You can find information detailing the laws and punishment of the SSoF. There is also a section that lists all known Demonic Arts Spells and details concerning government and the royal families in charge of keeping the SSoF a peaceful nation.

---Laws and Punishment Laws -
• It is legal for a hollow to join the 13 Court Guard Squads and as such, once they have been accepted as a citizen of the Soul Society of France, they are allowed to gain the powers of a Death God.
• It is against the law for a Shinigami or Hollow to give their spiritual power to Humans.
• It is against the law for a Shinigami or Hollow to use forbidden Demonic Arts Spells.
• It is against the law for any citizen of Soul Society to create weapons of a dangerous nature not sanctioned by the government. To do so is treason.
• It is against the law to attack a captain. To do so is treason.
• It is against the law to commit terrorist action or attempt overthrow of the balance of Soul Society. To do so is treason.
• It is against the law to commit murder.
• It is against the law to kill a human that a Shinigami or Hollow has not been ordered to kill.
• It is against the law for the 13 Court Guard Squads to question any decisions made by the government of royalty or to meddle in the affairs of the noble families unless the family in question breaks one of the laws of Soul Society beyond a shadow of a doubt.
• It is a crime for a Shinigami or Hollow to remain in the human world longer than an allotted time limit as this is viewed as living a second life.
Punishment -
• Exile: The punishment that is applied in most cases of illegal activity. Done by commonly stripping a Death God (or in some cases an Arrancar) of their powers and banishing them to either the real world or detention.
• Detention: A not well known punishment among the citizens of Soul Society is the detention of high level shinigami or hollow. Commonly reserved for those who have either broken the law or defected from the 13 Court Guard Squads or those who just seem dangerous and mentally unstable (as per the governments interpretation). This is carried out by the Special Forces.
Execution -
• Carried out by the Secret Task Force, details are not commonly know as this form of dealing with criminals is not used very often. Just in special cases.

---Demonic Arts Spells The same as every other nation with the basics. (Go to the [SSoJ Gobantai Kidō List] and the [SSoJ Yonbantai Chiyudo List].)
However, because this Soul Society Nation does allow for its Death God soldiers to seek out the abilities of a hollow, there is a pair of spells that are different from the Soul Society of Japan's Kidō lists. Below, you can find both spells. One for giving Death God the powers of a Hollow and the other to give Hollows the power of a Soul Reaper.
• Creux (空洞性, Hollowness or Hollowfication)
- Element: N/A
- Range: Untested.
- Description: This is a forbidden spell that gives a shinigami the abilities of a Hollow. Wrapping the target is a dark shadow that gives off blood red sparks of lightning, left behind is a Vizard.
- Incantation: "Remplissez ce coeur creux d'obscurité, Enma!" - "Fill this hollow heart with darkness, Enma!"
- Deflected by: Nothing. However, by using the sister spell, Intégrité, a Death God that has become a Vizard can be reverted back to just a Death God as punishment for abusing the Vizard power.
• Intégrité (強健さ, Wholeness or Shinigamification)
- Element: N/A
- Range: Untested.
- Description: This is a forbidden spell modified from Kuudou Sei that takes a Hollow and gives them the attributes of a shinigami. Wrapping the target is a dark shadow that gives off black sparks of lightning, left behind is an Arrancar.
- Incantation: "Remplissez ce coeur creux de lumière, Izanami!" - "Fill this Hollow heart with light, Izanami!"
- Deflected by: Nothing. However, by using the sister spell, Creux, an Arrancar can be stripped of their powers as a punishment.

---The Royal Government Like the Soul Society Nation of Japan, the SSoF has royalty, as well as the main Spirit Queen and her family. However, unlike the SSoJ, there is no Central 46. Government is upheld by the royal families who reside within Soul Society and not the separate realm reserved for the Spirit Queen. And while they have a vote in the process of laws, the final decision is made by the queen.
Here, you can find the list of the members of the Spirit family as well as the three royal families whom have a say in the Soul Society of France's government. Also, while each sub-royal family has a vote in lawmaking, separately they specialize in three different areas of life within Soul Society.

2nd Aspect: Wandering Soul City | Second District - Citizens of the Soul Society Nation of France.
