I'm kind of puzzled by this -- err, puzzle?>w<
I've wonder because at times in my daily morning routine or when i get home from school,I am faced with this.

Water -- 3% of Earth's water is clean enough to drink. Or was it 7%..?
Important enough to be worth saving?

Energy -- Global warming is what I'm concerned about. Plants may be affected, people turn up their air conditioners and fans [which may cause blackouts o:],and other problems.
Serious enough to be worth conserving?

*EDIT*
Paper -- The trees cut down for paper could be used for our animal's homes and maybe even our air!
Seriously serious?

Thank you for listening! ^.^ Err..reading? >w<

They're both important and both worth saving. I don't think it's possible to say one is more important than the other in general. That would be like looking at two people and trying to decide who should live and who should die!

If you have to make a choice between saving one or the other at some point during your day, it probably really depends on quantity at that point. For example, taking a one hour shower would probably be worse than using the dryer for one minute. And taking a one minute shower would probably be better than using the dryer for one hour. (Not that you would ever have to choose between those two things, just an example).

So exactly how much water does it take to make electricity the more valuable one to save and vice versa? Not sure! Luckily a lot of it will be common sense (like in the example I posted), and you can usually do a decent job of conserving both if you try.

So I'd say if you need to use water, use it. If you need to use electricity, use it. If not, don't!

If you have a specific situation in mind where you have to choose, you can give us the details, and we might be able to give you a more specific answer.

Both are important. Save & conserve both to the best of your ability. Whether or not one is more important than the other is an entirely irrelevant issue.
