The foxes of The Kurai Clan have a few believes they follow. They worship darkness and death mainly.
They view death as destiny. They don't view it as an evil thing, for that would be ridiculous. The believe death is a far more powerful force than most believe, for there is no way to avoid it.
They do not worship warfare and killing. They do not worship violence.
…Accepted Personalities…
The Kurai Clan welcomes the pensive, the callous, the bitter, the sadistic, the masochistic, the calm, the quiet, the fearful, the numb, the morose, and even the lighthearted to some extent.
They do not welcome the hyper and the loud.

…The Rules…
• Follow all of the main shop RP rules.
• No one-liners. Others need something to reply to.
• Keep OOC conversations to a minimum.
• Respect the shop, other owners, the foxes, etc.
• Please write like you have a brain. No IM Shorts, "txt tlk", chatspeak, whatever you want to call it.
• Talk in () || [] {} <> or anything like that when you are OOC.
• No God-Modding.

*** Note:: These jobs are not permanent. I merely put foxes into different positions for my own reference. I will be asking you what your fox wants to do as a job.
**** Note:: Foxes with question marks by their names are ones that I don't know if they are joining the Clan. All of them for now are its with both parents in the Clan, so I think be default they are in?
…Job Descriptions…
Elder;; Able to communicate with the Modieties and makes the decisions for the tribe.
Shaman;; Foxes that take care of the sick and injures. They also are able to read astrological signs.
Hunter;; Hunt animals for food.
Gatherer;; Gather herbs with the Shaman and gather the kills with the Hunter. They also gather fruits and vegetables for food.
Scout;; Scout and patrol the tribe borders. They also serve as messengers to give messages to ally tribe and also alert ally tribes if the Clan is in trouble. They can also alert the Hunters when the herds of large animals come in.
Carers;; They take care of the precious kits who are the future of the tribe. They are responsible for them unless the kits are in a training session for a job. They also take the blame if the kits are lost, though the punishment isn't severe unless they kits are never found or found dead.
Tribe Members;; You have no specific job. You help out anyone who needs it when they need it.

 The fox padded his way through the forest. He had been traveling for quite sometime, with no destination in mind. Just aimless wandering. He found it quite peaceful. Occasionally he would run into a fox here and there, like that vixen Shinya, but tried to get away from them as soon as possible. He didn't know why; other foxes seemed quite content with company. He was just a bit different than others.
He sauntered into a rather large valley. An old, gnarled tree stood before him. It was dead. He came closer, easily hopping onto a thick branch near the bottom. He climbed up a few more, eventually coming to a branch maybe ten to twenty feet above the ground. With a heavy sigh, he lay down, closing his eyes. It was peaceful. Somewhat eerie but peaceful. He liked it.

 It didn't take the black 'Daeva long to knit his way through the dense forest, red flames scorching the ground, marking his path. Rich, crimson eyes scanned the scene before him; a large lake stretching out, shrouded in an eerie fog. His gaze rested on the flames burning at his feet, and he wondered if anyone else could see him through this fog due to the bright fire he involuntarily conjured. He padded closer to the lake, dipping his head down to drink. He couldn't help but feel as though there was something watching him. His eyes darted around as he drank, claws scuffing the ground before him. Flexing his claws was still a habit he had not gotten over.

The vampiric fox sauntered forward, breaking through the tree line with his companion close behind him. The came upon a rather large, dead tree, a fox laying in the higher branches. Koumori's blood red eyes looked up at the fox. "It looks like we've found ourselves another on these lands," he said with a smile, looking up at the fox above.

 Caelan continued to follow Koumori through the tribelands. It seemed, for the majority of their little journey, that the tribe was devoid of foxes. He supposed he wasn't surprised, since it was still a potential tribe. He stopped with the potential elder at the sight of a large tree, curved and devoid of life. It seemed the tree had died long ago, but was still sturdy enough to hold up.
Caelan hadn't noticed the fox perched in the black, dead tree until Koumori pointed him out. He simply glanced at Koumori, allowing the Elder-to-be approach and speak to the other fox first.

 Surma not knowing his surroundings just wondered in the dense fog he found himself in. He could see slight scorch marks on the ground and an odd glow near what sounded like water. Uncaring he continues through the fog. He finally came to a clearing, he saw a tree in the distance. There were others around, some glancing to were there was a sleeping fox in the old tree. Out of boredom and slight curiosity he moved a little closer; still keeping a wide distance, sat and watched to see what would un-fold .

Koumori glaced quickly at Caelan before turning his gaze back to the other fox in the tree, the one glowering down at them with vicious red eyes, though they were not as deep of a red as the vampiric modifox's eyes. He sighed. "No need to be so tense," he stated calmly. "You've simply wandered into the lands of the soon to be Kurai Tribe."
"'Soon to be' are the operative words in that statement," Saiaku retorted, closing his eyes. "Who are you two anyway?" he asked, a paw tucked under his chin and the other dangling beneath him. He had smelled these scents when he had came here and knew at that point in time that it was not too great of an idea to continue. Yet he had a habit for not heeding his own warnings.
"I'm Koumori and this is Caelan," he replied, gesturing to Caelan with a wave of his tail. There were two other faint scents in the area, and they both were rather dark and ominous. One of the winged creatures, perhaps, a Modidaeva, if he remembered correctly, and another more obscure scent. He would investigate these after he was through here with this fox in the tree.
Osoreru raised his head from the surface of the cool water as another scent wafted through the air. The other fox was close, very close, closer than the black 'Daeva would have liked. He straightened himself out, unfurling his wings only to refold them tightly by his side. He could hear the other fox approach with rather heavy footfalls. It was a bigger fox, he could tell. Another 'Daeva like himself?
... No. This was a different creature. The scent was not as dark. He looked over his shoulder, seeing the silhouette of a species of fox he was not accustomed to seeing. It had a rather draconian figure, tow long horns sprouting out of the top of his head. It was the same size as he was, which was rather odd. Osoreru was used to towering over other foxes except other 'Daevas. This thing he could look directly in the eye without tilting his head either way. He had heard of these creatures. Tribe guardians. What was one doing here?

Caelan watched the two foxes interact in silence. He was half distracted by the presence of nearby beings that he couldn't place. Neither of them seemed like a normal fox, or even like Chi or Koumori. His curiousity couldn't be satisfied, since he couldn't see them.
Caelan focused more on the conversation before him after Koumori had inrtoduced them. "So, who are you?" Caelan asked the fox in the tree.

Saiaku's eyes opened once again, looking down at the fox who had spoken. "Saiaku," he replied rather nonchalantly. He raised his head from his paw, scanning over the two. Caelan was a normal fox, this much he could tell, but there was something rather odd about the white, bloodsplattered one, something Saiaku found difficult to put his paw on. It was somewhat troubling.
"So how did you end up here?" he asked, dismissing his troubled thoughts.
