Biography:Ichengo was spiritually aware since he was five years old. He was trained to use his special powers to defeat hollows. He became a hollow slayer around the age of ten. He used hand to hand combat infused with his spiritual pressure in order to be able to defeat them One day Ichengo was fighting a high level arrancar and it sent a Cero at his girlfriend. He blocked it and reflected it killing the arrancar but being seriously injured in the process. He died only a week after that happened.
WHen he came to the soul society he was practically instantly given a spot on Division six. He then excelled in the ranks quickly as he was a genius and came up with strategies for everything and anything. cry Zanpakuto Information Sealed:Kuro Tsubasa Instead of like the normal Katana base of the Zanpakuto Ichengo's are twin hooks. They each have the engraving saying "Smoke" in Kanji on the sides of them, He holds them sheathed on his back at all times, unless absolutely needed.
Shikai: "Spiral Up, Tsubasa" - Twin hook become two separate smoke streams that spiral around Ichengo's body at first.
Smoke Portal: Each of these smoke streams are able to create small portals for his hands or legs to fit through. This Give Ichengo's Hand to Hand Combat a better range.
Smoke Blades: Ichengo Spreads out his hands and the smoke surrounds them. They form a hardened blade like substance around his hands, This makes his hand to hand combat even more deadly than usual, that makes up for his lacking in power from being a Hakuda of Agility. [Gives +15 Power/Strength
Bankai: A large gargoyle that stays behind Ichengo at all times. THe gargoyle's eyes are red and smoke is seeping out of it's mouth. Also it seems as if Ichengo's reitsu seeps form his body and into the Gargoyle's mouth.
Gargoyle Pact: The Gargoyle opens his mouth covering the area in a thick black smoke that can't be seen through or into. Ichengo's eyes are trained to be able to see through the smoke.
Neutralize: An instinctual ability that the gargoyle does, anytime Ichengo or it is attacked by a reitsu based attack. It engulfs the Reitsu form the attack and eats it. This limits the opponent to basically having to come close to Ichengo. It also supplies Ichengo with a feed back of that reitsu because the gargoyle eats and expels others reitsu to Ichengo and eats Ichengo's reitsu.

Biography: Amaya was born and raised an assassin. She died in the real world when she was on an assassination mission with her older brother. They made 1 mistake during the mission, and it cost them her life. Amaya came to Soul Society not knowing anything about her past. All she did know was her name, and that she had a craving to sneak around stealthily. She heard of a Spec Ops division in the Gotei and was determined to become one of them. She joined the academy and graduated with top marks.Zanpakuto Information Sealed: Kin no Taiga (Meaning: River of Gold, or Golden River)
A black tanto that is strapped around her right thigh. The hilt of the tanto opens up, revealing two hidden spikes that can be used for throwing or stabbing.
Shikai: "Tenkyuu, shitou! Kin no Taiga!" (Rain from a cloudless sky, struggle to the death! Kin no Taiga!)
Amaya stabs the point of the katana into her right palm and the sword melts into hand. It takes the form of a gold claw that covers her hand up to the middle of her forearm. The fingers of the glove are pointed and sharp.
Ability 1: Kimottama (Nerve)- Using her own spirit energy, Amaya can use Kin no Taiga to tap into the attacker's brain and alter the messages sent to the body. Using this, she can make her target hallucinate, or alter the sense of movement (when the target tries to move their arm, their leg moves, ect.) This attack requires direct contact with the nerve and requires precision and accuracy, as well as endurance and spirit energy in order to control the target.
Ability 2: Kin no Shuriken (Dart of gold)- She shoots sharpened throwing stars from the tips of her fingers. If these darts touch flesh, the muscles are soothed, but the nerves "fall asleep" (they trigger a painful throbbing, like the painful tingling feeling you get in your foot if there's no blood to it.) If the target is hit enough, there muscles will lose feeling and shut down. This technique, however, takes a very long time, since it requires a huge amounts of hits to shut down. The plus side; the accuracy of the darts is higher than normal.

He is a little insane, due to some traumatizing things that happened at his orphanage.

No one could stop him. He had the mental processing skills of a super computer. He never did, although he ended up doing something much worse. Over the years his hate festered and grew until he could barely contain it. This hell hole he was forced to live in because his parents didn’t want him was just that, a hell hole. Raynen eventually let out his hate and rage. He blacked out for what seemed like hours. He woke up to find himself praying in the dark. It was quite odd, as he believed not in gods, nor deities, or even shinigami. His extremely logical thought process prevented him from such things. He stood up to turn on the lights but found himself tripping over something. He finally made it to the light, but when he turned it on he wished he hadn’t. Bodies everywhere. He was in the main room of the orphanage. Miss Partridge was dead and scattered all about, while the rest of the kids were… well they were all over the wall, In a row of crosses. The image burned into his mind for the rest of his short life. He possessed an incredible skill to hate. He killed himself an hour later. He took the emergency gun and just shot himself through the mouth. Somehow he made it to the sereitei. Apparently he didn’t feel much remorse and him killing himself was simply the product of his own bodies revulsion to the sights it saw. Raynen himself didn’t care deep in his subconscious. Zanpakuto Information 
Shikai: Rain, Leviathan!: The blade Seemingly disappears. The blade becomes gleaming silver gauntlets over Raynens arms. They have spiked knuckles and often release a small strike of lightning on contact. His speed increases five fold as well as his physical strength. The gauntlets have a thin metal plating that extends over his shoulders and down his spine in the form of a metal tail. He can control this at will, like a monkey. [Not achieved yet]
Bankai: Drown out thine enemies, World Serpent, Ouroboros!: His bankai makes his zanpakuto long and it grows to about 9ft so it covers alot of area and has long range. His brute power goes down a bit from his shikai's form. But, his speed goes to intense levels. He can create sonic booms with a flick of the zanpakuto. His bankai's secret is that his blade has even longer range then you think. It has a wind boundary so it can attack you even if you dodge. Though it will give a small cut to those who dodge it. Because of this ability if he were to fight someone of equal power he would have the upper hand because of it. [Not achieved] Quote: Stats: 20

Biography: In the world of the living, Kaito was a great kid. Although he lived alone, he had great friends, he was also both athletic and smart. His parents died when he was young, so he was raised to fend for himself. Even though it seems like this would make him completely isolated, it did not change him the least. He learned to trust and have the help of others. He went to school one day when a classmate of his had a complete mental breakdown. Kaito tried to help him calm down, but it was no use. Kaito startled him and he pulled the trigger on him. He lived quite sometime as a spirit in the world of the living. One night, a hollow tried to get him. Kaito ran as far as he could until he was cornered at a warehouse. A soul reaper came and saved him and preformed a konso on him. After that, Kaito wanted to become a soul reaper because he wanted to also save those souls waiting to be brought to the soul society.
As a soul reaper, Kaito found that he had a talent for kidou. As he is learning kidou, he is also trying to train his body and sword skills so that he will not be a burden. Zanpakuto Information  Sealed: Zanpakuto name: Ickazuchi. Easy for Kaito to wield under circumstances. Is durable and of average length with a yellow hilt.
Shikai: "Flow and Spark, Ickazuchi" -- Kaito slides his index and middle finger across the blade of the sword. The blade of the sword starts to glow and shifts through vibrant colors. (glow is just within the surface of the blade. Does not radiate.)

Lightning Shot: The first action that is taken is Kaito will swing his sword in any direction. At the top or beginning of his swing, the sword with start to spark from the base of the tip of the hilt to the tip of the blade. Once it gets to the center of Kaito a shot of lightning will shoot out towards the opponent. This ability can be used as a projectile attack or a way to intercept other projectile attacks towards Kaito.
Current Transfer: An ability that is used for offense and can be used in two ways. The first way is when Kaito's blade is in contact with a person or object. A spark of lightning will transfer from the blade of Ickazuchi to the object. The lightning that is transferred to the object or person then starts to electrocute it. If the opponent is stronger than they just might feel a tingling feeling within their body. If Kaito can overpower the opponent, it can cause physical damage. The second way is if Kaito is a target for a lightning based attack. The sword can absorb the lightning/thunder like a lightning rod. The blade will then hold that lightning/thunder in and then shoot it back at the opponent.

Attention people, base stats have changed from 20 to 30.
Rahenno: Please include which division you wish to join, as well as your distribution of stats.
Ichengo: Accepted, but I don't really get what you mean by "expels others reiatsu to Ichengo and eats Ichengo's reiatsu".
Sado Shimizu: Approved--please make a Bankai though, just put "not obtained" next to it for now if you don't want it yet.
Constipated Emotion: In shikai, make the speed increase to five fold or lower, since this is stat based.
Kaito Yoshida: Approved, will approve the shikai and bankai stuff later if you want.

Biography: Akira was born to a noble family in the living world. He had above average grades, an above average life... and vast amounts of wealth and was generally looked up on by most people. However... beacuse of his family... people rarely befriended him. He had a few close friends because he regularly looks out of his window... His friends saw him and Invited him to play. His parents forbade him to go out so he had to sneek out whenever he would play. One day... he snuck out of the house and saw caught by supprise... A band of ronin attacked thier area and he was killed. He awoke in soul society and lived there... But there he had no friends... no companions... so he worked on his body and reiatsu and entered into the ranks of the Shinigami Zanpakuto Information Sealed: It looks like a very elegant sword with a gem at the base of the blade. It is the size of a wakizashi enabling it to be used quickly and would not restrain the users mobility and speed. Despite the fact that it is shorter and smaller than most Zanpakuto... it is quite durable and can defend against most attacks.
Shikai:
Yougan Ishi... Devour
At Shikai his sword turns into a double cleaver still the size of wakizashi. It has multiple gems on both blades. They signify its element. Since the gems are red It is for fire. These blades allow for powerful fire attacks.
Fire eater- The ability lets you absorb Kido techniques and use the same force, only in the form of flame, back at the enemy.
Flame Dance- Each swing of the blades release a small amount of fire at a time.
Flame Fang- Concentrates a large amount of energy into both blades. The slashes will then release a powerful attack. Can be in a cross shape or anything with 2 lines. Runs straight but over a large length and distance.
Bankai:

Ichengo: Accepted, but I don't really get what you mean by "expels others reiatsu to Ichengo and eats Ichengo's reiatsu".
When it eats the Reitsu it basically gives it to Ichengo. Since it can only really eat Ichengo's Reitsu it pushes the reitsu out of it's body and into Ichengo's Ichengo's body basically alters it and fuses it with his own reitsu making it seem as if it was his own.

Personality: Rin is often silent. She does not really speak much. She is, however, very kind and appreciative of what she has. She might look very young, but she is actually wise. Despite that, and over a hundred years of having, rather, being a conscious spirit, she maintains her humility. She, however, turns strict when she does her work.
Equipment:
- Chouchou-bi[Butterfly]; are pet butterflies that Rin can call upon anytime. It serves as an extension of her Reiatsu storage, and can be used on emergency procedures on the field. There are as many butterflies as there are as many patterns which can be formed on its wings, however, only one butterfly may respond to her call at a time. Chouchou-bi may summoned by using "Kusakeiteki".
- Kusakeiteki[Grasswhistle]; a spiritually imbued item which Rin is able to make from any kind of matter which is related to plantlife(e.g. Petals, Leaves, Flowers). She folds the leaf-like material neatly, and then, blows on it. A single tune does the trick and is able to summon one Chouchou-bi
- Izumi no Kachou; Rin's Zanpakuto. Self Explanatory.
Biography: Rin Koizumi was a young lady who belonged to a poor Japanese family almost two decades ago. She had taken interest in the developing medicinal field, and was going to become a doctor once she reached the necesary age, and once she had accomplished all there was to accomplish. She died at the age of thirteen due to poisoning. The poison was a neurotoxin which had affected the part of her brain which controlled breathing, also primarily, the brain stem had been damaged due to a blood clot caused by an unknown toxic compound during that time, spreading out to the hind brain where memory systems were located. With a passion for the medical arts, Rin was reborn as a Shinigami who possessed an uncommon ability to use her Reiatsu to heal the injured. She excelled in the field of medicine, taking her a mere ten years to get the grasp of everything involving Medical Practices, and because of her talent, she was recruited to function as a member of the Gotei 13. Her skills flourished and she bloomed, not only proving herself to be a capable fighter, but also a critical and efficient healer. Years of training passed, and it was only until recently that she had been promoted to the position of Captain of the Fourth Squad, replacing the late Captain who had been killed in action. With this, she vows to do anything she can to support her own team, and the other teams who would be counting on the Fourth Squad to provide medical assistance whenever needed.Zanpakuto Information Sealed: Izumi no Kachou[Butterfly of Spring]; is a long Katana enclosed in a neatly designed purple, bamboo sheath. It seems quite long, but it is in fact, very light. The material which makes up the blade is said to be legendary silver which is said to have been blessed by darker healing attributes. In such a way, it gives life and energy by taking them from some one else. Slashing somebody with the blade often causes Rin to recover a bit of her Reiatsu that she would in turn use to either heal herself, or others.
Shikai: "Complete your metamorphosis, Izumi no Kachou"; The blade of the Izumi no Kachou becomes rough and rigid. The whole blade becomes dyed in black, and the hilt of the sword becomes a toxic purple. Spines grow from the back of the blade, which excrete a powdery substance - Golden Spores. Depending on what the wielder wishes, the Spores may be able to create a disturbance in the neuro-transmitters of the body or, may aid in cellular regeneration. The Spores are actually powered by Reiatsu which it takes from its wielder. Feeding it blood increases regenerative power.
Quote: Dark Medicine: A skill which drains the wielder's Reiatsu to improve another person's Regeneration Capability. The wielder prays to the sword by holding it horizontally across her body with one hand placed on the hit. He then pushes out his or her Reiatsu through the sword, and it becomes transferred through aerial means to the one being healed. It is a Healing Skill. In a reversed effect, slashing another person, or drawing blood, helps Rin regenerate both in Stamina and Reiatsu. Golden Dust: A skill which allows the excretion of neurotoxins/ biotoxins upon slashing. The dust is actually a Reiatsu infused dispersion of Spores. They enter the body's system through a wound inflicted by a slash, or, through inhalation. It does not do anything to the wielder of the weapon, however, to simply state, it poisons the opponent. Quote: Golden Meteor Shower: A massive healing skill which dramatically increases one's Regeneration Rate, of course, at the expense of Reiatsu - which would come from the master of Dai-Kachouji. As Dai-Kachouji flaps its wings, it will continuously release a golden mist which is able to engulf a certain area. Standing inside the area where the golden mist is scattered forces superficial wounds to close. Prolonged exposure is bound to cause internal injuries to also come to a close. Rapid mitosis takes place at the expense of a huge amount of Reiatsu. This advanced healing skill may also cure poisoning in its early stages. Dark Vision: A strong illusion based skill. Dai-Kachouji spreads its wings, revealing a pattern on its back which resembles bright yellow demonic eyes. Looking at its eyes causes the victims brain to malfunction via a forced injection of Reiatsu into an existing consciousness. This will make the victim dream. The kind of dream that the victim will have, shall depend on the decision of the master of Dai-Kachouji. This is the only known offensive skill that Dai-Kachouji possesses. Quote: Stats: 30
