> Adela had kept running, he would either chance her or not, if he did she would play tag with him, if not she would sneak round and scare him when he settled back down and relaxed. Grinning as she runs, and starts plotting.

> Rockstar smiled to himself as he peered at his friend running off. He did not feel like running, instead he hid in his little snow mound. Waiting for Addy to re-appear as he knew she would. He munched on some of the soft snow, it was quite delicious.

> Adela stopped when she saw that he wasn't going to be following. Looking round she spied a g d path back, working hard to find a way to sneak up on Rock.

> Rock lay his head softly against the snow and closed his eyes peacefully, listening to the sounds. And silently, under his breath he began a song. "Na Na Na

> Adela could just barely hear him singing, carefully sneeking up, trying to stay low and quiet. Creeping up till she suddenly jumped over his mound of snow. "AhhHa!"

> "TIP TAPS!" rock shouted as Addy scared the living daylights out of him. Just jumped out, making snow fly, only to slip and fall right back into the pile. His head emerged momentary, "Don't scare me addy...." He whined, impersonating a small child, then winked at her and laughed.

> Addy grins at him and tilts her head l king smug at having made him jump out his skin. Trotting round in a smug little circle. "I got you, hehe." Bouncing around a little more and flopping into the snow next to him.>

> Rock stuck his tongue out, "Yes you did...again." He winked and pressed his nose against her's and then lay down beside her once more. "Scaring me will only result in faster aging, do you really want to see me go gray?" he giggled.

> Addy grins at him, and nuzzles. "Probably, I make you feel old." Rolling around laughing, enjoying the feeling of rolling. Missing the feel of grass, though the snow felt good too. "Nah you wont go gray, your not that old." Smiling at him as she settles content.

> Rockstar returned her grin and blew her long mane away from her face once she stopped her rolling. "Not THAT old am i?" He laughed and snorted up against some loose snow to make it blow right onto her.

> Addy grinned more, only to sneeze when he blew the snow at her. Having a small sneezing fit, and flopping flay. "Gah!" Blinking then settling again. "No your not that old, not old at all." Smiling and nuzzling him softly.

> Rock smiled and looked at her softly and beamed. "Well thank you, good to know." He winked once more and then layed his head on her neck and closed his eyes, and continued the song. "Tip Taps, Tip Taps, Tip Taps

> Addy smiles and listens to him sing. Closing her eyes as she loved his singing. Sighing happily as the words continued. Nuzzling him a little when he was done. "I love to hear you sing."

> Rock smiled gently after the last verse drifted off into a whisper. "Really? Well that makes me very happy." he touched her cheek with his nose kindly. "I love to sing, even when im alone. But when my audience enjoys the song or my voice, it makes it all the better. That is why I sing." Song, singing was the beauty in the world, and Rock wanted to spread the beauty of life to others. When he sang,
it was like proof that he was alive.

> Addy smiles and nods, getting comfy under him like this. Sighing contentedly, her nose resting against him. Starting to feel the cold of the snow. "I wonder if spring will take long to get here... I miss laying in the warm grass.." Sighing gently, imagining warm sunny grass to roll in, all the smells of summer. "Mmmm..."

> Rock smiled and giggled quietly. She was so small and foal-like in this setting, he couldn't help but be engrossed by her. "Im sure it shall arrive as soon as it can. Spring is a busy season after all." He giggled. Then looking up at the light gray sky, which now sprinkled his eyes with snow, he wondered just how long such a white season could go on for. It was, after all, his first winter in these lands.

>Addy nods smiling. "I hope so, I've loved this winter, but I miss the grass... And the smells..." Sighing as she remembers. "Lazing in the sun... Oh I cant wait to laze again on the beach, the sun shining, maybe nuzzled close to someone..." The tip of her nose going pink, only recently having started to think romantically. But then it hadn't been long since she met a young stallion that she had been spending time with. She liked him but she hadn't gone further than that yet, but she did like the idea of nuzzling close with him like this. Sighing again.

> Rockstar picked up on the note instantly, "Nuzzling up to someone, eh? Hmmm..." He smirked at her and the look in his eyes told her he knew something. "Well, tell me about him! Must i force it out of you?"

> Addy snorts and hides her nose under his neck, as he was on top. "I don't know what your talking about." Her words muffled as she hides, looking away from him.

> Rock smiled slyly and tugged on her mane, but not forcefully. "Tell me! You know perfectly well what and Who im talking about!" He came close to her ear and whispered, "I can always ask Ab...."

> Addy gives him a dirty look. "Go ahead, he cant tell you anything because he doesn't know." Wriggling out from under him and getting up, looking out at the water.

> Rockstar such his face right into her's "Tell me about him, why the hesitation? I know perfectly well what im seeing when i see such a spark in your eye. What is he like? His name?" He smiled smugly seeing her shut in reaction. How cute. Then he paused, "or is it a her...?"

> Addy listened to the words, her smile becoming sad. Moving close to him and resting her neck over his in a kind of hug. The words making her feel like she would be whisked away from him, not wanting that at all.

> Rockstar closed his eyes and rested his head softly against hers as they faced the open water together. He rubbed his cheek affectionately against her forelock. "Is something wrong?"

> Addy nuzzles a little. "Its silly but the words made me feel like I was going to end up washed far away and not be close with you any more... That made me sad..."

> Rock didnt know what to say. He softly kissed her ear and whispered, "I will always be with you. I wont leave you." His eyes wandered towards the horizon and he sunk into thought. "As long as you can hear music, as long as you can sing I will be there."

> Addy pulls back and shakes her head, actually l king like she might be about to really cry this time. "No... I hardly have anyone Rock... of my large family I know 3 and like 2, I only have Ab and you really.... I cant lose you"

> Rock turned at looked at her. He could see her dispare, her sadness and the tears on the brim of her sparkling eyes. "Addy...." he whispered. He really did not know what to do, he was not skilled at cheering others up. He smiled at her, his eyes concerned and he wrapped his neck around hers in a comforting gesture. "Lets sing a song."

> Nodding and smiling, despite the couple of tears that escaped her eyes, not really one to cry, but she did have issues, especially when it came to people being lost or going away. Starting to sing, not sure if he would join in but deciding on something positive and upbeat to chase off the blues.

> Addy grins and nuzzles him when they finish the song, feeling a little better, but l king at him seriously. "Lets make a promise that we will always be there for eachother, no matter what, and especially when we need the other."

> Rockstar beamed, seeing her lighten up slightly. And when she asked for his half of the promise, he bowed his head and looked into her eyes, completely serious. "I swear on my voice, my very being, that i will always be there for you. I promise."

> Addy nuzzle him. "I will be there for you t Rock... I know I travel and roam but if you ever need me I will come home for you, no matter how far." Knowing that probably sounded really over dramatic, but it was how serious she was, somehow she would know and come back for him.

> Rock smiled kindly. "Its a promise then!" He turned to look over at the ocean, "We have no borders for each other, we will always stand in each other`s shadow. Ready." He looked to her with a soft expression. "Because we are friends."

> Addy nods and smiles at him. "Best friends" Nodding, perking up again. Sidling up to him and giving him a playful little nudge. "Wanna do something else?" Smiling, not wanting for this to end yet.

> Rock star laughed and nodded, also wanting to do something a bit more cheery. Having to uphold a heavy atmosphere was not something he was used to. But he was glad he could reassure his friend...his best friend, that he would always be there for her. "Anything in mind?"

> Addy grinned and looked round, the sun was setting so it was going to get colder. "Well lets head into the forest, it will be a little warmer there, and then maybe play hide and seek and scare each other to death?" Not having any good ideas.

> Rockstar laughed, "Good idea, i like that!" He stood up and then helped Addy up as well. "Race first?" He asked with a wink and smile before bolting right off.

> Addy gasps indignantly. "Oh now you want to race!" Grumbling she starts after him, going at full gallop, thinking that he was so sneaky some times. But she did like to race.

> Rock laughed and ran even faster, making tight turns and swerves which sent snow fly towards his opponent.

> Addy squeaked and dodged out the way, avoiding the snow but l sing ground. Getting a stern l k on her face as she put her head down and charged after him.

> Rock, who was looking back with a smirk on his face, suddenly gasped. Now she was serious, and when she was serious it meant... "No! Dont hurt me!!" He jumped and ran and turned. "No addy!"

> Addy looked a little puzzled at his weird actions. "You wanted a race, so I'm going to race you." Still going at full gallop, avoiding his direct path so she didn't get caught from the snow.

> Rock ran as fast as he possibly could. he knew that now, once she caught up, she would not leave him unharmed. He jumped over a log and turned into the forest path.

> Addy really didn't get what had gotten into him, so she kept chasing him, veering off to cut him off on the other path.
stopping and standing in the way when she realizes that she came out ahead of him.

> As rockstar ran he turned to look behind him. She was gone. This sparked an idea into his head. She was surely ahead of him now. He stopped, turned and ran in a completely direction. "You win Addy! Hide and Seek now!!" And off he ran to hide.

> Addy blinked, hearing him calling. "Your impossible!" Stomping a f t, finding him infuriating sometimes. But laughing because it was this that she liked about him, heading off in the direction she could hear rustling in.

> Rock star peeked around trees and rocks trying to find a good spot. He attempted to make as little noise as possible. Suddenly, he found a small hole in a tree, he kicked it to widen it for himself and then used a small bush to hide.
Eyes peering in between the leaves waiting for her.

> Addy wanders along, humming as she does, finally coming across hoof prints. Wandering around a little to work out which way they were going.

> Rock could hear Addy, so he held his breath. A moment passed, two moments. He was turning pale and blue. He began to squirm. "Ahhh!" He gasped as he had to inhale.

> Addy pulls the bush away and looks at him all cramped in his hidehole, quirking a brow. "Wow you really squeezed yourself into the hole huh... But found you" Smiling l king pleased

> Rockstar looked up at her like a hurt puppy. "help..."

> Addy realizes he is stuck, not sure how to help. L king over the predicament, leaning in and biting on his bridal, pulling on it to get his head out the hole, trying to talk as she does. "Yuuur o luhhe I hound oo." (your so lucky I found you.)

> "OwowowowowowoAhahahoww!" he cried as she tried to pull him out. When ever she tugged he squirmed, trying to free himself.

> Letting him go Addy had another look, seeing if there was another way to get him out. "How did you get in there?" L king at him carefully.

> Rockstar blinked, his nose and face felt longer. He snorted and wiggled his nose. "I saw a small hole and then kicked it wider, then just kind of...crawled in..."

> Addy sighs and shakes her head. "Keep your head down ok." Turning round when she saw him get low as he could. Starting to buck, kicking at the tree, trying to knock it off of him.

> Rock lowered himself as she told him, but then when she started kicking he nearly burrowed himself into the ground, begging she would not hit him. "Eek...AHH!....Aeek! Ohhhh..."

> Addy stopped when his squeaking got to her, looking at him. "Okay, pulling you out, didn't work, trying to make more r m hasn't worked... What do you suggest?"

> "That you don't kill me."

> Addy gives him a dirty look for that. "If I wanted you dead I'd leave you here for a passing skinwalker or kalona to gobble up." Tackling the tree next, pushing her shoulder against it and pushing hard, putting her full weight into it.

> Rock squeaked at her force. "You wouldn't do that, would you?" he cried. Then tried to sit still as she pushed.

> Addy snorted. "You know me better than that you twit..." Grunting a little as she pushed. "I'd die fighting it off before it got to eating you."

> Rock smiled, even though she was still pushing. "Your silly." Then an idea popped into his head. "Wait! I know what to do!"

> Addy stops and l ks at him, a little out of breath from her exertions. "Oh?"

> "Do you remember where my teepee is?" They had run quite far into the forest and now they were not all that far from the mountains. "Go get Sel!" As much as it grieved him to ask for Selena's help yet again, he

> Nodding and taking a moment to catch her breath. "Ok, I'll be back as fast as I can." Giving him a nuzzle and pulling the bush back to hide him from things that would try to eat him. Running off to find Sel.

> ROck smiled and nudged her cheek. As he watched her run off he realized just how stuck he really was. He peered through the leaves onto the world. "...Damn..." He sat and waited.
Selena roamed in the forest close to her teepee. Both Anope and Rock had left before she had a chance to, so she was stuck alone in the fores.t She didn't mind, the sound of the leaves rustling in the ever changing wind and the sound of her hooves against the snow was calming.

> Addy ran as fast as she could, calling for Sel when she was close enough. "SEL!! SELLL!" Yelling as loud as she could,, l king around as much as her speed would allow while she was running through the trees.

> Selena's head perked up and she turned, she had heard her name. She ran towards the sound, "Addy?"

> Addy skidded to a stop when she saw Sel. "Rock's stuck in a tree, I can't get him out, he said to get you." Panting having done allot of running and pushing in a short space of time. "Can you come help?"

> Selena looked at her with concern, "Yes, is he far fr- stuck in a tree?" She gave Addy a questionable look.

> Addy nods and rolls her eyes. "We were playing hide and seek and he was hiding... You will understand when you see."

> Selena sighed and laughed, "Alright, alright lead me to that twit."

> Addy nods and turns round, trotting along for a moment while she caught her breath a little, then breaking into a run again.

> Selena followed behind, wondering what her idiot herd'smate had done to have caught himself in a tree.

> Addy stops and pulls the bush away when they get back to the tree where Rock was. "Here he is, least he wasn't eaten while I was gone."

> Rock looked up at Selena and gave a nervous laugh, "hey there...."
Selena just looked down at him with a blank expression. "Your an idiot." Then she took a step back and looked the tree over. "Move over Addy. Duck rock." Then she ran and jumped at the tree, while turning sideways, so that she impacted the tree in a cutting motion. As she landed the tree slowly snapped and then fell right to the ground.

> Addy had jumped out the way, knowing that Sel could be a little kamakazee at times. Feeling a little envy that she had not been able to do that, but l king suitably impressed.

> Selena watched as the tree fell to the ground then she looked at Rock who was completely pressed against the ground in terror. But significantly free. She walked right up to him and stomped her hoof down only a tiny space away from his nose. "Why in the world were you in a TREE?" she spat and grumbled.
Rock stood up straight, all color drained from his face and he looked up at Selena. Im sorry Ma'am. Won't happen again!" "That it the third time ive had to come and bail you out of something so STUPID!" "IM sorry Sel we were playing hide and seek and..." "This is the last time!" "Yes!! Thank you, thank you so m-" And Selena stomped off grumbling about his stupidity.

> Addy just blinked, glad that she wasn't on the receiving end of that yelling. Cringing sympathetically for Rock, pretty sure she wouldn't have been quite so harsh on him.

> Rock slumped to the ground after she had left. "....my god Sel can yell...."

> Addy nods and nuzzles him softly. "I only got her because you said to ."

> Rock laughed, still nervous and stiff from the encounter and near death situation he had been in only a moment ago. "Sel's a good person, strong too. I don't think anyone else would have come as readily as she had..." He nuzzled Addy, "She can just speak her mind very clearly...it was kind of stupid that i was stuck in a tree." Suddenly, he couldn't help but laugh

> Addy gives him another nuzzle, then shoves him when he starts to laugh. "Your such an idiot sometimes." Giving him a severe l k before snuggleing up to him. "You had me worried."

> Rock giggled, "I guess i can be." He smiled and snorted. "Worried that i would never get out? Well," he laughed, "Im out now"

> Addy gives him a dirty l k and a small kick, but not hard enough to hurt. "Remorseless idiot."

> Rock winced in mock pain. "Ouchies Addy!" He winked. "You have given me quite a few dirty and murderous looks today, am i such a bad boy?"

> Addy smiles and nods. "Yes and so sexy with it, and you know it too you rascal." Nuzzling him and laughing. "You were fussing like a little foal when you were stuck."

> Rock giggled, "I guess i was!" Rock nudged the side of her neck with his nose, "So...you think im sexy?" He winked.

> Addy plays up giving him flirty lusty eyes. "Mmmmhmmm Ooooh yea... very sexy." Nuzzling up to him in an extra friendly kind of way.

> Rock laughed, "Your so silly." He cuddled with her as well and brushed away her long silky mane, "That was quite good though, do you use that on Trovin?"

> Addy blushes, the tip of her nose giving her away as always, shaking her head. "No... We aren't that friendly yet, besides I'm not sure if he would appreciate it... He seems to like sweet." Not totally sure what Trovin liked, but they got on well.

> Rock smiled at her kindly. Seeing her nose light up like that always made him smile. "Well then im sure he will fall for you head over heels."

> Addy shrugs and sighs l king up through the trees. "I can only hope that someone does someday."

> Rockstar looked up with her, seeing the light of the setting sun play on the snow covered branches and rusted leaves. "They will, they will."

> Addy nuzzles him, sunset the best time for her as it made her hair go from a sort of dusty red to golden firey red. Resting her neck over his snuggled close. "I hope so, I don't want to be alone into my old age."

> Rock smiled, "You won't. And even if this Trovin falls through, and the next guy and the next, I will always be here."

> Addy gives him an amused l k. "Ye you will handsome but your taken, not like you can keep me warm at night." Wiggling her eyebrows suggestively.

> Rockstar watched as they wiggled. "Watch i might just bite them off!"

> Addy snorts indignantly and sticks her nose under one of her front legs.

> Rock snickers and shakes his head to get his mane out of his eyes. Silly, he thought. He places her chin in between Addy's two ears and laughed.

> Addy grumps as he does this. "Charming you are not."

> Rock giggled and bit his tongue. "Is this coming from you?" He rubbed his chin into her forelock, messing up her mane.

> Addy wiggles out from under him and gets up. "My turn to hide then."

> Rock perked up and nodded, excited at the continuation of the game. He turned around and stuck his head in the bush. "ONe....Two..."

> Addy carefully snuck off, making her way to a path with no snow, then making her way well out of sight, hoping to find a g d hiding spot. Finding a huge bush that had no snow on one side where it was sheltered by an evergreen tree. Climbing and scrambleing under the large bush. tucking her mane and tale well out of sight and laying down low all curled up.

> "Hundred" He burst out and jumped to his feet looking around. Following some tracks he guessed to be addy's he found that they walked onto a path with no snow. Now he did not know which way she could possibly be. He ended up walked south, while Addy had traveled North.

> Addy waited and listened, relaxing under the bush, yawning a little, having been having fun, but expecting all the running had made her a little tired. But she waited, watching out for Rock.

> Rock searched high and low, under every bush, rock, behind every tree, stump, hill. The day was ending quickly, and the light fading. He let out a lion like yawn. "Addy...I give up!" He looked around, waiting for an answer, not knowing he was about half a mile away from her.

> Addy sighs wondering where he had gotten too. Deciding to wiggle out from under the bush, and starting to head back from where she had come from. "Rock?"

> Rock kept looking and calling out, the sun already set, night crawling onto the sky. "Addy, come out." He whined. He looked around once more. Then it occurred to him she might not be here, she might have gone the other way! He turned around and quickly trotted back.

> Addy wandered back along the path, calling for Rock as she walked. Amused at the thought that they were both dark colored soquili, the forest was now getting darker, she was sure that there was a recipe for comedy here.

> Rockstar looked around, repeatedly calling out for her as he ran. It was getting darker, and at this rate they would not find eachother. With their color and all. HE stopped and took in a deep breath, then... "ADDYYYYYY!"

> Addy headed off towards where she had herd him call. Smiling and shaking her head, he ad seemed to go the wrong way, creeping up behind him as he was hollering. "BOO!"

> Rock smiled and became relieved when he had heard someone coming towards him! It must be Addy, he thought. but then he remembered what she had said before, that something could eat him in these woods. He suddenly put up his guard and looked every which way in case somehting snuck up on him, and it was not Addy. He backed up, hearing the thing coming closer, and when Addy jumped out he nearly jumped right out of his skin. "KYAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!" He fell to the ground, burying himself in snow.

> Addy falls over laughing her head off, rolling round.

> Rock popped out from the pile, snow flecked on hims mane and oll over his face. Tears brimming his eyes. "Don't laugh...Its your own damn fault." He blushed bright red, though with his color and the darkness, it was not noticeable

> Addy grins at him, trying hard to keep from laughing more, creeping over to nuzzle him and lick some snow off his nose. "I'm sorry, but you were making so much fuss I couldn't resist."

> "Your mean Addy" Now he was no longer serious, and just acting like a small foal for kicks. He turned his face away, rejecting her affection.

> Addy made a small sad noise and placed her chin on the snow, l king up at him with big eyes.

> Rock lifted his nose and looked down at her. "Hmph."

> Addy tilts her head, eyes all sad and imploring him to forgive her.

> Rock looked down. Her expression made him bite his lip, his tongue squirming inside his mouth. Then he burst out laughing and cuddled up to her.
"It was funny, i agree."

> Addy smiles and snuggles up to him, nudging his hair out of his face. "I didn't mean to scare you so much."
