Reason for join: One of THE best snipers in the "business", Leon is a "cleaner". Only legitimate targets: corrupt businessmen and cops, corrupt politicians, criminals, the like. He always did it, even before getting offers from both Delun and Feng. He preferred the ideals of Delun to those of Feng...causing him to have some enemies in that organization.
Other: Speaks with a thick French accent, and has heterochromia irdis, causing his left eye to be green, and his right eye, a clear blue.
Appearance: Léon stands about 6' even, give or take a few inches. He has a rather average face, with no real defining features other than his eyes. Often has a bit of stubble on his chin. His hair is close cut and brown. He wears nice clothes usually, although it changes often according to his job and mood. He smiles every now and again, and when he does, it shows perfect teeth.

Reason for join: Apparantly, her parents were killed by Delun assassins when she was 10. She wandered the streets until she came across a Feng organization recruiter. Levi's fascination and skills with a gun at a young age got her recruited. It's been 7 years since she joined the Feng organization and she still harbors resentment for Delun.
Other: She loves hanging around Emi and practice her shooting in the Target practice room.

Quinn silently set up her shop inside the Delun headquarters. Her hands were a dark charcoal black from welding so many weapons that day.Her amber eyes warily flickered across the room,looking for her assistant.
"You're Late...."
"I'm sorry..."Lucy muttered,fiddling with her two index fingers
"Don't let it happen again..."Quinn cautioned to her assistant."You have some throwing knives,stars,kuranai,and every other weapon to weld...so get to work or you're out of here!"This was her 6th assistant this month....
"Y-Y-Yes ma'am!"Lucy bowed and got to work as her mentor left her behind to work.

Quinn made it to the shooting range room.She took out her 1600's rifle,and began to practice.It's all she could manage to do at the moment.The stress of knowing the Feng were becoming stronger and stronger didn't make her work easy...

Swen quietly marked on the tattered piece of paper he called a map.At least...that's what the man he bought it from called it.A possible lead to the Feng's headquarters...He looked up from the paper to find himself caught in an alley.He sighed,and began to walk back to HQ.

Rose quietly followed what appeared to be a Delun walking down the street...her assortment of guns and knives hidden away on her legs, and inside of her hat.She stealthily followed Swen,even when he turned around.
"You're kinda cute for a homeless guy..."she said giggling.She acted more mature than her age...
Swen turned around."And who may I owe the honor of speaking with?"he asked the girl hidden in the shadows.
Rose giggled."You may call me...Rose...Desert Rose."she giggled again,feeling her phone vibrate."I have to run..." she said smiling innocently,and running off into the shadows.
Swen looked at the empty road before him with confusion, but looked down before his feet.A beautiful red rose sat there.He picked it up warily,and looked up at the starry night sky."What a world we live in...." he muttered to himself walking to HQ

Leon was sitting in his little room at Delun headquarters. He had nowhere else to stay, so he stayed here. And he didn't mind. He had no living family in the country, and all his friends were his allies here. He looked over at the box on the desk. It was a newly bought rifle. According to the box, it was a Desert Tactical Arms Stealth Recon Scout, a new US made rifle in a unique design: it was bullpup, meaning the action and bullets were behind the trigger, meaning it was extremely short. He pulled out a pocket knife and slit open the packing tape, and pulled out the pieces of the rifle. He assembled it, added his own bipod, and took the single magazine it came with, and went to the firing range.

He found someone already inside. A woman he knew, by the name of Quinn. He would have greeted her, but her hearing protection would cause her to not hear him. So he chose the booth next to her, grabbed the large ear protection headset, and then went to retrieve some .308 ammunition for his rifle. He returned, loaded the magazine, then loaded the rifle, and started the slow process of getting used to a new gun.

Leon heard the shooting stop next to him, and looked behind him. He removed his own earpro, looking at the two girls. He looked over at Quinn before she started to practice with her new gun.
"Not bad. It uh, looks very old though." he said, his thick French accent apparent.
