He just looked at us with a funny look and kept walking.

Haha, I have a couple. I'll start with the "I'm scared of you" kind of awkwardXD
One day at calltime, we were doing across the field warmups, and we all set our flipfolders down where we were making our lines. Well, when I went to pick mine up, it was the wrong one. When I went back to get mine, it was gone, and nobody had it. Knowing my bd would explode if I told him, i waited until afte the football game. When i finally mustered the courage to talk to him, he was eerily calm. It was pretty awkward, seeing as I was waiting for him to blow up. He wasn't appy, but i am still talking today, so that tells you something.
Now, funny time:
We had about an hour before our football game,w hich was an away game. well, I was getting a ride with my friend's brother's friend, and he was outside helping load the equipment truck before we left. Well, me and my friend were in his car with the music blaring. I can't remember what song it was, but it was an old rock song that most people our age wouldn't like, but we like older music more then new music, so we were both rocking out. Well, our bd walks by, and we are sitting with oldies rock music blaring, air guitars, singing along real loud and out of key. He looks at us with a raised eyebrow, realizes who it is, then sarts laughing and shaking his head. Apparently, that is totally expected of me and herXD

My friends and I played Truth or dare at lunch, and my dare was to wear a Toilet paper hat on my head for twenty minutes. We were outside, and my Band Director walked by and said hello to us all (we're all in band) and he just stared at me with a "WTF" face.

Mine consisted of telling my two friends that I liked hugging people with big boobs and my BD walked passed me no more than a second later. . . .
Sad thing is, I think he's used to random outbursts like that. eek

I was coerced into wearing a pair of bright blue skinny jeans after school on a game day. Before we left for Zaxby's, I happened to walk past my band director. I told him not to judge me. But I think he did.

There never fails to be an awkward moment when your BD is near.
I was in the back sitting at the drum set and we had just finish running through a piece of music. Anyhoo, the BD stopped us to help a kid fix a part of his instrument. And so, I sat back there twirling my drumsticks around...and around...and around. The BD goes back to the front and he gets to talking with the students. And then he cracks a joke. So normally after he cracks a joke I would do the "Du-dun-Cssh!" thing. I heard him crack the joke, so I grabbed my drumstick in the midst of twirling it. But instead of actually grabbing it and being able to hold onto it, it flies out of my hand. This is now the funny part. The stick hits the suspended cymbal, I try to catch it, but fail. My fingers knock it away and the drum-stick flies and hits a tom. I attempt to catch it again and fail. It hits the snare, then hit-hat, then another cymbal, then another tom, then a floor tom. I grab the stick and fail, and it hits the suspended cymabal again. Then I finally catch it and do the "Du-dun-Cssh!" thing. But imagine that all happening in like two seconds. My BD was like... " eek rolleyes lol eek rofl Wow, Mel. Wow!"

Mine wasn't awkward it was just funny. He was giving a friend and me a lift to all state and in the school parking lot he says "you guys need to learn how to get out of this situation" and starts doing donuts in the ice! It was scary and fun at the same time!!

Mine was telling me why I needed a new trombone, and the girl I like walked up and tried to start a conversation with me, but I had to listen to Gary. D: At that moment, I wished he hadn't been there. Awkward/sad.

Somehow every year at band camp I end up sitting next to our director at lunch...which is kind of awkward as I'm really bad at making conversation. We just end up talking about how awesome it is to be a music major and not having to take summer classes. xD

So today at lunch, me and my freshman firend/section brother(not biological, sectionalXD) were practicing conducting for drum major try outs, since he didn't know how. We were in the band hall.
Well, not only did we have this annoying metronome from space going off the whole time(I'm almost positive it was in the brick wall0.o) but our bd and all the band kids were coming in and out of the band room and bathrooms.
So, our other section brother and another freshman walks through to get a drink of water. Well, he isn't wearing his glasses, so he is saying he can't see for(excuse my french) s**t. Well, he says this just as our bd is coming out of the band room(convienantly located literally across the hall from the water) He just raises his eyebrow, and we are just like " ninja Oops"

Haha mine was this year during Marching Season. So We were doing a run-through of our fourth song (Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, if anyone's curious, lmao) and our director was helping out while on the field (keep in mind everyone's marching). Somehow he got in my way (while I was marching backwards) and I trip over his foot or something, and I started falling. Then our director sort of caught me in an awkward trust-fall-hug sort of thing. And to top it all off, while standing up to catch up to my sets since everyone's still marching, I trip over his foot again in my clumsiness. Most Awkward Moment Of My Life XD

My awkward moment was just a coupla days ago. I have piano first period with another teacher whose class room is right next to the band room and are connected by my piano teachers and BD's office.
Well anyway we have to wear I.D.s. So i looked in my bag but couldn't find it so I walked into their office to asked for a temporary replacement. My BD looked at me and said" Are you serious?" I replied "yes why?" He again asked if I was serious so I looked at him with a confused look. he replied "your wearing it." I looked down to see I was wearing. I felt like such an idiot! My response "oh well this is awkward... now I'm embarrassed." He just laughed at me.

Hahaha, one time I was in the band room, and my BD and I was trying to zip up my jacket because it was freezing outside, and I broke the zipper. So my BD was like, "come here." I was just thinking, "Oh my gosh what the hell is going on?" So here I was standing there like a lump while my BD was fixing my jacket which was still on me by the way. The thing is it was stuck half way up, so it looked like he was trying to undress me. xD
