Class Traits:

Jedi: Choose two force powers and two skills. Force Powers chosen must not be the sort to cause permanent harm. Your Jedi will have the ability to use other force powers, just not as well as the two you select. Your skills should be combat or survival related unless you have a good explanation. Each needs a short description of how it relates to your character.

Sith: Choose two force powers and two skills. Force Powers chosen can be any sort, including those that cause permanent damage or death. Your Sith will have the ability to use other force powers, just not as well as the two you select. Your skills should be combat or survival related unless you have a good explanation. Each needs a short description of how it relates to your character.

Scout: Choose four skills with no restrictions on type. Each needs a short description of how it relates to your character.

Scoundrel: Choose four skills with no restrictions on type. Each needs a short description of how it relates to your character.

Soldier: Choose three skills, specifically fighting or survival related. One can be something else, so long as you have good explanation for it. Each needs a short description of how it relates to your character. You're also considered especially good with weapons.

Noble: Choose three skills focused on interaction. You can choose other skills. Each needs a short description of how it relates to your character. You additionally have Influence in a certain area because of your nobility. You should make a note of the reason for your status.

Skill examples: Acrobatics, Climb, Deception, Endurance, Gather Information, Jump, Knowledge (Bureaucracy, Galactic Lore, Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Social Sciences, Tactics, Technology), Mechanics, Perception, Persuasion, Pilot, Ride, Stealth, Survival, Swim, Treat Injury, Use Computer, etc. You can choose to come up with your own.

Class Talents:

Regardless of your class, choose two talents related to that class.

Examples:

Jedi:
Force Aided Negotiator -- Jeob chooses to use the force to win his battles without fighting. He uses his abilities to persuade, advise, and otherwise negotiate.
Lightsaber Expert -- When negotiations fail, Jeob is an expert at lightsaber combat. Blocking, deflecting, and throwing his lightsaber come naturally.

Sith:
Similar to Jedi examples, just more sinister.

Scout:

Scoundrel:
Super-Hacker -- Galta knows her way around a computer. She can get just about any information she wants, inlcluding protected information.
Master Trickster --

Soldier:

Noble:
Born Leader -- People recognize Aria as as a leader figure without her specific influence. She can command the respect and loyalty of both troops under her command and even other bureaucrats.
Linguist -- Not only is Aria fluent in many alien languages, she's a master orator, both in small and large groups. She commands the attention of her audience with her language.

Jedi: Skilled in the use of the Force, a Jedi follows a special code of honor designed to keep him in the Light Side. All Jedi are accountable to The Code and if any stray from it's path, there are serious consequences.

Sith: Sith are most commonly fallen Jedi. They could not uphold The Code and fell to the Dark Side. Sometimes, a young force adept may be found and trained as a Sith without becoming a Jedi first, but that is less common on worlds where the Jedi have influence and can find a young force adept early in life.

Scout: Scouts are a versatile class. They're a good class to choose for pilots, mechanics, and a lot of other jobs that don't require other class abilities.

Scoundrel: While not all scoundrels are underhanded, law-skirting rogues, many are. They specialize in covert activities like smuggling, gambling and other things that require lying or cheating.

Soldier: Soldiers are the perfect combat class, whether as a military soldier or a mercenary, this class is designed for the weapon specialists and the brute force characters.

Noble: Some nobles come from wealthy affluent families while others are bureaucrats who climbed the ladder to obtain the status they have today. Nobles are not usually combat oriented, but they can be experienced tactical officers.

Basics:
Name: Melonea Dr'ruv
Nickname: Mel, Melony (She dislikes both but doesn't complain.)
Gender: Female
Race: Selonian
Planet of Origin: Talus
Class: Soldier
Alignment: Good or Neutral (undecided)
Age: 34?

Physical Appearance:
Skin: Reddish-brown fur and a light peach underbelly and face, very similar to the rest of her race.
Hair: None. (Just the fur.)
Eyes: Two shiny solid black eyes.
Height: 2.1 meters
Body Type: Slender middle but muscled torso, arms and legs, like a really curvy otter. Like the tall female here.
Clothes: Very little body armor: a small breastplate, shoulder pads, wrist and ankle bracers and a utility belt, much like the female in this picture, but no headpiece or choker. Her glaive is attached to her back and she's holding her blaster.

Summery: Melonea is an infertile female, like most warriors of her race. She's a strong and proud warrior by birth and trade, so she has the look of one, in both her appearance and more importantly, in the way she holds herself.

Personality:

Virtues:
Honest -- Melonea is one of the most truthful beings you may ever come across in your travels across the galaxy, that is, until you visit the rest of her people. She is honest in the ways people appreciate as well as in ways that begin to grate on the nerves of those she travels with. 'Brutally honest' is sometimes the term.
Just -- The law of her people holds a very special place in Melonea's heart. She keeps to their code and expects that others should hold to the code of their people without wavering. She realizes that other races do not understand her peoples' ways, but at the very least, they should follow the laws of their own people with the same fervor with which she adheres to her own.
Loyal -- To anyone who would give her their trust, Melonea is loyal to a fault. She strives to never betray a trust unless it goes against what justice decrees, and even then, she will make every attempt to reconcile them to their people without straining her loyalty to them.

Flaws:
Incapable of Lying -- Like most of her race, Melonea believes lying is a terrible crime, so she doesn't lie, ever. If this means offending someone, oh well. If it would get her out of trouble to tell a lie, she wouldn't sully her people's name by doing so. She would give her life for the truth. It doesn't mean that she would give secrets to a captor, for she would never betray the loyalty of anyone who would entrust something of importance to her. Instead, she would die with those secrets.
Wanderlust -- While it may not be considered a flaw in most cases, this is the one thing about Melonea that her own people would consider a flaw. She is looked down upon for her desire to meet new races and interact with them on their own terms. She also has the incurable desire to see far off systems and planets, even though her own planet is rich in lands and people.

Summery: Like most of her race, Melonea's pride and honor dictate three things: Honesty, Justice and Loyalty. She adheres to these as strongly as the Jedi Council do their own Code (in best case scenario, that is). It is her way of keeping to her peoples' ways while fulfilling her dreams of traveling the galaxy.

Weapon(s):
Type: Selonian glaive
Description: It's a staff weapon, hand crafted by the Selonian it belongs to. It's pictured here, carried by the infertile female warrior.
Type: Heavy Blaster
Description:

Ability Scores:
STR: [♦][♦][ ][ ][ ]
DEX: [♦][♦][ ][ ][ ]
CON: [♦][♦][♦][ ][ ]
INT: [♦][ ][ ][ ][ ]
WIS: [♦][ ][ ][ ][ ]
CHA: [♦][ ][ ][ ][ ]

Talents:

Skills
Endurance -- Melonea is especially hearty, even for her own species. She's able to fight longer and handle more injuries than most.
Perception -- A good fighter needs to be aware of their surroundings. Aided by the acute hearing her people are blessed with, Melonea has learned to do exactly that.
Treat Injury -- As a soldier, Melonea sees many a fellow warrior injured. Because of this, she has taken steps to learn how to field dress a wound.

Talents
Battle Bred -- Melonea was raised as a warrior for her people. Her whole purpose in life was to fight and protect them. Her skills are honed from years of practice, both in staged and real fights.
Exotic Weapon Specialization (Selonian glaive) -- Because it is the weapon of her people, Melonea is especially experienced with the Selonian glaive, particularly the one she carries, because she constructed the thing herself.

Basics:
Name: D4-01-GE3
Nickname: 'Droidy' given by Beetle, or D4
Gender: Male (as much as a droid can be)
Race: GE3-series protocol droid
Planet of Origin: Corellia? Or more reasonably, Shippy.
Class: Noble
Alignment: Good
Age: 24 hours (at start of play)

Physical Appearance:
Skin: Metal, dull gray coating. Probably originally silver.
Hair: None
Eyes: Circular blue photoreceptors with little dots in the middle.
Height: 1.7 meters
Body Type: Exact model, no physical changes.
Clothes: None.

Summery: D4 is a pretty average looking GE3-series droid. When Izzy and Beetle first found him, he was a bit banged up with a few scorch marks in strange places, but Izzy was able to patch him up with spare parts, so he looks pretty normal now. Though, he's far from a shiny new droid.

Personality:

Virtues:
Overprotective -- Probably because of Izzy's inexperience in completely reprogramming a droid, D4 has become especially overprotective of her. It's a glitch in his system, but Izzy finds it slightly advantageous and D4 simply a reasonable reaction to a small and frail being like Izzy being his master.
Loyal -- Another side effect of whatever wires Izzy crossed to cause his overprotectiveness of her, D4 is very loyal to her and Beetle. Always concerned for their well-being and willing to take any risk in their place, D4 is convinced that they're family.

Flaws:
Curious/Inquisitive -- Always the seeker of knowledge, as he was programmed, D4 can sometimes be a little too curious, getting into trouble, entering off limits or protected areas without permission.
Slightly Paranoid -- Rather than thinking the universe is out to get him, rather, he believes his masters to be in danger at odd times, even when they're not. Izzy believes it's a software glitch he had before she reprogrammed him, but she has no idea how to fix it.
Overconfident -- D4 believes that Izzy is the most wonderful droid mechanic in the universe, even though he happens to be the first droid she's ever worked on the programming of. Usually it was just hardware she fixed, not software. But even still, D4 trusts her with his life, which may or may not be a good idea. Plus, he brags about her abilities to every other droid he meets.

Summery: When D4 came to the ship, he was programmed as a translator droid with very little personality. It turned out that his personality programming had been severed from his main programming, as though a previous owner had wanted him to be that boring. Izzy decided to reconnect the hardware and software that gave him his personality. She and Beetle discovered that there was good reason this droid's personality was separated from his task programming, but Izzy likes him all the same.

Weapon(s):
Type: None
Description:

Ability Scores:
STR: [♦][ ][ ][ ][ ]
DEX: [ ][ ][ ][ ][ ]
CON: [♦][ ][ ][ ][ ]
INT: [♦][♦][♦][ ][ ]
WIS: [♦][♦][ ][ ][ ]
CHA: [♦][♦][♦][ ][ ]

Talents:

Skills
Knowledge (Alien Languages) -- D4 is programmed with the latest vocabulator software, a thing both Izzy and Beetle were thrilled to learn upon finding him.
Knowledge (Social Sciences) -- Along with his languages, D4 is programmed with a knowledge of alien and human social sciences.
Gather Information -- Whether it's through visual or audio observation or even conversation, if necessary, D4 is good at learning information and can focus on any particular query if requested.

Nobility -- While D4 is not technically a noble, his protocol programming gives him most of the knowledge and understanding of alien language and culture that many dignitaries must learn.

Talents
Not a direct translation. -- Because D4 is primarily a translator droid, and has always been one, even before having his program modified by Izzy, he's picked up a few tricks. When translating for his master(s), D4 can 'edit' what they've been saying, making them slightly more eloquent or convincing in another species' language, thanks to his programmed knowledge and understanding of their cultural nuances.
Observational Intelligence -- D4 is good at learning from observation. It's probably a trait programmed into the skill side of his personality, because he was unable to use this ability before Izzy repaired him. D4 is able to learn from observation of a race and incorporate that knowledge into his database. This was probably the cause of whatever previous malfunction prompted the disconnecting of his personality programming.
