Hitoshi Kobe doesn't do well in school. He's no good at sports. Girls don't even talk to him except to make fun of him. The one thing he is good at is computers. He's designed artificial intelligence programs and Number 30 is his favorite. Hitoshi promises Thirty that if she ever becomes a real girl, he'll be her boyfriend. One dark and stormy night, his house is struck by lightning and Thirty emerges from the computer screen ...
Another one from the creator of Love Hina.

The ending was a little corny, but good.

I only read it because it was by Akamatsu. I liked this one better than Negima.

I've always thought that I MIGHT pick this one up, but I didn't like Love Hina, same you Imbar, and so I'm hesitating to lay down the cash.

It's a coin flip series, you might like it and you might not.

RomancerX It's a coin flip series, you might like it and you might not. All things are like that. stare The story is lacking in Negima. With so many characters, you get confused easily and ultimately you learn nothing but the obvious. Nothing soul revealing just the same old same old there. The story in AI Love You is super outdated (old tech. lingo) but it is still very charming and I liked how it centralizes around a specific small group instead of a specific large group.

Why are you talking about Negima in the AI thread? Ken is a good manga author. Not everything is a coin flip even if it seems it is.

Yes everything is. You have more than one choice. Ignorant people say that there is only one way.
It was by accident.
Ken Akamatsu isn't that good of a writer. Believe me. He's got clout only because of fan service.

That's true, but fan serice alone can't make people stay longer than one vol. or episode.

Actually yes it can. You see Eiken? People love that show. Though those people are Hayden type.
