♫ Tower of Yondaime Otokage

Near the gates, several miles away the tower of the otokage stands. Its made of thick steel, wood installed in the outside to hide the appearance of being steel and for a more homey look. It also reinforces the defenses of the tower. Surveillance cameras are installed near the entrance and around the tower from the outside to keep an eye for who comes in and out of the tower. There is a stair case which leads up to the office of the Yondaime Otokage, or the Fourth Otokage.

The Otokage's office is rather unique. The floor is made of polished wood, despite of being just wood its made from the strongest wood and polished to where it is very smooth like tile. The desk where the otokage works at is made of marble, smoothed and polished. At the edge of the front corners were two small statues that were inscents, a light smoke floating around from them making the room smell good. The chairs were made from wood as well, but polished and had cusions placed on them for a comfort sitting. The cabinets and dressers made of wood as well. A painting on the wall behind the desk holding the pictures of one of the shinobi wars. Above the ceiling looks like space, the moon over head. Its likely a genjutsu but the strength making it permenant unless the roof is broken, but the image looks very life like. A small water fountain is in the right back corner, which a small river runs on gravel which leads to the balcony running off it into a nearby pond behind the tower. A square rug lies beneath the desk, warm to the touch and held an interesting pattern that captures the attention of most.

Gin walked into his office, a smile on his face and from his japanese traits it looked like his eyes were closed when they were not. He walked around on the wood floor onto the carpet, turning the chair to the side a bit as he sat down in it. He looked through files, deciding to get familiar with his villagers as soon as possible. "This is a nice village...now lets see where fate takes us" He said to himself calmly as he looked around, his eyes more exposed being a misty blue color with a faint glow in them. With a closer examination, one can see his pupils were shaped like a crescent moon. He focused on the young boy who was standing there and smiled at him warmly. "Why hello there, and your name would be.....Tsunaji?" He asked seeing if he was correct according to file

Gin nods. "Ah yes, an unfortunate fate that befallen the village during that time. Well I can assure you it won't happen again. You seem to have a very unique bloodtrait....keep it to good use" He said with a smile as he shook his silver hair with his hand. "So, where there any others besides you?" He asked, not knowing the full details. He realized he forgotten something and spoke up again. "Oh, I almost forgot, my name is Gin Tsukikage. Just call me Otokage-sama or Gin-sama, either one is fine" He said nodding to him

Gin looked at the young girl who walked in, noting her natural beauty. He smiled to her. "And what may I help you w-" He said as he was stopped short by his little brother. He laughed alittle hearing his remarks. "Hahaha, well I try to be. Sometimes I wonder how I manage it all" He said refering to being a kage. His smile slacked off when he saw Ruii's appearance, a horrid one at that. "Damn noone seeked help for you? Hold on" He said as he walked around his desk past the people around in the office as he knelt down next to Ruii. He weaved handsigns swiftly, using Shindan (Diagnosis). His hands glowed a silver whitish color almost like a spectral appearance as he placed his hands over Ruii's body, figuring out her conditions internally. Hmm...muscles torn and cramped, broken leg pretty sever. Her back maybe fixed but not completely. Aside from that she is covered in cuts and bleeding. He thought as he made another set of handsigns. "Chiyute no Jutsu (Healing Hands Technique)" He mumbled as his chakra expanded a bit and he placed his hands onto her chest, not on the breasts but a bit beneath her neck. His chakra flowed from his hands forming a ball of silver chakra. He pushed it slowly onto the injuries. Her skin would itch a bit as it was stitching itself up, closing any open wounds. Her back would itch the most from the amount of damage it has taken but it wasn't bad enough to where it meant broken bones. Scratches all over her body was healing as he smiled a bit seeing it finished. But he'll need more to take care of the broken leg. He decided to use one of his special techniques and weaved another set of handsigns. "Houi o ranpi (Encirclement of light)" He said as silver chakra enveloped them, making a circle around Gin himself and Ruii. A silver beam of light rose up from the circle, small star like speckles flickered around as Ruii would feel her bone move back into place and heal rapidly. All bacteria and other infections that was on her would be eliminated, and any injuries he missed was healed. He smiled again once the light faded and he stood up. "There you go, good as new" He said happily and sat back down at his desk. He hoped Tuanji wouldn't be mad at him not answering, as he had to tend to the kunoichi who was in critical condition

Gin watched him leave, though he looked polite he could tell he was annoyed, but it bothered him none. While it may be rude to ignore one its rudder to let an injured one lie there. It was more important.

Gin looked up at him and nods. "Yes actually....Katsuro. The ramen shop and the dojo are damaged pretty badly. I was hoping you would be able to fix it in a few minutes knowing your skills" He said smirking a bit. He didn't mean it mockingly, but he meant it as a challenge. Him and his brother does this every now and then, challenges and what not. Though with his new position he can't do it as often because, well, being a kage is challenging 24/7
