If you are feeling quizzy whenever you do a certain workout, as if you feel like you are about to throw up, it's because "that workout", causes your body shock. However, don't be scared it's normal, after a while your body will get more comfortable.
Sometimes this shock is caused by working out with weights. For me, I get it whenever I do workouts involving my legs using just weights. I get light headed, and a bit quizzy. Others have it to where they work their stomach.
I workout my legs using weights once a week. So far I have done 2 workouts. First time I had to throw up and was light headed and dizzy for about an 30 minutes. 2nd time (today) I was just light headed for 10 minutes. I workout with weight's just for 30 minutes. Just something I let you all know if any of you get this. It will go away in time. "Doing that workout is not harming your body by it getting a shock from it. It just means, your body is surprised by that workout" - from my gym trainer MJ.

Yeah. It means you're actually working. I wouldn't suggest someone to keep going at 100%, back off until you feel like you can go again and then go as best you can and build up. 3nodding

I think I know what you are talking about... When I run and I start getting to the point where I can't run anymore I seriosly have to stop for a second becuase I feel like I am going to get sick. It isn't that fun... but I can see how it is my body reacting to working out after such a long time.
I think it goes that way with muscles as well

If *I* get sick during my work outs it means that my blood sugar is plummeting and if I don't eat something (the chocolate soy milk I keep with me at almost all times now) I'll have a very bad time and probably pass out. I discovered this while I was biking about two summers ago and dedicated bikers call it 'Bonking'. It happens to everyone once in a while if they forget to eat/don't eat/are dieting. You know.
If your body tells you to stop it means you're doing too much too quickly and that you need to slow down/put the resistance down or take breaks between sets. You can't just immediately jump from no exercise to crazy kinds of exercise, it's not going to be sustainable and obviously it's not healthy. The only times I fall off my exercise band wagon are when I set an unrealistic pattern for my life and my body.
When I'm being smart about eating a proper time before going to the gym (not going on an empty stomach) this doesn't happen to me and never has. I'm not extremely fit and I'm not unfit (anymore) and I don't wuss around in the gym. I go hard for around an hour and a half.
My body didn't get fat because it was forcing ding-dongs down my throat, it was my mind forcing food into my body even when I was full that made me fat.
Listen to your body.

Yeah, I just went from chasing kids being my only excercise to trying to do seven or eight songs on standard mode on DDR. D: My stomach didn't like that. I think need to just try like, three songs for a whlie again. xD
