The way I get my gold is by playing zOMG. To those who havent tried it its a lot of fun, and gold is always there. Once you get to a CL of 5.0 or so, that is when you get to the stage of spilling gold.
Im 10.0, but I still go to Papa Saw cabin in Bassken Lake (zOMG) with a crew. It helps me power up and get gold reallly fast.
So If you want gold, be patient and level up to a CL of 5.0 and try out the Papa Saw mill. Its a great way to get gold!!!! >.<
If anyone has any other ways to get gold, please post them here.

personally i suck at zOMG sweatdrop i just buy low and sell high but i know zOMG does make you alot of gold so...newcomers to gaia should do that instead of my way sweatdrop heart
