 Tattoo, he had went out of his den to go play and explore the woods. He had been jumping and running around like any other little boy and he had come across a chipmunk. He started to follow it into the woods as it hopped around and looked for nuts. Not trying to scare the critter off he remained silent not trying to make too much noise. He didn't realize how far from the den he had gotten because he had been playing. Venturing deep into the forest he accidently stepped on a twig which the critter heard and took off running. Bolting after the critter he tried to catch it.

Aleu made her way through the forest that surrounded her families home. Her brothers were busy play fighting as usual and she wanted a like bit of a break. Being the only girl was so boring sometimes. She craved the company of another female and so usually stuck close to her mothers side. Right now though she was just wandering wherever he paws took her, though she made sure to not go too far. One could never be too careful when out on ones own. The forest did have it's dangers and she was not looking for trouble. If trouble found her though, well she would probably run back home as fast as possible. Sticking to the more grassy parts of the path she currently followed her ears were alert to any sounds. Slowly they picked up something. Right now she couldn't tell what it was but from the sounds of it whatever it was was coming up fast. Her heart skipped a beat as she wondered what it could be and then stepped behind a tree quickly trying to hide herself.

running fast after the chipmunk he had avoided every twig and stump in the way but he smelled someone, maybe another fox and he got distracted. Not paying attention he missed where the chipmunk went and tripped over a root on the forest floor, he went flying over the root and tumbled into a tree. Falling backwards he laid on the ground, coming too he shook his head and stood up, sniffing the air for the scent he had smelled. His bright green eyes scanning the trees.

Aleu stood still behind the tree for what seemed like eternity as she heard whatever it was get closer. Then there was another sound, one she just couldn't put her paw on. Taking a deep breath she slowly peaked around the tree. Her eyes settled upon another young fox with the most interesting of markings. Was he the one who had made all that noise. She had to think fast, her father had spoke many times of rogue foxes that could be dangerous but she doubted that this fox could be one of them. After all he looked to be close to the same age as she was. Taking a cautious step away from the tree she kept her ears alert. "Hello." She said in a soft voice.

Tattoo was still sniffing around and looking when he noticed a cute young female come out from behind the tree, he saw her and his big green eyes got bigger. "Um hi" he said he walked forward slowly he didn't want to scare her. "My names Tattoo, whats your name?" He thought that was a simple enough question, no harm right?

Aleu took a deep breath before answering. He was very interesting looking, those markings around his eyes drew her interest. She had to give her head a shake to focus back on the present. "My name is Aleu." She said a bit hesitantly. She knew full well she shouldn't be talking to strangers, even if they were a cute young fox like Tattoo was. "Are...are you from around here?" She asked curiously. Having stayed close to her family so far Aleu hadn't met many other foxes.

Tattoo smiled at her as he looked at her, "lovely name, its very nice to meet you." he said his bright green eyes glowing with light. He looked around himself and now just realized that he wasn't near his den. "Oh um sorta, I live that way" he pointed with his tail to the way he had come from. he spun around real quick to get a baring on his surroundings, he thought that she was really cute. He had been living in the den with his mother, brother and two sisters and had not had the chance to explore and meet other foxes, especially not cute girls. "No I um don't know where I am at" he laughed and then turned to look at her again.

Aleu blushed a bit. She loved her name but never heard anyone call it a lovely name. "It's nice to meet you too Tattoo." She said a bit sheepishly. Her ears perked up a bit as he seemed to looked around a bit. Was he lost? Her eyes moved to where he had indicated with his tail. Well she didn't know any foxes in that direction. "I live just over there." She said motioning with her nose off to the left and a bit behind her. "You don't know where you are?" She glanced around a moment and then looked back up at him with a smile. "Well you are here." She told him with a nod of her head. Aleu was doing her best to lighten the situation.

Tattoo saw her blush a little and thought that it made her look much cuter, he smiled and said "well not exactly, I was running into the woods playing and I got so caught up that I went to far and now I'm not exactly sure were I am but its ok." he smiled again and looked in the direction she motioned too "oh really? cool" he smiled again and laughed when she said that he was here "thank you" he said smiling again.

"So..." She said taking a few steps closer to him. "Do you have many siblings?" Aleu asked him with a smile on her face. "I have four brothers." She told him after a few minutes pause. Her brothers were probably busy play fighting right now and likely didn't even notice her missing. Now her parents on the other hand were likely a bit worried, or at she figured they would be worried about her.

thinking for a moment as she slowly walked forward, "yes I have three, a brother and two sisters" he said smiling. He sat down in front of her "thats alot of brothers, how does a cute girl like you survive amongst so many guys?" he smiled and looked at her.

Aleu thought he was lucky to have sisters. She had wished she had at least one sister to spend time with. Lowering herself to the ground carefully. "I wish I had sisters." She told him and then blushed at his next comment. "I manage." She finally said after a few moments. "I spend a lot of time with my mother." Her tail curled around her body, deep purple eyes looking upon Tattoo with a twinkle in them.

Tattoo dusted himself off and got down to her leave so they could see eye to eye, he wanted to look at her pretty purple eye's again. He smiled at her "yeah sisters are fun, I love my two little sisters" he nodded "that's, good at least you have your mom, but its good that you manage, otherwise I wouldn't have met you" he said smiling again.

Aleu bit the inside of her mouth to prevent her from blushing again. Oh man, was this other kit trying to make her blush with everything he said. No wonder she stayed close to her family, not that she wasn't enjoying her time with Tattoo but he was just so darn cute. "Maybe I could meet your sisters sometime." She suggested, not implying right now, but maybe she could make some female friends out of this encounter. "So what's it like where you live?" Aleu asked, he had mentioned that he lived a good deal away from here and had only ended up out here by accident.

He smiled and said "yeah, I'm sure they would love to meet you" he smiled and flicked his tail around thinking what his home was like, right now his mom was out and so he had ventured off on his own. "Well, its nice and big, but cozy, and right next to our den is a creek that fish and fresh water are." he smiled again.
