Yet another day to teach a spawn something they'd probably spend more time an energy on outside of class and get more benefit from there. Yet another day when Tizzy was teaching skills to strange children created by these labs. But being what she was, the woman didn't really know or care about this. She was just enjoying prepping her room for today's student.
A little wrath girl was to be her student today. And based on observations, Europa was probably in need of something more gentle to learn, as she was a girl who had a nature that in most tended towards being rough and tough. No well rounded young lady (as Tizzy was programmed to believe) should be unable to do anything delicate.
So here she was, putting up white curtains, decorating the window and making the room seem more pleasant. There was a grand piano, a few simple string instruments and a large harp in the room. Depending on what the girl picked, she'd be learning one of them.

Europa arrived right on time with a messenger bag slung over her shoulder. She had brought a notebook and pencils, not to mention some knee pads. She had no idea what she would be learning today and Daddy hadn't been able to tell her, so she simply packed well. Imagine her surprise when she arrived in a music room.
"Uh...hi."

Tizzy smiled brightly from the bench she was seated on. "Good morning. I take it you're Europa then?" she inquired, voice made to sound soft and light, rather than her usual monotone.
"You can see what you will be getting to learn today." the woman said, gesturing to the different instruments.

"I am," Europa nodded, and she gave no sign of hearing the teacher's second statement. She peered around the room with a soft grimace, deeply disappointed. She had been under the impression that she was going to learn something demon- or angel-oriented, not something lame!

"Select the instrument you intend to learn." Tizzy stated calmly, working through her books to find something the child would be able to play. It was a strange thing to be teaching a spawn but there was only so much she could teach her. The child didn't have special appendages that needed to be controlled, and there were other teachers for things like melee, magic or stuff to do with demons and angels. So really, she only had random stuff to do.

Europa took her bag off over her head and sat it on the floor by the door. Well then, she had to pick? She hefted up a violin and shook her head, setting it back down. Everyone on TV played violin, and they all had to sit with their heads to the sides and move their arms like spider monkeys.
"How about this one?" she asked, trying to lift an instrument that looked like a very big, chubby violin. It only turned slightly on its little stand and she panicked, setting it back down.

The android smiled, walking over. "That would be a cello and yes, it is acceptable." Tizzy agreed, smiling and lifting it properly. "Come sit here and I'll show you how to hold it."

Europa nodded and went to the chair she had been offered, sitting with her knees together. Did it go on your lap like a baby or something?

The blue haired woman shook her head a bit. "No need to put your knees together. It's better to have them a bit apart anyway as they will be helping you support the instrument." she instructed, placing the cello down and resting it against Eurie properly, moving the child's one hand to the neck and placing the bow in her other hand.

The position Europa was placed in felt awkward at first, but she relaxed her elbows and found that she relaxed into it easily. At least, she thought, she didn't have to turn her head to the side.

Next, Tizzy showed Europa a page that told her about reading music. It was all things about the five-lines-four-spaces stuff, and she showed the wrath spawn each of the notes, moving the bow to show her them as she said them. "Now you try."

Europa squinted at the paper like it was in a foreign language, and, frankly, wasn't it kinda? She moved her fingers over the strings first, and then stared at the bow as she played them. She didn't want to make any terrible squeaky noises like the kids on TV did. That would just be awful.
"Why is the neck so big if there's only 7 notes?"

Tizzy laughed lightly, seeing as that was the sort of thing humans generally would laugh pleasantly at, answering the girl's question easily. She pointed at the things and showed Europa more about the subject, getting her to practice a few more single notes.
The woman smiled after their lesson was over. "If you wish to continue learning this, you may take the book and the cello home with you. Otherwise you may go home and forget all of this as you like."

Europa tapped the neck of the cello, biting her lower lip. She had begun the lesson skeptical, but now she was wondering if this wasn't something she'd like to do. The cello made very pretty noises, after all, and she could learn in her room where Daddy wouldn't really be able to hear her.
"I will. Thank you."
So she helped the teacher pack up the cello and began to roll it out the door. What a creepy, creepy teacher.
"Bye!"
