+ You can color more as you see fit but 3 a mth should be sufficient. You can give away freebies(adahy) in shop games as you see fit also..
Requirements...
+Have a good understanding of what colors look good together (void if it's a custom from someone's OC)
+Someone who doesn't use 'stamp' brushes (I REALLY hate those) OR know how to use them effectively.
+Someone who can visualize the creatures in 3D and know where to stop a 'stripe' or some type of marking and bend the marking to the shape of the body. EX a stripe will bend around a leg and not be 'straight'
+Editing is plus; would liek to see examples
+Someone who loves to chit chat or will chat in the shop
+Running free in-thread games
+Someone who has a flexible RL and is not swamped with school/college/job
