what can be done about this awful man?

now he is saying that the hundreds of thousands dying in Haiti deserve it, it is God's just punishment because they made a deal with the devil.

the video is up on Arian Huffington's blog.

help!

Remind anyone that believes him that God has made a covenant with us through Christ that he did not come to destroy the world but to save it. Though it was our understanding in the past that God caused us to suffer, it is actually ourselves that cause our own suffering when we deny that Love he has freely given and refuse to recognize that Love that exist in others. I would also suggest that if any of us do donate, we do not donate to any organization associated with this man.

I'm not saying not to donate to help Haiti. I think we should help out.

I'm saying that we should not support Pat Robinson.

eeeewwww, that's gross. I don't really know the man but I wonder if it's something Patty boy really believes in or if its more of a superiority complex high sort of thing.

I guess I'll see if I can find the video.

I'm not saying he is right but I just want to remind you guys that God is also a judge. If he finds something completely evil he will destory it such as the great flood or Sodom and Gamorah. Now the thing is an increase in natural disaters is foretold in the Bible leading up to the Tribulation. How long before we don't know. "Nation will go to war against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in many parts of the world, as well as famines. But this is only the first of the birth pains, with more to come" Mark 13:8.

God may be a judge however the people of Haiti in no way shape or form deserved death. They didn't deserve the earthquake. Who are you to say they did? Are you Yeshua? Are you YHVH? No? Then how do you know?

As a Christian, you are not sinless, therefore you do not have the right to throw stones. Nor do you have the right to judge. What you're saying goes completely against Agape. Which also goes against YHVH because well God is love and Agape is the Law of God.

I’m missing the feeling…
so this pain is also welcomed!

I never said he judged them. I was saying he has done it before and that's probably where Pat got the idea from. Anyways I'm not judging. You are the one accusing me of that thus judging me. Which proves you didn't read my whole post and just jumped to conclusions. The very first thing I said was "I'm not saying he's right" I also gave a reasonable explanation as to why the earthquakes could be caused do to the foretelling that Jesus said in Mark 13:8. So calm down and read everything before you react.

I did read your whole post. However you are saying that Haiti somehow deserved the earthquake because they were evil. You didn't actually say it, but it's what your tone was saying.

In other words you were alluding to Haiti being evil so in a sense you do agree with Robertson. In other words Your words deceive you.

He is not the first and well not be the last. There will be far worse the the years to come, but don't worry, as long as the people chose to think for themselves he go in the history books right beside Tony Alamo, who just recently recieved his 175 year sentence.

Wow!

The last time I watched 700club was when this aired! I used to watch it to remind me of what I dislike in Christendom, but I got so mad at that episode when he said that, that my husband made me turn off the TV and talk it out. I never really ever watched programs like this anyway, but it was an amazing coincidence that I received such a blaring example of why I don't the day that I did tune in.

I remember thinking that if God would punish the Haitians for their ignorance, then how much more damned would the US be for all that we let happen knowingly. Yellowstone would have already went up if that is how it was going to be.

Pat Robertson has his picture next to irony in the dictionary.
That's all I have to say about that... Thing. It doesn't deserve to be called a man e_e How someone could be so cold hearted and obviously not care at all for his fellow human beings, especially after daring to claim he's a Christian...

BLARGH.
BLAAAAAARGH.
>_> And that is all I have to say on this matter.

-brain explodes- I cannot stand this man... we actually used to mock him at my Bible study, uggghhh.

I just ignore him and hope he goes away.

I hate WBC-style mongering hypocrites like Pat Robertson. They claim to be true Christians yet they take Christ's name and they bastardize it by judging people in a hateful manner and saying that innocent people who died deserved it when they did not deserve one bit of it all because of a few hate rules that have been put in abridged/edited versions of the Bible. Those kinds of people make us normal Christians look bad!
