Was going to post this in the the other fave quote thread, but that's for ME1 quote. (could just bugger it all I suppose, but eh, this line so far is the best in the game.):

Well, it was a short conversation actually. When you take Tali and Garrus to the Citadel. (mind you, the quotes may not be word for word)
Garrus: Remember those conversations we used to have in the elevators?
Tali: No.
Garrus: Oh come on! You used to talk about the Flotilla and your pilgrimage.
Tali: I'm not having this conversation.
Garrus: Tell me about your immune system.
Tali: I have a shotgun!
Garrus: Maybe we'll talk later.
It was hard to tell if he was being a flirt or a complete a** xD. His suggestive voice wasn't helping : P
