Listen,
This is the only advice I shall leave you.
You are a Guild Captain. You just can't talk to people in the guild any kind of way--you got to have some kind of maturity level on you.
stare New Guilds and beginning guilds are the hardest to run, people who do end up joining guilds like to join those already establish, meaning you're going to have to work twice as hard just to get the stepping stone for your guild.
It's also very important on YOUR part to be active as well.
MEANING you're going to have to work harder than most of the guild members by being active in a lot more than one RP to GET it moving...also the guy before me is right if your crew members haven't done anything in the past three weeks you need to demote them. You need at least ONE active crew member.
Run contest to keep people flowing in your guild--
MAKE a reason for them to come. HOW about the most active RP story *with the most post and intriguing plotline wins I dunno 5k each member XDD or 10k since there is a smaller group of people.
You
ALSO need to slow down on the guild
ANNOUNCEMENT--MOST members consider it SPAM and it doesn't help you're belittling and cursing them
OUT in the announcements.
Have a Referral Contest the most people to refer people wins a prize or establish a team to go out a be "foot work" to advertise make at least two people have the banner in there sigs and go out and just post in a lot of threads, preferably RP threads.
Team up with other RP guild Captains, and threads give a bunch of people your banner to also help advertising.-aka-
Affiliates NEW GUILDS don't
RUN On there
OWN--You have to
HELP IT RUN until you have enough
active members to run it by themselves.
Also think about it like this for every 5 members there will be ONE active one.
I also have a new beginning guild called "The Lending Hands"

It's only 2 months going 3 months old with 163 members.
You better believe 163 members ain't active. I also help run 2 other guilds--this is where I get my knowledge and how I know what I'm talking about.
You can choose to ignore this if you want but you won't get far if you do.
Good Luck.
