General Information

The B-4 Hope is almost exactly identical to the B-2 Spirt in all mechanics disregarding one crucial aspect- it's stealth technology. Rather than use nearly 500 million dollars on radar absorption material, low thermal fuel, radar absorption tape, special extraneous material that absorbs most forms of waves, special heat reduction materials, and all other kinds of various stealth technology, the B-4 Hope instead the crucial design aspect of the B-2, sans it's stealth technology. The B-4 is usually painted black, although it can be any color.

In accordance with this, the B-4 also has an external rack located on the rings almost identical to the B-52's external rack. With this, the B-4 Hope almost exactly doubles it's payload, but loses an extremely high amount of stealth and aerodynamic ability.

Despite this, the plane is still very costly and requires a lot of space to store, making it rare in numbers, but extremely high in use.
