Well... since the comic is coming up to a major plot point, i.e, the starting of the war between the pirates and the Anachron, I figured it would be a good spot to get some... y'kno... feedback.
I'm not sure who is reading the comic, since replies in this forum have slowed down to just about a stop. I know that people had expressed interest in there being a guild comic, but since this many script posts have been accumulated, I wanna make sure people STILL have an interest, or if the story so far is... dull. Are there artists that'll make something happen if this storyline is decent?
I do feel bad about getting parts up so slowly... so if the slowness of the parts is a problem, I'll step it up a bit. But, getting feedback will help the creative process.
I know I'm still moving forward with this project, but... does this Guild Comic Plot... work?
(<.< Also planning on doing actual plot work in here with ppl. I can do a summary of the script so far in here if anyone wants.)

Mylian Seems to be entertaining enough to me. Oh, while I got your attention... Myles doesn't have any unique fighting skills, does he? I was pondering relying on Jad for what I have planned next, but... <.< perhaps Sylvian keeps a side arm in a discrete location?

Sylvian's a mad scientist. She'd be armed with tricksy gadgets galore. mrgreen
Myles isn't a fighter at all, but he can juggle and tumble.

I love the comic and hope we continue it. But (selling time) i would love it and be ridiculously happy if my character could be added. He's Thaddeus Grimlock, an incredibly wealthy (retired) merchant adventurer. He also occasionally succumbs to zombification but people tend to ignore it as they know it is a touchy subject. Thaddeus looks interesting, especially the zombification. Hmm... :: idea :: I got it!

Still 'setting the scene.' I believe that I should have all the characters at least 'introduced' before the end of the first 'chapter'. Read if you like, I can send you snatches from your character if you like, when he comes in. Planning on having- Chapter 1: Prelude to Crisis -introducing characters, their plots, and regular going's on of the world. (probably 4/5 parts) Chapter 2: Tools of War- more characters coming in. Explaining of the aether concepts and plans with said concepts and people. (ditto on parts) Chapter 3: Battle begins-Mostly cameo's here of some guild people probbly, amidst battle and yes... AIRSHIPS! PIRATES! ROMANCE! wait... well maybe romance. sweatdrop (may be longer part-wise) Chapter 4: Restless Peace: Because war doesn't end easily. Uneasy truce and... betrayal? talk2hand we'll see ( again, 4/5 parts) Chapter 5: Endings: I dunno this far ahead yet. Well, I do, but it's not like I'm gonna assume things may end a certain way. Character's change as the story goes on. <.< if I could draw, I'd be drawing stuff out too. But... I thank God for the gifts I have.

On a productive note, The Anachrom Captain and the goverment Khaos character (not real name... forgot tho...) will be showing up in the next comic. At the end.

Question. Will this comic need a villain? If so, I'm willing to give one of my creations up for grabs. His name is Baron James Murdock. Mad inventor type, has a mind that could rival Doc Mortiarty. As for a pic.....Well, I'm not really good at drawing, so I'll just use a crude Heromachine. Baron MurdockWhomever is the artist, I'll allow a few changes. The mask, for instance, is supposed to look more like a skull-inspired gas mask.

Edited character list. -_- thing didn't post correctly at first. And put up a !Poll! there. I'd mentioned to SPI about possibly putting up some of the un-named characters for Adoption. Er... well, if you see it's like a character you have already, feel free to adopt... claim... er... yeah. it's 1am. Tired. Thanks for the input from those who've offered it!
I will be PMing director bunnyfire soon hopefully. <.<; And writing up a new script part tomorrow before work if all goes well.

I worked Thaddeus Grimlock into this next part. Probably won't see him again for awhile, but it's a start.
Anyone else got names for the other 'unnamed' characters such as the Director, Captain of the Purple blades? I mean... some will have regular positions, and some won't... but... before I start filling in random names, I wanna see if anyone from the guild wants a space.

I think I'm getting better at steam punk. Or at least Pirates and how they pick on Jad and Miles.

For those whom I let in the plot involving the set up for the war...
I've received a little feedback, but with thus, I shall go on. I trust the characters enough to let them show me their motives, and of course I trust you all to point out blunders. So far all seems to be going well and the story seems to be running with ME!
If I don't get a part up this week, I'll kick my butt... and trust me, I know I can do just that. sweatdrop

Hey I was wondering if you needed any help.
I've mostly done cyberpunk short story and novel writing, but I love Steampunk and would love to try my hand at some script writing too. Haven't done that since high school.
