Personality: In a word, Gabi's personality can be described as "childish". In another word, "insane". An old man with an incredibly laid-back attitude and far too much vitality for a man his age, Gabi seems completely immature and ignorant to most who see him. However he fiercely believes in freedom and has unusually keen insight, far beyond what credit he is usually given. Boisterous, loud, and charismatic, Gabi's strength is well-known throughout his subordinates and despite his quirks, there is no one else they would rather serve under. A promise made to Gabi is a promise in stone, and anyone who breaks a promise to him has no place in his ranks. As a rule, he tends not to take things too seriously, and will not read a mail or report that crosses his desk if it is longer than three lines, no exceptions.
Bio: Like several members of the Embryon Group, much of Gabi's past is no longer available in the files. However what is assumed about him is that due to his advanced age, he is the oldest [living] Atma User, that he has been aware of his power longer than any other Atma User, and that he has probably done less with his power than any of the other four Captains, including the Lord General. Having been a par of the military for longer than he can remember, Gabi lives by a single iron code...freedom. People should be free to do as they wish, including private citizens and military personnel.

While this generally would contradict his position in the military, Gabi would likely tell you that he the whole deal of being a part of Embryon is interesting, and that Balmung is a "pretty good guy". One can assume that somewhere in that is his reasoning for remaining a member of the team, and the basis for his participation as a Captain. And while his subordinates are easily the least orderly on the base [much to the chagrin of some of the other Captains], he is still quite beloved and tolerated for his immense personal strength and the command he has of those who follow him [when he deigns to use it].

It is also assume that Gabi has not shaved in years...possibly ever. Which explains the thick hair that covers much of his body and his impossibly large and unruly mane [something of a combination of his hair and beard].

Personality: He's very quick to anger, but can take jokes. He's almost insanely stubborn, and is obviously one who prefers to fight it out, rather than talk about it.
He's a bit crazy sometimes, but there's always a method to his madness, so to speak.
Bio: Haoul was always a violent kid in school, but when one day, a demon decided to crash the school dance, Haoul managed to burn it into submission, despite some slight damage to said school. Being blamed for said damage, Haoul was expelled from said school, but was then recruited by Embryon, who took note of his ability. He joined, partially because of his desire to be able to acess his 'power' easier, and partially because of his own sort of goal to overcome the strongest Atma avatar user there, Balmung.

Personality: Unlike her brother Sayuri tends to be more serious, being more mature than Tsurugi. She is loyal and trustful to the group, but sometimes she can tend to be quiet. Though, she knows when to contribute in her part. Even though she tends to treat Tsurugi like he was another person she truly cares for him and the troubles he gets into. She just doesn't show it to anyone, especially him. Sayuri's personality becomes a bit more different when she is around Balmung, in which she may become clumsy, flustered, or just say somethung utterly random.
Bio: Just like Tsurugi, Sayuri wasn't like the way she was today. She had actually grown up peacefully with her brother, whom she used to look up to growing up. With the relationship with her parents she was much more closer to her mother, whom she would hang around about with if her brother wasn't around, or if she just simply wanted to be with her mother. Being somewhat young and naive around the time she hadn't taken note of the dying relationship between the two parents. She simply just went on with life as she saw it. Though, one night, when she had been sleeply peacefully she soon began to hear some noise going about the house. She had thoguht it was nothing till it had seemed to gotten worst, so she got up to go check up on what had happened. By the time she had arrived to the scene it was quiet already, but she had heard the ruckus coming about from her parents room. As she peeked through the doorway she gasped at the scene, finding her mothers body and her brother only at the scene. She couldn't believe her brother would do such a thing, and before she was caught she ran off back to her room in tears. This is where her life began to change.

As the next day arose Sayuri had noticed the police coming to the scene, but when people asked her on what happened she didn't reply at all to them, but just merely shook her head. She was shaky from the night before as she held in the tears as the sight kept crashing into her head. Though, soon enough, they had taken the culprit, her brother. Even though the sight of the tragedy held her back to hate her brother she couldn't help but feel the need to defend him, but before she could do anything her brother was taken away. Now all she had left was her ather, but the girl truly had no bond with the father. She found him to be cold, and had no purpose or need to stay with him. She had recieved an odd vibe from him the day Tsurugi was taken to custody.

As the day of Tsurugi's court arrived she went there with her father, not saying much to him. Sayuri herself couldn't participate in such event since she didn't know the details of the murder. The only thing she could remember from the night was seeing her brother by his mothers dead body. The whole court kept her frustrated and shaky as the talk of their mother was too much for her. She didn't even know who to trust anymore either as she heard her brother's accusations and her father's. Though, as that ran through her head she wondered why either of them would dare to kill their mother. Whos side should she take? Her father's? Or her brother's? Soon enoguh, the court came to an end, in which Tsurugi didn't win.As the years went on Sayuri had soon moved out sometime after Tsurugi's trial. Though, being the sister she was, and Tsurugi being the brother she use to look up to she decided to pay visit to him one day. The day wasn't pleasant though. All of her emotions that she held in from that night seemed to have exploded in which she believed that her brother killed their mother. She was taking all these accusations through what she saw that night, but as her brother tried to convince her to investigate the scene she declined to and left. Even though she may have said that though she decided to anyway. She wanted to know the truth, but too many years have passed for her to find any evidence. She couldn't find a thing and it frustrated her. She didn't know where to go, and she didn't know who to trust. As her anger and frustration grew her powers were soon realized as she began to angrily strike the belongings about her room one day. Though, this potential had not been realized till one day she was approached by Balmung, the leader of Embryon. She was baffled to be approached by such a man, but as she heard learned more of this group she had agreed to join. Though, much of her reasons remain unknown. When she joined the group she found her brother to be here as well, but she didn't make much contact with him. She didn't treat him like the brother she grew up with, but just another person. She was going to find out the truth one way or another.

Personality: To put it bluntly Tsurugi is completely insane. He has a unpredicatable method to his ways, he could be happy and cheerful one day and the next day he could be happy and cheerful while gutting a person and dancing to Thriller. This unorthodox personality of his truly gives people the impression that he is nothing more than a maniac, though that would cause them to just underestimate him. His insanity usual plays off in a comedic fashion in and out of the battle field. Due to this insanity he has a habit of saying random to meaningless things in a nonstop fashion. However this does not mean that he is an idiot, Tsurugi can be a very sufficient man when he wants to be, also his insane nature even saves himself from danger while leaving havoc to others. He personality changes dramatically when he tabs into his Atma powers, turning from a lunatic to a serious warrior even more serious than his sister Saiyuri. He has respect for Balmung and Angelina who are one of the few people to see passed his crazy nature. Also he does have voices in his head and speaks to them outloud.
Bio: Tsurugi wasn't always the man he was today. In his younger preteen years he was nothing more than a peaceful boy living with his sister Saiyuri, a loving mother, and a proud Father who he soon would realize that he was nothing more than a fiend. During the years of growing up the mother and father relationship grew to thin due to lack of affection, but that was never showed around the children. In the dead of night Tsurugi was going around the house trying to get a glass to drink until he heard yelling coming from his parents room. Curious to see what was going on Tsurugi went to the door and cracked it open to peek. The father was yelling at his spouse with nothing but infuriated rage coursing through his vein. The father began to accuse his wife of cheating behind his back, cursing at her, calling her a whore, a slut, a cow. The wife began to deny and deny until the father snapped, he pushed her onto the bed; he held her down as best as he could. Quickly grabbing a pillow Tsurugi's father began to smother his mother. He wanted to do something, but fear had a tight grip on the boy, all he could do was watch the horror taking place. His mother thrashed about wildly trying to break free and escape from death, but the father pressed down on the pillow bit by bit adding more pressure. Before long she stopped moving. Th e father lift the pillow from her head panting slow and hard, her face was lifeless. The father turend to Tsurugi's direction as if he knew he was there. Tsurugi ran into a hiding place as his father exit the room and looked around to see if anyone was there before leaving. Slowly Tsurugi entered the room and walked towards his mother's corpse. He stood there in tears has he placed his fingers around her cheek tracing it down to the side of her neck, he soon embraced her with sorrow. He didn't know what to do , but this was indeed all his fault. Listening to foot steps from below Tsurugi escaped the murder scene with haste and went into his room

On the next day the police came to the Zetsumei's residence. Tsurugi still haven't told the devestatin news to his sister, but he figured that the police would bring his father to justice. However instead of bringing the father into custody they took Tsurugi. He didn't know what was going on, why were they taking him and not his father? As they cuffed him Tsurugi looked back at his father holding Saiyuri in what seem to be grief, but once he locked eyes on his son that grief turned into a sinister smirk. It wasn't hard to see what was going on here, Tsurugi thrashed about while being interrogated denying countless time he did not do such a thing to his mother, but the cops did not believe him. They were going off of what his father told them, saying that he was looking pale on the night of his mother's death; that he was just looking like he seen a ghost later on. They kept bringing up on assumptions of how he did it and why he did it even going as far as saying how he enjoyed it to get the poor teen to talk. This only broke through some of Tsurugi's mind causing him to deny in even more only this time he was yelling adn screaming off of the top of his lungs. With this the cops decided that the boy wasn't a killer at all, he was just a mental menance and suggested to the people higher up in the law that he be placed asylum. During the court Tsurugi was up on the stand with a lawyer asking him why he killed his mother, what was he doing late at night, and still going on to the killing his mother topic. Everytime Tsurugi said that he did not kill his mother and that his father did, who was in the court along with his sister. Pointed at the man tyring to get the people on his side, but there was no proof of the father doing it due to the evidence that was now shown in the court room. They said that their were strangle marks and a finer print on his mother's neck and that finger mark was Tsurugi's. The boy was baffled by this; he clearly remembered that it was just a pillow smothering not a strangling. He tried telling them again that his father did it with more angered emotions, more thrashing about which caused him to be removed from the stand, but Tsurugi was still kicking around trying to get back and tell them the truth. In the end he was sentence to a asylum.

His future years int he asylum was rough as anything. He was in a room full of crazy people, what was worse was that his sessions with a psychiatrist he goes to believed that he was crazy too. There was no hope until he had a visit with his sister Saiyuri who was 17 now and when she came it was nothing but an arguement. She clearly believed that what he did was true and hated him for that, This made Tsurugi's psychological nature grow low towards the breaking point, but he did told the his sister to investigate in order to see the truth for herself. After that encounter Tsurugi didn't recieve any visitors, though it was for the best. He finally snapped in the Asylum and was placed in a solitary room with a straight jacket on. With his insanity now completely manifested his atma powers came along with it. His first use of his Atma powers were less that graceful. With it he busted out of the Asylum with ease while defeating the guards that stood in his way.He was now on a misson to go back to his father's place and seek his own version of justice. Once he arrived his sister was there with his father on the ground in fear. It would appear that she to had found out the truth and through that her atma powers manifested as well. Though Tsurugi wanted to end it all with his father, but he was stopped by the Embryon forces that tracked him down along with his sister. Once at the military base Balmung, leader of the Embryon, offered the two to join him. His sister joined with her own agenda, but Tsurugi joioned under one condition, that condition was that he was able to wear a certain costume. After meaningless annoying agruement he manage to succeed in etting that costume only to shut him up. In the Embryon forces Everyone had a disliking to Tsurugi for he was insane and was consider a freak of nature. Though one person manage to talk to him, and even better that person manage to have a 6 minute conversation without running away. Seeing that this person would be so kind enough to talk to him made Tsurugi fell for that person. And the person's name was none other than Angelina

Personality: Shy and somewhat mysterious, Claire was born with the use of only one eye and is a relatively hard girl to understand. Extremely skilled in reconnaissance due to her unique abilities, she is used to hiding away when she's embarrassed or unsure what to do. Despite her nature, she likes guys who are confident and like to fight, and wishes her abilities were more combat oriented so she could fight against/with them.
Bio: Awakened to her power at a young age and was found by Embryon during a time when she had used her power to run away from home. Taken somewhat unwillingly into the service of the government, she eventually found the best in the situation, though she still mostly closed herself off from her comrades. Eventually, doing research on her own to locate her family during down time, she learned that they had simply let her go...their search ending very quickly. This cemented her devotion to the group.

Personality: Very playful, free spirited, and a bit of a womanizer but when it's time for an 'assignment' or battle, he changes into a cold, cunning and efficient ghost of death.
Bio: Konpaku was a member of the Embryon since he was a child, being trained in the Embryon's dark troops which were meant to be used as spies and assassins and Konpaku was trained as both. It was pretty much exactly like that movie ninja assassin. taken away to a small camp out in the middle of nowhere and brutally trained to be as silent and deadly as possible. Konpaku has many scars all over his body as reminders of his training. Upon the fall of the embryon in Inaba, Konpaku's section of the Embryon (western) were placed with more work, having to pick up for the eastern Embryon's slack. During that time, Konpaku made sort of a name for himself, being used as a weapon, from silently killing foes while in the middle of their armed HQ's to completely wiping out entire groups of people in less than a day. Due to his lengthy track record, Konpalu was one of the few transferred over from the western to help Serph reform the broken Eastern Embryon.

Embryon Rank: Senior Chief Petty Officer (Non-combat rank)
Love Interest: Reina's friendly to basically everybody.
Personality: Probably the happiest person on the base, Reina is chipper, energetic, and has a lot of fun with her job as Balmung's Secretary, processing paperwork while chatting with the other support staff who help keep things running. She doesn't seem to have a problem with flirting, no matter who she's actually flirting with, which can make conversations with her rather interesting. Reina also has a strange attraction to carrots.
Bio: Reina is something of a quirk as far as the power of Atma goes. She can't actually transform, nor does she appear able to access the various powers typically granted to the users of Atma. Instead, when she first tried transforming, her transformation went partway... then stopped, refusing to budge forward or backward... leaving a bunnygirl who has both ears and a fluffy round tail. Reina's gotten used to this, though, and now seems to actually enjoy the little quirks. Being unsuited for combat roles (though some said a bunnygirl charging in with a machinegun would be awesome), Reina wound up doing paperwork, and she soon became Balmung's secretary, helping to organize his schedule and keep the Embryon's base, wherever it might currently be, running smoothly. She's fairly popular not only among the Ensigns, who she outranks, but the more senior officers as well.

Due to events, she has recently begun working for Mokou as an aide.
