I haven't seen anything about Hercules in this forum so I'm bringing it up.
After all, Hercules was created first, and it's a fantastic series as well, especially throughout the seasons.
So, how many of you have even watched the Hercules series?
Well, if you haven't, you really should, it's fantastic. Luckily I have found the series online! HereThe quality isn't that great, and you have an annoying time limit but there is a way around that. Help here.

Blah! Subtext...
It gets silly, that's the only thing I enjoy about it.
Firstly, doing shows like these, actors have to learn their scripts overnight, and improvise, take risks as soon as they're in front of the camera. They don't rehears anything other than fight scenes, so actors wouldn't really get time to discuss any innuendos like that.
In Hercules and Iolaus' case, they frequently call each other brothers. Even Hercules' mother thought of Iolaus as her son. So no. I don't think there is anything sexual going on there. Boys will be boys.

Herc and Iolaus are the best of buddies. They actually remind me of two of my boy-friends. I just love the contrast between them. In truth, the series is pretty boring and predictable at the beginning. then again, both series are predictable, that is part of their charm. But I've had more moments watch Hercules where I've gone "FECK, I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT JUST HAPPENED!"

Lets just say that this guild was originally called The Xena and Hercules Guild. Over time, it just went to the Xena guild because thats all people talked about anyways.
I do need to watch more Hercules episodes though, I have only seen a few.
