar was her pride and joy, her prized possession.

"This baby right here? Yeah, I can't tell you how long it took me to save up for it. But it was so worth it, it plays like a dream! But, anyway, I don't mean to be a bother, but I was hoping you could help me. This lady a met a few towns over wanted me to deliver a message to this girl, her name is Mary Worth. An amatuer musician's life is kinda expensive, and you don't make much money starting out so...well, she's paying me to deliver it. I was heading this way already so...well do you know where this girl is? She didn't give me an exact house, and this place is much bigger and more confusing than I thought it'd be..."

Will's expression snapped when she heard Mary Worth being mentioned. "Mary Wort'? Yea, we noo 'er. She goos ta ar' school, Shibusen." Will tried to think back to the last time she'd seen 'Mini'. 'Wus i' back a' tha classroom?' she wondered. "I dunnoo whar she is noow thoo." she shrugged.

Cypress deadpanned. "Just follow the shrieking," she replied in monotone. She was feeling far more comfortable with the situation now.

"A-Actually, we all just got let out of school; our first day, actually, so I'm not quite sure where anyone lives," Cypress managed to reign in her attitude, "But tomorrow is another school day, so you may want to try Shibusen then. Do you have a place to stay in the meantime?"

She admired the guitar. While she herself had no musical talent, her sister wasn't a bad singer at all.

So, Luna was right. These two did indeed go to Shibisen, so all of her fears were founded. However, she picked up on the interesting bit of information that she wasn't expecting.

Wait a second...the Bell Witch...is attending classes in Shibusen? Why would she be doing this!?"

This information itself may have been enough to fufil her mission. The two that were travelling with the Bell Witch must have been her weapons... But she needed to confirm this with her own eyes...which would mean she would need to go into Shibusen.

"Oh, I know what you mean, song writing can be quite difficult. I've only made a couple of songs myself; I mostly play songs I hear here and there. Mostly, I take the classics and make them a little more...hardcore. I like a nice, slow song every once in a while, but metal is much more fun!"

It was great that her hobby was helping her out so much. The other wiches usually said she should be spending her time on more important pursuits, but now it was Luna who had the last laugh. Now she just had to make it into Shibusen while making sure that 'last laugh' wouldn't be her last. She couldn't just go up to the Bell Witch and ask her, seeing as others would probably be able to tell that they were both witches by the conversation. Also, if the Bell Witch was now one of the witch-slayers, there was no guarentee that she herself wouldn't just turn around and try to kill her. She felt like she was swimming in a tank of sharks...

"I suppose I have no choice but to wait until tomorrow. As for a place to stay, I'm fairly used to the outdoors, so I believe I'll be able to find someplace. I just hope it doesn't rain tonight, I'd hate to get my fur all wet..."

While she was trying to multitask conversing with the two girls while thinking up a plan for Shibusen, she didn't even notice her slip of the tounge. Lucky for her that she didn't, it would have just freaked her out and made her even more noticable.

Mini Mary Worth
"The Bell Witch"

User Image
"Once upon a time..."

When they had gotten home, they had set Mini on the bed, took off her dress and cape, put on her pajamas (err, night-gown) and tucked her in underneath the warm comfort of the covers.

They had grown used to taking care of Mini, and had already knew what to do when she had fallen asleep.

... Make sure she STAYED that way until the next morning.

They had then turned off the lights and began taking off their coats and headed toward their room, planning for a shower and perhaps some T.V. before bed.

While little Mini Worth began sleeping and dreaming of towers and mirrors back when she was the Bell Witch...

"... There lived a Wicked Queen in her tower."
