Bells jingled as he stepped through the door of the little hardware store on the corner of a small intersection. "Hello sir, can I help you find anything?" The small, somewhat aged, Asian shopkeeper asked him. "No I'm just browsing, thank you." He wandered the aisles, not looking for anything specific when a small wicker basket caught his eye. "Hardened steel ball bearings," the label read. He picked one up and rolled it around in his palm. It slowly began to vibrate and suddenly became a thin needle as long as the width of his palm and about a centimeter wide. It then quickly shifted into a small disc with razor sharp edges. He paused his experimentation and looked around, seeing that there were no other customers around and the shopkeeper was writing on a crossword puzzle his gaze turned down again. He picked up a handful of the little spheres and manipulated them into a dagger. The blade was only a few inches long but Astor knew that it was sharp and strong. He reverted all of the metal to its original state. He took one of the small plastic bags hanging above the basket and filled it with the little metal balls. After paying, he dropped the contents of the bag into a small pouch attached to his belt and exited the store.

Lehr ducked behind a tash can in the alleyway behind a little food place. There had been Agents on her tail all night. This was typical, and expected. She's managed to actually get out of custody about two days ago, after they'd already tagged her with that tattoo. She needed to get out of there fast, the only question was where too? She looked around and spotted a little hard where store across the street. It was inconvienient but do able, it only looked like there was one man in it. Lehr closed her eyes, concentrated on the back isle and teleported there. She managed to make it but only after she knocked over a few things. "s**t." She whispered hastily bending down and picking up her mess. When she stood upright again the agents were no where to be seen. She alowed herself to relax a little. Now all she needed was a place to stay for the night. She made for the exit swiftly, as she did so she managed to bump into the man who was also leaving. He'd been the only other person in the store which of course made it ideal for hiding. Unfortunatly as she ran into him she got a little flustered and let an electric shock only slightly worse than static electricity hit him.

Astor jumped slightly, the combined surprise of a woman bumping into him and at the same time receiving what to him seemed like a strong burst of static electricity. "Oh, excuse me," he said, and after more closely examining her appearance, slightly disheveled clothing and light bags under her eyes, he asked "Are you all right?"

And the seasons, they go round and round Abby heard the sound of falling items. She turned a corner and caught sight of a hardware store. It looked as though two people had just bumped into each other. Abby looked down at the bread loaf under her arm. It was still warm and the fatigue was less sever than normal when she changed people's memories.
Although Abby was hungry and her stomach made itself clear on that mater with a loud gurgle, she was still curious about other people. She quickly brushed their minds. It was only to see if they were friendly or not, and got the sense they were not unfriendly. Abby knew she had never met them before. Most ignored the tickle at their mind, but she could never be sure who would take notice.
And the painted ponies go up and down

Like a feather gliding across a pane of glass, something brushed ever so gently against Astor's mind. So alien was this feeling to him that he immediately went on the defensive, noting possible escape routes and divergences from the path that he planned to take. "Walk with me, and tell me what is troubling you," he said to the woman. It seemed to him that she was out of place and he was curious and concerned as to why she was in such a hurry.

Lehr looked at the man apoligeticaly. So far so good. It didn't seem he'd noticed her as more than a normal person, but then again Agents were tricky little bastards with their own agenda. Lehr bit her lip as he asked what was wrong. Looking into his eyes made her want to trust him. He seemed kind enough but she had very little trust for people. Then he was asking her to walk with him. Lehr quickly glanced around the street. It was a nervous tick of hers to continualy sweep the area for Agents. There were none hiding near by, at least not that she could see and if this man was bugged then she was probably generating enough electrcity to cloud the signal. Electronics didn't like her much. If it came down to it and he was an Agent she could easily fry him on the spot and get the hell out of the area. "Alright." She finaly agreed in a soft voice. "But I'm not so sure I can tell you what is wrong." She said pulling the trench coat she wore tigher around her. It wasn't cold in Chinatown but the coat kept the fire arm and knife she carried concealed and it made life easier when she ended up sleeping with the hobos near Golden Gate park.

As they walked down the street together Astor puzzled over her words, "...I'm not so sure I can tell you..." she had said. She could be trying to protect him from something. "I'm only wondering about the paranoia you are exhibiting as well as the fact that you look like you've been in those clothes for at least a few days with little to no sleep."

Lehr smiled weakly. "You get used to things like paranoia when you've been through what I have." She said again glancing around the street. Nothing. No black cars, no Agents in shop windows, and no one that seemed overly interested. That was both good news and unsettling news. Never had she gone very long without seeing more and she'd just been chased by two.

(OOC: I'm going to be posting a bit with my agent Sharon. I'll make sure that when its her i use purple so that things aren't confusing.)
Sharron sat in her car leaning back in the drivers seat, lazily smoking a cigarette and scanning the stree where she was parked through the dark tint of her standard issue sunglasses. Today was just another typical day on the job. Little to no action, aside from a small foot chase she'd heard about on the radio from the othr agents under her control. They'd managed to loose whoever it was. "Lost her boss. Don't know where she went. Saw the number though. Creature 76771." Sharron knew that number. She'd caught the little brat about two weeks ago and she'd escaped. Lehr something or other. She could teleport and had an uncontrolable electrical current. That put her a little higher up on the dnager scale than most. Sharron sighed and put of the last bit of her smoke before pressing the button on her radio. "Alright get this steight you two meat heads, I want her found. The boss wasn't too happy when she escaped and if she stays gone it comes down on me. If that happens I'll personaly aim a blaster at your asses, understand?"

The woman acted as though she were being followed, "Care to elaborate a little? Maybe I can be of some assistance," he offered.

"I-" Lehr started. Could she really tell him she was a creature? If she did and he was a normal person, he'd run. If he was an Agent Lehr was almost certain it would end in a fight. but as always there was the slim chance that he could be another creature. "I'm one of..." She bit her lip. Was this a gamble she could make?

Seeing that she was trying to work up the courage to tell him something Astor remained silent. At the same time a feeling of uneasiness was building up inside him, a feeling similar to the one he felt just before sprinting off in pursuit of a boar, or a deer while hunting. It felt like a dangerous event was only a short while into the future.

Lehr sighed and took a deap breath. "I'm a creature." She said in a barley audible voice glancing around yet again. "I sort of control electricity and teleport." Glancing around again she picked a spot next to the street lamp about four feet away and teleported there. Once there she placed her hand on the light pole which was was curently in active and made the light go on until the bulb burnt out. Not wanting to risk getting caught she quickly stopped and cautiously walked back towards the man awaiting his reaction.
Sharron was about to light up another cigaratte when movement caught the corner of her eye. There on the street was Lehr, and she'd just teleported. An evil smile came to Sharron's face and she put the cigarette away and reached for her Nerve Gun. It was a new toy just handed out by Manson, a full wall of pain if she hit her target, and she would hit her target. It looked like she'd be one of the first ones to get to try it out. First though she waited. Lehr seemed to be with a man. All Sharron needed now was confirmation that he was a creature. If she got another civilian involved Manson would have her head on a silver platter. Until she could prove it she'd need to lay low. If the moved off together she'd follow.

Astor blinked a few times as he processed what he had just seen. Her powers were dissimilar to those he had seen previously. In the past most abilities other than his own had been...almost flashy in their effects. "An impressive demonstration." He said with a small smile, "I find it hard to imagine what could have one so gifted as yourself running in fear. That said something, or someone, obviously is causing you to run and I would rather not encounter them. I would be more able to assist you if I knew the nature of your pursuer."

Lehr raised her eyebrow at him. "Are you really telling me you don't know?" She said shocked by what she was hearing. How in the world could someone not know what was going on. "You don't know who the Agents are? They've only been hunting people like me since like early 2010." It was almost impossible not to hear about it. The news always had new reports about Creatures going, especialy here near San Francisco. "They are the most dispicable group of people on the entire planet. They are determined to imprison everyone with powers or extra limbs. Anyone the can't catch they kill. Anyone the determine too dangerous is sent to Alcatraz Island and horrible tests are run on them." Just thinking about that place made here skin crawl and she did another visible sweep of the area.
