My band director is having us find quotes/ think of quotes that can be used on a band shirt that has multiple different quotes all over it. and i can't think of anything.....its a fail i know.
but if you do know any could you PLEASE post them??
the only ones my friends and i have so far are
"we prove that miracles do happen"
"the drumline. fda approved."
"the drumline. more rhythm than you can shake a stick at"
"We don't hit, we bang."
"I'd tap that."
"Marching drummers beat it on and off the field."
(if you havn't guess yet, i'm a percussionist)

And God Said, "Let there be Drumline!"
Last year a guy from a college came in and helped the saxophones and I wasn't loud enough so he said, "God said 'Let there bari' now let there be bari!"
So that phrase fits with pretty much any instrument.

umm my band directoer says this all the time: "if its perfect, its time to raise your standards" just thought to let you know.

This applies to any section, really...

"Pit, you guys are fantastic this season. Anyone who beats you has to be damn good to do so. Go out there and kill 'em, you deserve it."
