I wonder why the huge majority of the Touhou metal arrangements belong to the power metal subgenre (and heavy metal, in some cases). Are those two subgenres the only ones Japanese metalheads think they're good at? I mean, why can't we have more songs like this one in Touhou doujin circles?

Metal isn't as diverse of a genre in Japan as one may think. It's actually a bit sad.

You have no idea how much of my life I spent looking for those pictures on danbooru.

Also, yes, Yama of Xanadu is definitely my favorite out of what I posted. That whole circle is great.

Have you tried using iqdb? That's what I use to find pictures from Touhou vids.
