Appearance: Floobie stands at six feet and two inches tall, weighing in at an estimated 174lbs. His skin is mocha in color and void of any types of imperfections. His eyes are a golden yellow with flecks of orange. Hair is curly and unstyled(255) and neon purple in coloring.
The uniform that he wears appears slightly too large for him with the sleeves extending over his hands by two inches, yet he refuses too fold them up. It is standard issue aside from this fact. Due to his wild and untaimed hair it is impossible for him to wear the standard hat in the proper way and instead it seems to float atop his head.
Personality: Either Team Rocket is getting really desperate for new recruits or they are just plain stupid. Floobie is perhaps the most pathetic and talentless individual that the orginization has ever known, even going as far as to overshadow James and Jessie with his patheticness. A whiney and clingy brat Floobie really wouldn't seem like the type of person who would run with a pack of evil and manipulative thugs. He is childlike in his innocent naivete and has a constant need for attention, particularly from the unfortunate peers he grows attached too.
Floobie lacks any real field skills aside from serving as a wonderful distraction. He can go on and on and on for hours about absolutely nothing if given the chance. He also lacks the ability to correctly judge the mood or atmosphere of a situation or the body language of another person.

Pokemon Specialty: Floobie has no specific specialty when it comes to Pokemon, instead he just goes with whatever he can get his hands on. When your a talentless brat you generally don't really have the option of choosing.
